Excellent experience! Mr. shah was very patient with us. Provided all paper work in a timely, and professional manner. He even waited on us while we worked with our bank; even went in late for a doc. Appointment to insure we got the car day of. Best dealer experience I’ve had. He’s family owned, and his sons were great help as well. Highly recommend shah motors. Wonderful service here, Id give 6 stars if I could. Shah and his son were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. He let me take my time and have a mobile mechanic inspect the vehicle for my peace of mind. I bought a great car and got a good deal for it as well. Would definitely buy from here again. Test drove a f350 shifted hard between 1-2 gear had no transmission fluid on dip stick when I checked it also had a pretty good transmission leak. The man wouldnt come down on price and wanted about 3000 over what the truck was worth a good transmission not to mention a bad one. My advice is steer clear of the place all together very much a shady car dealership kind of place.

I came to Shah motors to help my son find a car and I was very happy with the experience. Weve been car shopping for a while and some of the used car dealerships weve visited just give me an immediate bad feeling. Shah motors is not that kind of place. They had a great selection of quality cars and I never felt pressured by Mr. Shah or any of the other employees. This will definitely be the first place I look for a car in the future. We walked away with a great car at a fair price and I couldnt have been happier with how we were treated.

I got a really great car that will last for a long time, they have lots of former cop cars and they are built to last beyond 500,000 miles. Fawad really hooked me up with a good car and even put in a new battery for free.

I bought a 2005 F450 flatbed that Ahmad said was maintained by Travis County. I paid over $14,000 cash money. Within 2 weeks I found out that all 4 shocks were at the end of their life, 14 of 16 body mounts are severely dry rotted, 2 which arent there anymore - its metal to metal. The brakes held for 2 weeks by pure luck and also were almost metal to metal. All 4 back tires looked good but had separated tread from overload. Why? Because this truck isnt a flatbed at all! Its a dump truck that had the bed welded shut and the rails removed. Both front tires had to be replaced from separated tread. These arent regular truck tires these are commercial and cost over 200 each new. 10 spark plugs in this V10 motor - all were the originals and black as night. To make it worse after running the truck for a few hours the truck starts weak and struggles to reach idling speed. Just a complete lemon. I called Shah Motors to let them know about the truck and the father immediately overtalked me and said thank you for your business and hung up in my face. Afterwards they blocked me on FB.My name is Mike Upton, owner of Tree Addicts in Temple Texas and this story is 100 percent accurate. Shame on you Shah Motors! I will continue to tell my experience to anyone seeking a vehicle. You guys lied to me and cost me thousands of dollars in repairs and then cowardly hang up in my face.

I bought a 2005 F450 with $14,000 cash 1 month ago. Ahmad assured me that this truck was well maintained and ready to go. During the test drive it drove a little rough but with a heavy flatbed I thought this was normal. I only owned this truck for 2 days when the problems started. A very slight wobble turned into a horrible wobble. The brakes worked but were at the end of their life. All 4 shocks completely bottomed out and had to be replaced. Two bent rims and two commercial tires with separated tread. All totaling $3900 in repairs. I will NEVER do business with Shah motors again. He lied to me and to my wife. BEWARE. Now Ive spent almost 19K for a 2005 truck.

Hi everybody,This is the mail we wrote to Mr Ahmad, this way youll understand our issues with this car dealership.....Hi Ahmad,We are writing this mail to express our disappointment about the purchase we made on June 29th 2020. To begin with, I Terry R. blame myself for having listened to my girlfriend Pamela F. who didnt want to go check two other cars that we had lined up to view in the area. She was in a hurry to purchase a car as our rental car that was provided through our insurance company was reaching its last day. However, we should have taken the car to be checked out by our mechanic. By the LAW a customer has the right to have the vehicle checked by a mechanic of his choice!With that said, after our purchasing the car we did have the Honda checked by our mechanic, and here is his report:-Two front tires had to be replaced $ 259-Front and rear brakes had to be replaced $ 403-Coolant service $70, spark plugs $50, belt replacement $50,power stirring service $50, brake fluid flush $ 60, transmission service $70In the near future the rods and shocks for the front and rear will have to be replaced, which will total about $800.00Also, we noticed that some of the paint is peeling off! When we try to adjust the sound of the volume from the CD radio player, it doesnt respond properly...As you can see, its an expensive buy after all of this. We know that the deal is done and we dont ask for anything, but you WILL have a very bad rating and as we know a lot of people, we WILL spread the word around, as I have been told before, never buy a used car from a car dealership!RegardsPamela F. and Terry R.

Update: The dealer contacted me explaining the mileage was entered wrong and was never fixed each consecutive year it got inspected. Im having this clarified with CarFax and a local vehicle inspector nowUnfortunately, I have to change my 5 star rating to 1. This dealer sold me a 2007 Silverado 2500 listed as 159,xxx miles when its actual mileage is 389,xxx!! Oh and the odometer was swapped to read 159,000 so it fooled me. They arent legally obligated to disclose mileage on vehicles over 10 years old and can mark Not Actual Mileage on the title transfer 130-U form so anything goes. I sincerely hope this dealer responds to my review and returns my money.
