Despite this location barely having any customers, most employees arent all that interested in helping customers. Both self-serve copy machines were out of paper and I had to walk all the way across the store to find someone to add to it. That was fine, just took an extra few minutes.After that, I went to the shipping counter wanting to ship a handful of boxes, all things that the previous employee and others in the store had seen me come in with. I stood at the counter for several minutes, trying to get the attention of clerks and no one ever helped.Eventually I just took my boxes and left the store, doing my business elsewhere that day.Additionally, despite it being early in the day [11am], the floors clearly hadnt been cleaned or vacuumed overnight.

Went to return an item tonight and was helped by Jodi. She was very professional, accommodating and her customer service skills were amazing. Its so nice to see that people still care about their customers. Shout out to the young lady who helped retrieved my product as well, sorry I didnt catch her name.

Thursday morning 8:00 sept 23rd.Lady working in print department needs to find another job. Clearly she doesn’t have customer service skills. Made me wait an hour ( please check your cameras) to get one page. Obviously she was in a bad mood and l was trying to keep my cool hopeful she has a better day.

I took a ream of cardstock in to have it cut in half. I’m a cardmaker, so measurements matter. This is what I got. Widths vary by more than a quarter inch.Wasted time, money, and a ream of cs. This is only good for scrap paper.

First time ever coming in customer service was nonexistent while looking for a new printer wandered around reading all the specs of the printers not knowing at all what I should be getting. I should have went next door to best buy...

Amazing store and more importantly - great employeesI went into the store having purchased my printer online. Upon arrival, my phone accidentally popped out of my pockets and fell to the ground near the checkout area.I continued to pick up my item and headed back to the car for loading. I was absolutely unaware at this point that my phone was not with me.After finishing up loading, I saw an employee run to hand over my phone explaining that she probably thought it was mine based on an earlier interaction in the store.Having exchanged appreciation, I felt very good about my experience knowing that the world is still full of good people and intentThank you Office Depot and the wonderful employee whose name I am unable to recollect at this time.

Great service! My wife and I went in there to print some party invitations for our little girls birthday party and Sarah was great! She helped us figure out what paper we needed and then printed them out for us. If you like/love good customer service this is the place to go for all your printing necessities!

One of the best pre thanks givings deal on a laptop AND store managers agreed to do a price match on a monitor which was 90 bucks cheaper on amazons office depot store. There might have been some kind of glitch on amazon but store managers still agreed for price match. Very respectful and nice employees and very happy with my purchase and shopping experience.

I have ALWAYS received great service. Tim and female sales manager (sorry, don’t remember her name) have welcomed me with EXCELLENT customer service every single time. Knowledgeable and helpful makes me loyal to them and this store. GREAT job!!!!

Print service is below par - every time I have been there, something is wrong, whether it be multiple mistakes by staff, broken equipment, or forgotten jobs. On multiple occasions I have been there to either pick up an order or print in store, and they have messed up my order or one ahead of me, and I spend upwards of 30-45 minutes waiting. The most recent time I went in, I waited for an hour - was skipped, and then helped - and they messed up my order, and I had to return for another 15 minutes. Staff is attentive, and polite, however issues persist and remain consistent.

This location is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and super helpful. I love this store.

Waited over an hour to have 50 pages printed off my thumb drive. My order was interrupted multiple times by other customers and the staff not having the back bone to tell them to wait their turn in line. The only reason I didnt leave was because Office Depot was the only printing service with a ten mile radius. Recommend the store taking a hard look at their planning and staffing.

I love Office Depot. No matter what state O am in they get my emails printed off, they scan documents to my email, and I never get any issue about getting documents on time. THANKS!

Go here for printing mostly and the staff in that section is awesome and always willing to help. I much prefer going here over Kinkos/FedEx as they charge for usage and are generally a lot less helpful. When you need something printing and want help or just good staff and prices then go here.

Love this location! The people are great and the service is wonderful. It also have to be very knowledgeable about their products and willing to help me choose the best one remind me to.

Good news: they fired the store manager - Samantha Auburn - for her incompetence and unprofessional behavior finally. Sadly, nearly all of the best staff has already been driven off, since she enjoyed insulting and belittling others. Hopefully the new manager will make it better, but avoid this place for now until they get back on their feet from Auburns awful management.

Did you know you can mail USPS package here? Super convenient. Less crowds. And they have boxes and envelopes.

The wait for a second cashier to come and help attend customers was just a wee bit lengthy. The cashiers where polite, respectful and helpful.

Almost had what I wanted. Had to choose similar product but still had good service.

I was helping a friend attempt to print some business cards from a PDF file on a flash drive to punch out business card stock. A previous visit had managed to get the printer to use the card stock, in the extra paper tray, although it took a bit of experimentation since the copier does a terrible job with paper tray selection in that it doesnt actually tell you which is which.However the graphic was incorrect and upon returning to Office Depot a week later with the corrected graphic, one employee was completely incapable of telling me how to get the copier to use the extra paper tray and the other lied to my face in saying that the copier couldnt do it at all (raising the obvious question of why it has the extra paper tray in the first place). I call it a lie since I had already managed to do it previously. Or perhaps they werent lying and were just clueless.Frustrated we walked out, never to return.Office Depot owes it to its customers to have people in the print department (and elsewhere) who actually know how to use their own equipment.Maybe someone at Fed Ex/Kinkos will understand their own copiers because thats where Im going next.

Went in here to print a card for my moms birthday and it took 15ish minutes, but the staff member that was helping me was also helping 2 others and kept a smile on her face.

The store is very clean, did not feel clutter. All the isles are labeled making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for; was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Hard to beat Office Depot on prices and selection.

Customer service is pretty bad here. It really depends on who helps you. Staff will often ignore you when you stand right in front of them. They have a couple of good people, but most dont care

Its a office Depot. Not much to say. Always very friendly. Never had any issues shopping here.

The store manager (Samantha Auburn) is HORRIBLE. She will ignore you, brush you off, and if you call her out on it, shell try to pawn it off as the fault of a helpless associate. No wonder so many of the employees have quit in the last month or so. What is a person like this even doing in retail, let alone as a manager? Ugh. Go elsewhere for your office supplies!

I ordered 150 flyers. 3 days later I went to the store and my flyers werent ready. I then had to wait an hour at the store until they made my flyers. Also it took forever until someone came over to help me. This is not acceptable.

Run of the mill Office Depot, nothing stands out. They were late on one of my print jobs, it wasnt important but the manager did call to tell me when it was ready saving me a second trip to the store.
