Steve has worked on my classic 85GPz several times, always pleased. He has worked on all of my cycles over the years, and is now the only caretaker of my 900rsHis prices are always good, and timely turnaround times are great.

TL:DRThe shop almost had me sell my bike for a quarter of what it’s worth because they lied to me, I had another mechanic fix it in less than the time it takes to finish a cup of coffee.I had my motorcycle towed from south Austin ($228) on good faith that they were an honest shop. I explained everything that was wrong with my Honda Shadow precisely and they said bring it on up. Steve over quoted me on unnecessary carb cleaning and tank flush and when I wasn’t interested in that he switched gears and didn’t seem motivated to work on the bike any longer. He then called the next day and told me I had low compression in the rear cylinder and a stuck valve and I would be better off selling it and getting another bike. As I explored options he grew impatient and threatened me with storage fees and being hostile. I don’t think they are equipped for jobs outside of regular maintenance hence the fact he couldn’t diagnose a bad ignition switch.

These guys are so awesome!!! From Customer Service to knowing what they are talking about they are the real deal. I take my 2019 Hayabusa to them for any and everything. Anyone reading this should as well. Not to mention they have unbeatable prices on parts and labor. They are my one and only go to guys for my bike and should be your as well!!!

Steve is just awesome! I’ve been taking my bike(s) here for about a year and a half. I really do feel lucky that I live close to this place. They do great work and even better, Steve is the easiest person to deal with. So cool and friendly! They always have several bikes at the shop they are working on but he still manages to get my bike done quickly. The last few times I went, I had him do several things on my bike and he got them completed the next day or within two days. You’re not going to find another shop that does great work, treats you well, and gets your bike back to you that fast. Have questions, drop by or call and he’ll take the time to answer them.

Steve did a great job jetting my 03 Honda valkyrie which is no easy task considering it has six carbs. Very friendly and flexible with fair prices. Has my baby running like a champ. Will definitely be my go to shop for any motorcycle repair or enhancement needs. Thanks again Steve.

I got a Suzuki DS 80 when I was 7 years old. Ive been lugging this bike around my entire life, I am going to be 40. I have paid thousands of dollars to keep the bike over the years on storage and travel etc. You are probably thinking why… you could have bought like 7 bikes for the amount you have paid for that one. We pretty much lost our entire child hood life so I hung onto this one thing because its kind of the only thing I had left to hold on to. It hasn’t run properly or at all almost all those years. This Christmas my wife surprised me by taking it to Total Performance Cycles here in Pflugerville. The guys there really understood my story they understood what the bike means to me. They quoted me to get it cleaned up and running. Though it took far longer than anticipated. Which we have to understand this bikes 33 years old parts are scarce. They kept me up to date the entire way. Upon delivery I was elated to ride that little bike just like I was a kid again. They came in well under the quoted price and I am going back for some odds and ends if we can find some rare parts. Didnt have tire I needed in stock but was totally helpful referring me to a shop that might. Offered to order and install if other shop couldnt do same day. I think it was owner that I talked to but whomever the gentleman may have been he was very friendly and informative and will be going back when I need a good mechanic that really cares about his customers or future customers unlike some big name shops!! I like this shop, The owner and the son are real helpful. People skills is a must when you own a business and thats what I have experienced from both individuals. You can call with a question and they are there to answer. Down to Earth, No fronts, is the reason I like going here. Sometimes you run into those people that front, and that to me, tells me this isnt the place I want working on my bike. Short n Simple I like the place, no complaints over here. Comfortable environment, even his dog is cool.

Steven is the best... Took my Honda in prepared to spend $500+ for a carb overhaul however because he his expertise a couple of twists here and there also a few hoses exchanged. Boom Im back riding for a lot less. Call him for all your riding needs... Hell be straight with you (respect gets respect)

Absolutely my new Go-To bike shop. Just got my tires mounted and balanced on my bike for $40/tire. Other places in Pflugerville and Austin were wanting prices of up to $192 total for mount and balance on my bike, which is INSANE. Steve got the job done in under 45 minutes AND he also tightened up my breaks while he was at it. I didnt ask or mention anything about them when I dropped it off. Total Performance Cycles is the place to go!
