This stores employees in Phenix City were horrible.There were 3 employees and all three were no help at all. We simply took a phone we ordered online from Tmobile to have activated and we were told since we bought it online we would have to call customer service to handle it. Where is good customer service and helping the customers nowadays.

The person in this store was very polite, however all of the stores conflict each other in information. One store says you can get a prepaid plan with international. Others say you cant. Others say you might be able to. They might as well be all different companies. VERY frustrating

I had a great experience with brilly at this t-mobile location, She gave me a clear understanding of how to operate my new iPhone. She also explained the new updates and how to back up my phone. If you come into this t-mobile make sure to ask for Brilly she is so patient and will answer any questions you have.

ASK FOR BRILLY!!I came in to this t-mobile location asking for help on why my service was bad and see if they can help with anything. So I talked to Brilly and she made the process quick and easy for me to understand and the problem was fixed. I also asked her why was my IPhone was slow since I just purchased it and she was also able to fix the problem. So pretty much whatever I had asked her or have problems with, she did her very best to help me and it was a successful at the end of the day. She made it very simple and straightforward.

Brechen was wonderful, she has helped me out multiple times with my service, even when i went out on travel business i gave the store a call and she was the one helping me and she figured everything out for me.

My customer service with Brechen was amazing love her and energy and carisma 🥰 she’s very helpful and super super generous thanks to her I clear all of my doubts ❤️

I’ve had some problems for about 4 months, and no one could help me until I came here, Brechen did a great job, such an amazing service, out of all ppl she was able to finally help me, I’m very very satisfied with her treatment, so kind and also very respectful, I’m glad that also she kept her distance since we still have Covid-19 around. I’m very happy with this place, more ppl like her

Wouldnt recommend this store in the summer. It is hotter than a strippers g string in this store. I will not be back until they fix their AC and fix the attitude of that Gretchen girl.

Jawan was VERY quick and helpful. Super friendly also!❤ He helped me pick the case I needed and a screen protector. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to both Samsung and IPhone. Will DEFINITELY be back to see him😄

Not too sure why I was told to wait for a different employee when all I was buying was a screen protector. The other guy just leaned back over on the counter and continued playing on his phone. Past experiences have been much better than this.

The manager and employees are awesome at this location. I will go out of my way just to go to this store! Anytime Iv had a problem they are quick to figure out whats going on and take the time to explain any situation.
