First time visit to At-Home they have great collections of products decorating your home. Size of the store was large and well maintained. They also have great seasonal stuff.

This was my first visit ever to an At Home store and I was beyond thrilled, and overwhelmed but in a good way. I didnt know what to expect and had no idea the store was so gigantic, but everything is laid out in clearly marked sections. The aisles were fully stocked and the store was clean and well-staffed which is kind of rare lately due to Covid shortages. My main reason for going was Halloween/Autumn decor and I was not disappointed. There were endless displays of everything I was looking for, from artisan glass pumpkins to string lights. I probably spent over an hour in that store since there was so much Halloween inventory, and walked out without having to empty my wallet because their prices are so low. Thanks At Home!

This was actually one of my first times going to at home and wow. I feel like I should break into somebodys home and just redesign their entire place using at home decor

My first time going here was amazing! I found the two things I needed plus a ton more, spent a couple of hours here it was so fun. Found my favorite items from here. This location practiced social distancing and wore masks. Great pricing on many items, great selection and colors too!

Warning, warning, you can spend hours in here! Wonderful place to shop. It has a little something for everyone. Im telling you, if you can dream it you can find it here. I love their pillow section. They have so many to choose from. My favorites are the Halloween deco pillows. Every season gets to have its shine. Come on in and stay a while. You wont be sorry!

Great selection of items with good prices. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is there was no one to help answer questions about items. I dont really blame them I know how hard it is to get people to work right now.

Halloween has popped up here!! Some Tgiving and a very little bit of Cmas. Bit HALLOWEEN IS AMAZING! Glass pumpkins, blow up scariness and lots of signs, spiders 🕷, skeletons and other goodies. Enjoy!!

They had physical gift cards and did not look at me funny when I bought one. Too many places only do emailed gift cards, but At Home has the stuff. My girlfriend collects elephants and I bought a bunch from At Home so I always have a classy present for her

It was my first time being in there, and I didnt have a lot of time to explore. Seemed nice and open, lots of things, and looks like they are rolling out their halloween stuff. Not bad, but not enough time to offer a full report.

Normally LOVE this place. But last time it was almost unbearably hot inside and horribly muggy. Dont know if the air was broken or what. Couldnt get everything I needed it was too hot to stay any longer. Thought I was going to pass out.

First time to visit, set up just like the old Garden Ridge. Prices are Comparable to other similar stores, LOTS of Clearance items. Almost anything your looking for youll find when it comes to home decor. We did find a few good deals, and are happy with our purchases.

Horrible Customer Service!! Visited this store the other day and picked out a rug we liked. Returned a few days later after arranging to sell our existing rug. Called ahead to ensure rug was available. Veronica (turns out shes the manager) had it pulled.Drove another 1/2 hr. home (2nd trip already) and discovered there was a clearly visible rust stain on the carpet near the end. Neither the person who pulled the rug or Veronica bothered to inspect the item very well.Called back to this location to see if they had another in stock. Were told theyd call back. In the meantime, started driving that way and checked with Cedar Park location. They did not have one in stock. Pflugerville location called and said didnt have anymore in stock.Met a customer service agent at store to arrange return. We explained we had now made 3 trips to the store and would now need to make a 4th. Could only offer an apology. No offer of any discount for our trouble. CS Agent had to get Mngr. approval for return; mngr. turned out to be Veronica. She only offered an apology for all our trouble and their negligence.Will NEVER shop at this location again!!!

The fact that their system was down and was only accepting cash is understandable. However the customer service was horrible. The employee up front told me they we accepting cash and i responded with maybe there was a sign i didnt see and she responded with yes we put two signs up front with a major attitude. Love this store but customer service is always big to me. Dont think id come to this location anymore. I will take my business else where.

Love At Home, ESPECIALLY if you know just what you need like a fringed persimmon Aztec pillow. However, its terrific for inspiration and their little setups help you envision putting their ridicuously large variety of items into a cohesive look. Especially when it matches your outfit!!

Holy smokes! This store is addictive. Huge selection, fair prices. Service inside the store is often missing. Basically yoyo. But still OK. Great outdoor patio and garden selections

Reasonable prices, great selection, conveniently located at the Stone Hill Town Center alongside Dicks and Petco. Theres also plenty of restaurants nearby, a Home Depot and a Target with a grocery section. the AtHome store is quite big, expect to spend at least an hour going through one aisle. Theyve got everything you can think of decorating your home. And the staff are always so friendly, and they keep the store in tip-top shape.

Ok, as a new home owner this is the go to store, wish I found this place earlier. Big store with an amazing selection of fake plants, outdoor/indoor furniture, decor signs/ vases/rugs/ throw pillows. The best part is they have a large selection for all with unique finds. I wish I had found this place earlier.

Enjoyed my shopping trip to At Home! Came home with several really nice pieces of art that look great in my home. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again!

Absolutely loved it! Huge At Home store with a lot of options.

Saw a picture I really liked at the store in Cedar Park and bought it. Wanting more like it, I went to the At Home website and saw there are 2 more in the same series at the Pflugerville store which showed they were both in stock so I ordered them. Shortly after, I received and email saying one of them was not available. When I went to pick it up I asked about the other one which I saw as being available at the San Marcos store. They would not transfer it to either Cedar Park or Pflugerville. This means I would have to drive over 60 miles each way to pick up a $40 picture. I created a ticket on their customer service site. Within minutes, I received an automated response. After that, crickets. No response whatsoever in almost two weeks. Lesson learned, only believe what you can see in the store. Anything online is at best questionable. At Home should be ashamed of their lack of customer service.

The store is always clean and tidy. Staff are helping to put in social distancing measures. Theres now a large selection of Christmas decorations and decor as well.

Although I was rather disappointed with their selection of curtains, this store has everything imaginable for your home, and at reasonable prices. Clean and spacious, no loud music blaring like other stores do, and great customer service.

Dismal inventory - not particularly their fault as Christmas goods are ravaged everywhere right now due to COVID demand and diminishes seasonal orders. However, they look like a tsunami hit them. Needs a good cleaning/sorting of the remaining stuff.

This store used to be garden ridge. I used to work for them about 20 years ago. I then left for the military and was gone for 20 years. Came back and learned the garden ridge building I worked at was demolished, which made me sad a bit. It was such a cool place to shop. But fortunately, I learned At Home was garden ridge but updated. So, happy to be in their stores from time to time.

Overpriced on some items, although less so than in past years.

Cool place with lots of variety. Good place to look for holiday yard decorations. Bought a wicker couch for for our deck and is still very sturdy.

I love this place! Its hard to walk out empty handed 😂 I do wish some aisles were organized better, like the pillow aisle, its hard for 2 carts to pass through & some pillows were on the floor making it hard to maneuver. But over all you will discover some good finds

What a great experience in a Retail store. Aside from the crowded aisles the customer service from employees was A+, unless of course you are management, their demeanor lacked the +, Merchandise on sale was stocked perfectly! This is a fun place to shop, and you can pretty much always find what you are looking for. They can be a bit pricey at times, but if you are a bargain shopping like myself, this is definitely a go to place. Only reason they are getting 3 stars is because I feel every time I go, there are never enough cashiers. Other than that, I would highly recommend this store and location.

Why do you have a sign on the doors stating mask are required if you are not going to enforce it? One person in front and one behind me without mask as I stood in line to check out. Both cashiers said nothing to the shoppers as they checked out.

Liked my experience in the store. Lots of good stuff. Bought a recliner, looked great, affordable price, the back was bent out of shape within a week, the store sent tech out, was told the chair was defective and they replaced it. They would not take defective chair away, odd business move, not pleased, then, replacement chair did the same thing, I now have two bent recliners...the warranty only covers a one time replacement, REALLY? My father always said you get what you pay for it seems true for our one experience with this store, no follow up by manager, not coming back
