Highly recommend Ridgeline! My garage door spring had snapped in two. I needed a repair, so I called Ridgeline. Reasonable pricing, called a gave me a price over the phone. The price was a little cheaper the day of the repair. Very efficient, from arrival to completion was just under an hour. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call again should I need anything.

After being out of town for 2.5 weeks, Id forgotten that my husband had manually locked the overhead garage door before we left. I was quickly reminded when I opened the door, which bent the track and derailed some of the wheels. After 45 mins of trying with various tools, I couldnt get the wheels back in the track so I could lower the door. The hubs was still gone, so I asked a neighbor to help. Things went from bad to worse over the next 40+ mins. My garage was completely vulnerable to theft.I called Ridgeline around 11:15 PM, desperately hoping someone would respond. Daryl did. He and a helper came to my house way after bedtime and got the overhead door closed and secured to the wall. Daryl returned the next day to do a proper repair. I expected a pretty hefty bill after all hed done. Nope! I was shocked at how reasonably priced his service was.Daryl was a godsend that night. I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

Easy to reach and quick appointment. The tech let me know exactly when he was going to arrive. This company is professional and takes the time to make you understand what theyre doing and why. Its not easy to make the garage door repair call a pleasurable experience, but they did it!

RidgeLine doors cares about their customers. I put in an online request late in the afternoon on Sunday and was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I was running late after picking up my kids, Daryl was very understanding and patient. He provided me with several options to fix the seals on my garage doors. These options were not pushy or made to sound like my current doors were inadequate (they were installed in 1975). He gave a very reasonable price quote and had the materials on his truck to complete the fix same day. In addition to the fix he also did tune up work to make sure they ran smoothly. My garage door has been working a little too hard lately and I didnt quite know what to do when it quit shutting. Unfortunately it gave up when my husband was working a 24 hr shift. I had to pick up my son from school soon- I called RidgeLine because they were local and Im and avid small business supporter. You guys, they are SOO GOOD. It took five minutes to get him to the house. Daryl went above and beyond to ensure the safety and longevity of my door. He ended up just moving a few bolts, which wouldve taken me hours- took him less than 30 minutes and didnt charge me. Lets be honest, I wouldve either broken the door or myself trying. He was so helpful and trustworthy I felt no pressure to ask about upgrades and he taught me how to maintain my own door. Ill definitely be hiring him to upgrade my door since LGI puts in the cheapest products ever. I wish I wouldve just hired him to install the whole thing... wouldve saved me and my husband some stress😂
