Regular prices are mid-range. The best time to go is on Sundays from 9-11 PM when their $2/game deal is running. Ive never had to wait for a lane either! Masks are required, as a heads up.

The Staff are very nice, the atmosphere is very relaxed, we celebrated my aunts Birthday this evening and enjoyed our time.

Ive been bowling here for over 20 years and it keeps getting better. They have made many improvements, lanes are well maintained, snack bar has good variety and pretty decent food. There is a bar and wait staff service at the lanes. Great place for a night out.

Lanes are pretty good friendly environment & the pro shop is open alot more than other places & very helpful as well.

Love to come here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. One issue I had is that league days arent listed anywhere. So when I came in on a Wednesday for a deal that was listed, and then told that they had no lanes, when they clearly did. While I understand I wish I could have known before making my way in.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was friendly, the music was good as well as the cold beer. The price was very reasonable for three hours of unlimited bowling including shoes. Social distancing was in place in the lanes but maybe not the bar area. Most people wore masks except while bowling and eating or drinking. Lastly, security was on point! I would return. only 4 stars because you cant purchase two drinks unless 2 people come to the bar. If you want to purchase for your group on the lanes, forget about it. LOL

Planes are consistently oiled so that you really need to concentrate on good technique for high scores. Just recently added a new bar which looks pretty well stocked and if itll be available to the adult community. As a full-service Pro Shop that has the ability to take care of virtually anything that you may need regarding bowling equipment balls or other services

Great place to bowl with family I took my little ones we had a blast. They are friendly and have a great atmosphere for kids.

The last time I went bowling was Prom Night 1993. I had a really good time with the Petermans. This place is great for a family night out. The service is phenomenal and the staff what good customer service is.

In the past 10 years this place has gone downhill. The large woman who was working the register let 2 guys in front of me and was about to do it again, but I didnt want to disappoint the 4 little kids I brought with me; so I stayed. The woman quickly called security when I requested to cancel my second game, but I was issued a credit that i probably will never use. The entire with a nasty attitude on her face and horrible customer service. Completely ruined my Sunday afternoon. Horrible employee.

Fun bowling experience, food and drinks were great, however an employee did have a bit of an attitude when we asked for bumpers to be enabled for an adult guest due to a disability. Other than that minor issue it was great!

Just a customer with a close relation to the alley who was trying to act in the best interest of the alley. It was an honest mistake to identify said customer as an employee, however based on her actions to not only my group, but others as well, not only me but also my group had assumed she was an employee. I am sorry to Thunderbird Lanes and anyone else this may affected.Staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. They also are drinking alcohol while providing horrid customer service as if it’s not their job to assist you.

Trendy bowling alley. Parties and teams would do well here. It has a fun atmosphere. The food was better than expected.The staff was friendly and professional. You can rent shoes as needed and they have a large range of weighted bowling balls. There is a party room for rent but I didnt get to visit it while there.

Rented a lane for 2 hours with some friends, and I had a blast! They can get busy and they do take reservations on the weekends, but only after 9 pm.

Thunderbird lanes is a great place to spend with your grandkids on a Sunday afternoon. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the food is very good. The music they play is acceptable to everyone and a NFL game is showing on a big screen. Ive been going to Thunderbird lanes for years but never thought to write a review. Online advertisement stated $2 bowl after 8:30pm. We arrive at 8:30 to be told rudely by the front desk that this rate begins at 9pm. I made the worker aware that the website was presented incorrectly, and he proceeded to say that “well everywhere else on the wall says 9”. Non apologetic for the mixed information. Customer service could certainly be improved.

I had the opportunity to visit the bowling alley this past week and I must say I am very impressed with your service and staff.. The Young lady named Penelopee was so helpful and courteous.. Some young people who work at these places are rude and can make you not want to return but this young lady was completely awesome. 10000 stars for her

Ive been coming here for the last few weeks. This bowling alley is well maintained with friendly staff. The food options arent bad and tasty, and the pizza was decent. The alleys worked great without any issues.

This bowling alley has a friendly environment. The staff is always kind and courteous. They have great rates and lots of specials throughout the week. The food is really good and its always clean. Their glow bowling is lots of fun!

Clean friendly staff. Always great specials and now they offer Thunderbird rewards. The more you bowl the more rewards you get. Parking lot kind of smallish. My daughter is 3. She had a lot of fun. Bumpers and wood ramp were nice for the kids to use.

So I just got off the phone with Gail, one of your employees, and at first I wasnt going to write a review but I now see that you (the owners) respond to these reviews. First let me say that I have come to this bowling alley several times over the last few years and all in all I would say that this is a great place to bowl. My children and I like the atmosphere, the food is good and we have a good time. (Keeping in mind we have bowled other places) Patrick and Rodney are fabulous...always pleasant, always helpful. And most of the other usual staff members are also equally as pleasant/helpful. With that said Gail on the other hand is always snippy/rude. I have had 3 run ins with her and it is always the same...nasty, curt, and/or short responses. There is a saying that goes It isnt what you say but how you say it. I am glad that I am not a person who lets the actions of others keep me from finding the good in most situations but moving forward it might not be a bad thing for you as the owners to address this behavior with your staff. I am quite sure there are others who feel the same concerning Gails demeanor but also like most people they never take the time to bring these situations to your attention.

This is a great family place, but also a nice for a quiet date. Younger kids can get bumper lanes and a ramp to bowl with. Scores are all kept digitally, so its really easy to follow along. There is a cafe where you can order pizza, sandwiches and salads.

Wasn’t a great experience but wasn’t the worst ... can’t really put in to words how it was while we were there. the place just has a very “blah” kind of vibe

Totally disappointed!!!! Came in to celebrate my daughter’s 6th bday only to find out that the alley is booked for 9 months with leagues! My children were beyond sad and we had to stand to the side to find another location! And this is my neighborhood! I looked multiple times on the website and it was not one mention of this!!!!!

Great place, only problem was when we got strikes the machine would mess up. But, other than that a nice place and the staff was on point whenever we needed assistance. Definitely will be taking my family again. The pizza was good also lol

Thunderbird lanes has done a good amount of improvements. New synthetic lanes. Updated the interior. Good fun. Should run family specials that include shoes. Can be pricey cause shoes are extra.

Thunderbird is under going another update. Every year they have been making upgrades to the bowling center. If you havent been in the center for awhile you should stop by in about two weeks when the newest changes should be done. Take the family out for a fun day.
