After several months of frustration trying to get a reply from the dealer for warranty work on my 2022 super C motorhome I contacted Greg at Shoreline. Although he had not previously completed warranty work for Thor (the manufacturer), he was willing to work with them to ensure coverage. Once that process was completed the repairs were completed efficiently and effectively, with good communication and a personal, professional touch throughout the process. Thank you, Greg!

Most Excellent! You cannot even tell where I smashed the right back corner of my motorhome. They even had to manufacture the decals. They were very easy to work with, held to their schedule, and kept in touch by email as promised. I highly recommend them for any RV or boat. It is clearly the best body work around!

Shoreline did an absolutely marvelous job repairing the damage to our Jayco RV. I asked when I brought it in to examine and find any issues. They did so and repaired everything to factory standards. In fact, the RV looks better now than it did right off the dealer lot. The paint matches, the parts were OEM and everything looks as good as new. They patched the roof and sealed it, the finished off with a detailing job that left it shining.Jamie kept me informed of every step of the process and the estimate was within pennies of what was promised.Shoreline came highly recommended and lived up that recommendation.

Jamie helped me out with my RV, general repairs that need to be done for my Class C RV after several 2-5K mile trips. They did a great job on all requests. But where they really exceeded, they helped assess the problem with my generator, did a tune up as requested, discovered I needed a new Carb, but when there were still issues, they took it to a specialist on their own time. I had more to deal with. But they made it easy. Kept it in their yard until the other shop was ready, then delivered it to that shop with no addl charges. That other shop did great work. Now I feel I have two great new resources. I will be coming back for all of my repairs, and when I get a boat in the next year, this will be my shop of choice for that as well! Thanks Jamie!!!

The fiberglass repair on my 1991 SeaRay is absolutely beautiful. Jamie worked with me to get a really great look with the new, better materials in use today. I had to bring the boat from an hour away and would do it again if needed. After the boat was put back in the water, we had a small electrical problem that required work by another shop and when I told Jamie, he checked with their technician who confirmed the problem. Without hesitation they took ownership of it and reimbursed me. Shoreline is an absolutely first class operation. They want the customer happy, and I am nothing short of that. If you have fiberglass work to do, have them do it! I dare say they put the same care and attention into any work they do.

This place is awesome. By far the best place to have any fiberglass, gel coat repaired. They have to have the best painter in this area. The paint repair they did was better than factory. Was very impressed on their quality of work. They also communicated very well and informed me weekly on the status of the repair. I am a customer for life on any repairs needed on an a boat or RV.

Had boat fiberglass damage and needed my boat for tournament. Gary got it done in time for me to fish. The quality of work was excellent and Gary keep me up to date throughout the entire engagement.

While returning from New Mexico in our Motorhome an Antelope or Deer decided to butt heads with our Coach and damaged the front end. The fiberglass fender and lower louvers needed repair as well as cracking around the left headlight. I didn’t know where to take the RV for repair as most body shops are too small to fit the vehicle in their repair facility and the Dealers literally take months and great sums of currency. I searched on Google and found Shoreline Boat & RV repair and was delighted that they were able to fit me in to their busy schedule right away. Their estimate was below what I had anticipated which was a plus. We had encountered problems finding louvers for the Coach as they don’t make them anymore but Shoreline manufactured a new grill for me which I actually like better than the original. After a day or so huge hail producing thunderstorms rolled across the city but to my relief Shoreline moved the Coach under a protected ‘hangar’ with no extra charge.Shoreline Boat & RV repair is easy to find and the parking area is substantial. The facilities are clean and well organized. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful and always returned my calls right away. There were no extra or hidden charges at the end and my experience here was very pleasant. I was in and out in under two weeks. I definitely recommend Shoreline Boat & RV Repair.

I recently had my 2018 45 fifth wheel in for a routine a/c fix, which then escalated to a water damage fix. Both items were successfully repaired professionally. Including the replacement of an a/c motor, the replacement of some of the paneling with decals, replacement of a section of carpet, and adjustment of slide out rollers.I really appreciate the time and effort they took to resolve my needed repairs. What started off as an insurance event, transformed into a post-warranty, warranty issue which took months to resolve. Gregg and his team were always patient and helpful with my questions. Gregg was able to work through the (at times) frustrating process of getting the warranty work approved, which I am grateful for. Note that they are an approved warranty repair shop for Forest River. Once the work was approved, he was able to get the work done quickly and professionally.Going forward I hope to continue using Shoreline Boat & RV Repair for my repair and storage needs (they also offer storage).

Shoreline did a great job for me repairing my Shallow Sport boat. They worked great with the insurance company and convinced them of the type of repair work needed to ensure a long term fix (hole in bottom of my boat). They did have an accident that punctured my gas tank, but they took care of everything - fixed it perfectly, cleaned and waxed the boat and filled it full of gas (55 gallons!) to wrap up the job. These guys rock - I highly recommend them. Jaime was awesome and communicated frequently to keep me up to speed on repairs, sent good pictures as well.

Had boat exactly 6 hours and ended up getting hit by an impaired driver... in her car on the way home! Damage primarily to trailer but boat had some significant fiberglass damage. I left my camper (my full-time home) with Shoreline for some general repairs and upgrades while I was traveling for work. Jamie was very responsive and accommodating of my crazy schedule. He provided regular detailed updates and photos throughout the process, which was much appreciated when you have left your home with someone :). Not impressed. I was charged 3500.00 in labor and 2500.00 for parts to repair a damage A/C and Roof.I was sent pictures online of before and after.When I went to pick up my RV. I was given a bill of 500.00 for my deductible, asked if I received pictures and sent on my way. No one ever explained what was done, how the warranty worked or what was replaced. My RV was hooked up to an outlet, so I unhooked it, hitched and left.I guess after receiving the 6000.00 check from my insurance, they didn’t feel customer service was necessary anymore.I will never use Shoreline for my RV needs again.

We had a pretty large repair to our RV. Greatly caused by the hurricane. We knew we had an exceptional Insurance company next was locating a match in a company to complete repairs. We had flooring, ceiling, interior walls, trim molding and much more needing repair or replacing. We recieved weekly updates from Jamie, which were sent to American National Ins as well. All repairs were completed sooner than expected with attention to details that exceeded my expectation. It was truly a great experience.

Great experience and I will be back :) I was needing wheel bearings serviced.. Once I arrived to drop it off and conversed a little, I knew it was a place dedicated to the customer and I felt I could trust the workmanship. So I added additional work I needed.. a ladder to the back of my Camper and having the front oxidation removed and waxed to protect my Camper from the texas sun! They had all the work completed earlier then promised and it looked showroom new! Great company and Great workmanship!

We can’t thank Shoreline Boat and RV enough! They were INCREDIBLE to work with. Our primary point person was Zack and he was professional, courteous, and really seemed to care about our situation. We are full time RVers and our window sprung a leak during an epic Austin storm. Because we are full timers; not having our house is a big deal. Knowing this, Shoreline fit us in within three days of our initial call; while other shops were not going to be able to fit us in for 4 weeks. On top of that the manager, Greg, offered for us to stay on Shoreline’s property where they have 50 amp service and fresh water available should repairs go long. Thankfully, this generous offer wasn’t needed as they were able to get us in and out in one day. To add another complication, our trailer is still under warranty and the manufacturer would only cover the work if the service company contacted them BEFORE doing any repairs. While this put other shops off, Shoreline had no problem with this. They made a stressful event completely hassle free and I really can’t recommend them enough!

After the dealer put a screw through the side of my 5th wheel during warranty repairs, and then couldnt even tell me when the damage they caused would be fixed after I pointed out the screw to them (sat on their lot for 3 weeks with no progress or estimate when it would be done), sent pictures to Shoreline. They gave me an estimate, and said they could work me in. Guess what? Shoreline did exactly what they said they were going to do, got it done when they said they would, at the price they quoted. And communicated what was going on the entire time. Totally different and fantastic experience compared to the dealer!! Will definitely use them again if needed.

Our RV had been hit by a tractor trailer which left major damage to the outside of the RV, as well as a few problems on the inside. Nice people and a very nice place but, in my opinion, the name is misleading.Please note that they correctly identify themselves on their front page as,Shoreline Boat & RV Repair provides boat, recreational vehicle, personal watercraft and travel trailer owners with the finest in cosmetic and structural repair services.What they do not do is repair internal systems such as electrical or mechanical issues, at least not as far as I could tell. They are a body shop, and undoubtedly a good one, but they are limited in what types of systems that they repair.

My husband took his North Trail for repairs. Greg, super helpful, knowledgeable and the prediction of completion was on target. This company customer service remained even throughout our unit repair relationship and the workmanship is outstanding.

Did not do as they said. Supposed to be in and out yet. They put me off till I complained. Then i go into pay and they take a regular customer first who came in after me. Guess my money wasnt good enough. And at 150.00 per hour to diagnose and 150.00 for 1/2 hour to put in a 22.00 part that probably took 5 min. 400.00 to repair a 22.00 part. Just wow.Then on top of that they dont have change for cash.guess I wont be going back there. Im not rich enough

We stayed at their facility for three days (we are full timers and need to stay with our rig). The place is clean and they supply 50 amp service. Iv used Shoreline twice to repair my 41 RV. The did an excellent job both times, and I would not consider taking it anywhere else. Their staff and techs are friendly and professional; I highly recommend them.

Had my front cap on my 2013 Wildcat 5th wheel redone after it started to fade and discolor. They removed the cap and repainted it and applied several coats of clear. Looks brand new and I know it will last now. Great job. Great group of people.

These guys repaired the gel coat and made some nessisary repairs to the bottom of my dads boat and he will not stop raving about it! (So much that he is sitting her dictating this review). It has been a rough few weeks since he ran his boat in to a jetty and it really broke his heart. He went ahead and splurged on getting it polised, waxed, and buffed but grumbled a little about the price. Imgine his suprise when he thought they were only doing below the rub rail but got the boat home and took the cover off to find the ENTIRE boat polished! He wont stop talking about how it was worth every. single. penny! I just ordered him new cup holders because they look so yellow against the shinny white. Thank you Shoreline for taking his little boat accident and helping him get back a brand new 20 year old boat. Im sure he will be shouting your prises on the lake year round!

Great place for RV repair. Honest and keep you informed. I have a Class A motorhome. I lost a tread on the rear inside dual. The tread coming off knocked a hole in the floor of my rig in the rear closet. These guys tackled the job with gusto. All of the ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath had to be replaced, cabinets removed and gobs of work. They were great at keeping me informed on the progress of the job. They worked with me on picking out new tile. They even allowed a few inspections of the work in progress. The job ran a little longer than planned as the old floor would not come up and had to be chiseled off of the sub-floor. They told me about this ahead of time so no surprises.In the end, I am very happy with the final result. The floor looks great. The trim work looks super. Some of the trim work had to be custom designed and looks great. When I got my rig back, it was clean inside and out, a nice surprise. I will recommend these folks to my friends. The entire team is friendly and courteous, always willing to help. This has been the best RV repair experience I have ever had in over 30 years.

Recently crashed my Dargel bay boat into a channel post at the coast. The boat was fixed so well you wouldnt know it had been damaged . The work was done in a timely manner and was a good experience .

They repaired my side wall after an accident. They spent months doing this and when I finally got it back. My fridge started failing. They were sloppy in the wall repair and did not insulate the wall. We didnt find out until we moved to Colorado. There are actally gaps to the outside! A freezer full of preciously aquired spoiled colostrum and breastmilk for baby is a huge price to pay. Beware about getting large structural jobs being done by this repair shop.
