The employees are really helpful and nice. What is crazy is that they had a bigger selection of Nike shoes then the actual Nike factory at the Round Rock Outlet mall. Plus Rack Room always have better deals.

Rack Room Shoes in Pflugerville has a nice selection of shoes for the entire family. The store is clean and the staff is courteous. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because you cannot always find the size you need, however the selection is good enough that you can find a comparable shoe for a good price. Also, the frequently run buy one get one half off sales, which is helpful for families.

The store associates here are incompetent. Especially the team leader. Went to swap a pair of shoes for a different size and they wanted to charge me $20. Just for an exchange. Same shoe same brand same price. Finally I left, went to the Round Rock location and got it done.

Just want to give a super shout out to the ladies here at this store. I have always shopped at rack room for my shoes, not to say I have never asked a team member if something is out of stock but I’m really glad I did. She was a very tall pretty lady with braids and I really wish I remember her name but she offered not only the location where I could find the shoes I wanted but to order online through them to get what I needed. Not only was it super easy and quick but I got my shoes so super fast! They are perfect. Thank you to the young lady who helped me and to the lady who checked us out at the register. You both deserve a shout out, some pizza and a raise! Fantastic job, very well done.

So this place is good but the reason for only 4 stars is because of their small selection of boys shoes. Actually Id prefer to give it 3&1/2 stars but I couldnt do that. The staff is friendly and helpful; however, the store has about half an aisle of boys shoes vs. the full aisle of girls shoes. I struggle to find shoes for my son and Id prefer to have a greater variety to choose from. That being said when I go to buy shoes for myself or my daughters, there is plenty of selection. As a shoe store I would expect a greater selection for all types. I still continue to shop there because they usually have buy one get one 50% off and when buying for 4 kids, its worth it. Also if you cant find your size they will look at other stores for you but you will need to drive there to get them. Lastly, the quality of the shoes are good.

Hallie, when you work in a retail establishment you should profect your customer service skills and learn to count change back. Its hard to believe that youd rather lose a customer before being able to do simple addition. When someone offers you change after youve punched it in, figure the math out rather than refuse to take it from the customer. I guess the days of customers being treated with respect are over. I wont return to this store again.

The Manager on Duty significantly lacked customer service skills. Usually returns/exchanges at other locations are fast and the cashier usually helps out quite a bit. Not here; not today. Try Rack Room Shoes at La Frontera--its a short drive away, and customer service is way better.

Back to school shopping here! Greeted right away, nice deals on shoes. Can be challenging to handle the frenzy of consumers coming through during peak seasons, this place handles it well.

Came looking here for woman tactical shoes for work... at my dads highly recommended suggestion per his experience here... my dad came with me while he hunted for what i needed for work purposes... he was quickly as disappointed as I was when we learned they dont even stock them for women here... wow.🙄😒

Do not go here this place is run by new employees who can’t even run a cash resister.. Also there is few selection in boy shoes over girl shoes and if you take your toddler there, you will not find anything in his size

Just bought a pair of sandles, wore them in the store to make sure they felt ok. After an hour of walking around in them my feet were sore. The sole of the sandles had a strange texture that started wearing on my feet as I walked. I tried to take them back one hour after purchasing them and was told that I couldnt because they have wear and tear on them now. I just wanted to trade them in for a different pair of sandles. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
