Absolute best range anywhere around. With all the times that Ive spent whole afternoons at this range, I have only met nice, like-minded people. Super nice range and family friendly.

This is the best range in the area to practice and improve your skills. The layout of the 18 bays, with berms around three sides, allow you to have a 180 degree field of fire. This is really unique in giving shooters the opportunity to train with multiple targets and work on transitions. With the ability to have your own private bay, you can also work on your presentation from holster. East Alabama Gun Club is a great range to be a member of regardless of skill level and i highly recommend it!

Awesome place to shoot. The best part about this club is that it’s open every day of the year. You can show up whenever you want. It has lots of areas to shoot privately and the staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place to all gun owners.

Incredible range. Ive been a member since its start over a decade ago. It continues to grow every year with more and more educational and training resources. Safety has always remained a primary focus. I have also known the owner for a long time and he is a great resource for members of all skill level.

By far the best range anywhere in the area. Its almost like 20 different ranges in one. You can usually go there, get an entire bay to yourself, and practice or train, without having to worry about other people being around you. Highly recommended, theres no other place like it.

East Alabama Gun Club is a wonderful facility to come & shoot at. There are matches almost every weekend & a pro shop on the weekends if you forget something or even if you need some ammunition. They’re open 365 days, rain or shine. The owner is always happy to help with any issues or concerns. Membership prices aren’t too bad either, $225 for non-active military or police. If you think about it, it’s .62 cents a day if you go out & shoot enough! No way you can beat that! Definitely worth making the drive!

East Alabama Gun Club is absolutely the best range around. Great layout with safety a priority. Steel set up on the 300 yard rifle range and several pistol bays. Big enough you typically have your own bay. Small enough the owner Alan is usually on-site for any questions. Range master present always. Theres a small but well stocked Pro Shot where you can actually buy reasonably priced ammo, huge right now. Multiple monthly competitions from Cowboy Action to IDPA. Safe, inviting place i would recommend to anyone.

The staff is very friendly, informative and even offers rental equipment. They stock supplies such as snacks and ammunition on site. They have a playground for your little ones and encourage you to bring your family. It’s got more than sufficient rifle and handgun ranges.

Good folks out there. Members that I have encountered are nice,respectful and helpful. The staff is great as well. My 2nd year and if anyone who knows me they know I will not pay for something not worth it.

Great facililty. The pro shop always has ammo. They make safety a priority. I love teaching on this range. Its also fun to shoot the steel on the pistol ranges and the 300 yard range.👍

Its an excellent place to recreational shoot. To shoot matches including SASS, IDPA,3 gun and Steel Challenge. Family oriented. Highly recommended! 👍👍

Well worth the drive from Columbus, excellent facility, fantastic staff, Luke is always friendly and Shanna is always bubbly.Perks with a membership you can get ammo on the weekends. Only place in the area that has it.

After seeing too much unsafe gun handling at the public ranges, I finally bit the bullet and joined EAGC. I wish I had years earlier. My favorite feature is the pistol bays. All 18 have berms on 3 sides instead of the single back stop seen on most ranges. This allows me to set up intricate courses of fire with multiple targets positioned up to 180 degrees apart, so much fun with a pistol or semi auto carbine. The best part, since each bay is basically your own private range, there is 10 yards of dirt separating you from the next bay. I like to think of it as a safety buffer. My next favorite feature is the steel provided on the 300 yard range. No time waisted going downrange to check targets. When you hit it you know.

EAGC is a great range. The range is always neat and orderly and there are lots of bays. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

#1 it’s the best range in the area.#2 you never know how good a place is until you have potential conflict. End point I had a problem and the owner was more then happy to assist me, when he easily could have told me to take a walk and kick rocks. And because of that this business earned my loyalty

If your Military don’t plan on them extending your length of usage or pausing your membership if you’re gone for a certain Amount of time, even if its 75% of the year.

Nice setup outdoors which allows people to practice skills they wouldnt be able to at an indoor range. They also have a shop, but its only open on weekends. Very peaceful out there and most everyone that shoots there have been decent folk who understand firearm safety.

Excellent range with great staff. Well stocked shop onsite . I drive 45 minutes to this range vs 15 minutes to one closer. It worth the trip and membership for sure. Montly IDPA/Uspsa/etc matchea.

Great facility and staff. I use EAGC a lot and have never had issues and always find an open bay to shoot in. If the sun is up, they are open.

Great competition matches, very helpful staff and owner. There is a store at the range selling ammo and such.

Full range with plenty of bays to shoot both pistol and long guns.Even an on site store that carries many of the popular rounds.

I love taking the family out here to shoot. There is overhead cover, tables, and target stands at all the ranges.
