I worked with the Philadelphia boutique. I had two appointments to decide on a dress for my bridesmaids and maid of honor, which was plenty of time. The stylist took measurements and recommended a size. If a bridesmaid could not come into the boutique to be measured, they asked them to measure themselves and call in for a recommended size. They made an online “showroom” where the dresses could be viewed and purchased. You could pick up the dress in store or have it shipped to you. They offered recommendations for alterations. Overall, a seamless process.

Listen to the reviews and dont trust their measurements. They measure you WAY too large and then youre stuck paying the alteration costs. I spent almost the same amount on alterations as on the dress ($280 for the dress, $240 for alterations). When I called Bella, they said it was my tailor. My tailor, however, has always charged fairly and is well-known and liked in the community; its just that literally EVERYTHING needed to be done. There was not a single part of that dress that fit. They wanted me to get another estimate from another tailor and also to bring it to Bella so they could check whether the right size was shipped. That would have taken more time out of my schedule (picking up the dress, bringing it to Bellas to be measured, bringing it to another tailor for an estimate, etc.), cutting it tight for the wedding. Also, why should I have to take that time out of my schedule for something that I believe is their fault. And all for what? Possibly getting some money from them for alterations? Possibly?Unless youre model size, definitely, definitely, definitely get your measurements done elsewhere or, better yet, dont go here to begin with.

So many options you’ll find pretty much everything you’re looking for. Great for mix and match concepts 🙌🏽

I love Bella Bridesmaids! Im a Philadelphia local photographer who has had the opportunity to work with Bella on both styled shoots and at real weddings and their gowns are beautiful every time. The staff is so accommodating and they have the best selection, I cannot wait to use them for my own wedding!

I chose this company because it was the only boutique that carried my wedding color.My associate was extremely attentive to my partys need to find dresses in their sizes. She checked the boutiques inventory in the back, plus looked online. For my next appointment, she even offered to have dresses in our sizes pulled from other boutiques; ready for us.My ONLY concern was there could have been better preparation prior to my partys appointment. For example, have bridesmaids dress sizes beforehand. Secondly, not everyone is a size 6, 8, or even 10. If your website caters to Plus Size women, expect your foot traffic customers to also be Plus sizes. Bridesmaids come in different shapes and sizes.Another idea, possibly have more gowns less revealing with more coverage. Due to personal beliefs and comfort levels, some women would prefer to show less skin. So, maybe offer more dresses with sleeves and shorter neck/back lines.

Super cute and chic little boutique!! All the staff members are super helpful and make the shopping experience painless. Also convenient that there are Bella’s all over to accommodate your needs definitely recommend coming here!

Super expensive, and absolutely terrible service! My wife spoke with the sales rep and specifically asked before purchases if a normal bra could be worn. They said absolutely! Of course when it came in, it couldn’t be worn, and they completely lied about the situation in order to increase their sales. When we called to swap the dress or return, they said “yes it was our mistake but we are not going to refund you or let you swap. Sometimes we make mistakes and it happens”. The dresses are overpriced and we lost over $300. NEVER EVER use this trash company.

Bellas Bridesmaids was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Brittany, Morgan, Shelsy - were all wonderful! I would certainly recommend Bellas for bridesmaid dress shopping!

Bella’s provided me and my bridesmaids such a unique and intimate experience. Brooke had pulled many different style dresses that were absolutely stunning. We were in and out of the boutique in less than 2 hours. 6 girls with beautiful dresses made perfectly for their very different body types!

If you’re looking to get your bridesmaids dress from this location please make sure you get your measurements done else where. If not then try to go to another location. I had a total of 6 girls in my bridal party three of my girls went to the location to get measured and to try on the sample dress. Two out of the three had issues with their dress. They ordered a dress that were twice the size for one of bridesmaid dress and my MOH dress length was cut too short. Keep in mind all of this was happening weeks away from my wedding day. They issued back $75 for the bridesmaid who received the oversized dress but the Alterations cost way more than $75. As for my MOH she was able to get another dress in time but she received a different shade as my Matron of Honor (both MOH and Matron were supposed to have the same color and style dress). I just feel like everyone in my bridal party spent a good amount of money on these dresses and they were not up to par. Either they should stop dealing with this designer or figure something else out. All of the other girls either that got their measurements taken at a different location or called in to the store and gave them their own measurements and their dresses turned out to be fine. I was livid that both matron and maid of honor had two different shades of gold dresses when it was supposed to be the same style, color, and designer. This was not okay and you guys need to do better. Especially when people are working so hard to spend their money on your business!!

My consultant was nice. She was patient and provided options based on availability on site. She was helpful in explaining the weird inconsistent sizing of the collection at the end of visit, when narrowung down choices. The sizing varied based on dress selected. That was the only benefit of the visit. If I had ordered online without being sized and informed of sizing pattern, I likely would have ordered too small. Ie, between two dresses with differrnt bodice but similar waist and skirts - my waist measurement resulted with two different sizes.I only visited this store due to my participation in a family members last minute event; and it is the only authorized retailer in Philadelphia for a particular site called Dessy. Late notice from Bride,was a factor with shop selection as costs werr a factor. A rush shiping fee was a necessity and adding addition travel fees was not desired.My review is low due to unexpected fees for working with a consultant to try in dresses and get sized; not having a variety of samples yet being an authorized retailer for a specific site; not having a seamstress/ tailor on site - which is going to cause me to spend more money to get the dress altered.This is a chain of stores but seem to operate independently from one another. This location only sees people by appointment vs locations in Maryland visited by other members of the party - not as strict, allowing both walk ins and appointments. This location also charges $30 to be assisted by a consultant( pulled out the dresses, offerred opinion, sized with tape measure); of which the fee was wasnt apparent perusing the website. I just wanted the night to think it over, but instead had roughly 5 hours. That was pressuring, unexpected and annoying. I dont believe there is a fee if the party is registered at Bella Brodesmaids or Bride is obtaining dress from chainI was aware of the $25 NO SHOW Fee for weekend visits however. But again, no charges for those sites visited in Maryland. The $30 fee is waived if a dress is purchased. Unsure if there is a fee for just looking and not being assisted by a consultant.Poor parking near the location, as its literally on a tiny alley of a street in olde city Philadelphia.The Bride actually selected midlength dresses. But they only had long gowns in stock, as previously communicated by email. Although I was given codes for the alternate styles they had from the collection, it wasnt clear that they may not have sizes in stock that I could try. So after selecting a dress via codes sent, I had vision in my head of a dress that I couldnt try on. That defeated the purpose of telling me it was in stock. I ended up getting a different dress. I refuse to purchase a $200+ dress and not be able to try it on to confirm fit.Another big drawback is that alterations arent done on site. So I still will have to spend more money once the dress comed back, to visit a seamstress/ tailor to get alterations completed.I had the option of purchasing strictly online, and using online discount code....but not knowing how the dress would look forced the in person visit. The other members of the party benefitted from the discount. As they were not charged for their apppointment and ordered on their own. So the $30 fee forced me to make a same day decision to get the fee credited to overall price vs lose that money.I respect that stores operate independently, but knowing the gross differences of other stores policies of the same chain, jaded the experience.

Sadly we had a very negative experience at Bella in Philly. The woman who worked with us was unfriendly, seemed very bored, and was very much unhelpful in the dress search. She did not remember information I had given her before and was not around to help clip in my bridesmaids to their dresses. My sister ended up helping them with dresses in order to save the appointment. It was borderline rude and my whole party left with such a bad taste in our mouths. I spoke with the other associate there about the negative experience we were having about 20 minutes in. While this associate was very friendly and apologetic, she only said that she wished there was something she could do. I asked if she could take over because she had finished another appointment, but she decline and said she had to prep for later appointments. I was very disappointed, and it very much ruined our experience. Im very grateful most of my bridesmaids found dresses at another store. The one who did like one of the dresses there will be trying it on again at a different store that is NOT Bella, because she had such a poor experience. I recommend going elsewhere for bridesmaid dresses because you can find the same designers in another store with much better customer service experience.

Place is by appointment only and mostly geared towards a whole group of bridesmaids coming together to get outfitted. Not great for a person who wants a more traditional retail experiences looking for a single bridesmaids dress. Adding the store hours here because sometimes google can be wrong

Allentown Bella Bridesmaids saved me! I had a bad situation at another store and they were able to come in at the last minute and order six of my bridesmaids dresses in the exact color I wanted. Erika the owner is on top of everything and she was a pleasure to work with. Very kind and helped all my ladies get their measurements in ASAP. I highly recommend working with this shop. My wedding is in July and I cant wait to see my ladies in their dresses :)

You guys are the absolute best!! You’ve made this part of my planning process such a joy. All of my bridesmaids felt like they received individualized service & I truly appreciated your huge variety of styles!

Myself as well as 5 of my bridesmaids had one of the most horrendous experiences. We walked out completely upset about how we were treated.Our sales associate was rude, didnt seem to know a thing and was condescending at times. Dont waste your time going to this store if you expect to have an organized on time appointment.You should expect for them to cut your appointment short, for them to tell you that you made the wrong the appointment (how is that even possible) and to throw multiple bridesmaids into one fitting one.Spend your money at a stores where the team actually gives you the time you deserve and doesnt stand around when you are clipping your own bridesmaids dresses while they stand around.

We had a great experience at Bella. A shop just for bridesmaids dresses is such a unique concept! There was a great selection. The staff was friendly and attentive. The ordering experience was super easy. I recommend this shop to any bride looking for a shop with lots of choices and a fun experience for her bridesmaids.

I had such an great experience with Meredith (the owner)! She was so helpful and offered great advice. The shop had a great selection- and me coming in with a specific designer, color, and fabric, was a bit intimidating. The staff was so friendly and helpful with my selection. After having underwhelming experiences at other shops Bella Bridesmaids was a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience with Bella Philly! Meredith is incredible – she is SO nice and took the time to understand my personal style as well as what I was envisioning for my wedding. I didn’t know much about bridesmaid dresses so needed a ton of guidance.Meredith somehow took all that I said and brought out a selection of dresses that were all amazing. I had such a hard time deciding between the choices but ended up with a style that couldn’t have been more perfect. I wouldn’t trust my bridesmaids’ dresses with anyone else!

Measured me to the wrong size and refused to hem the dress as it was way too long. Nothing is custom or tailored about these dresses which should qualify the dress for exchanges. Moreover, the customer service was terrible.

Bella Bridesmaid in Philadelphia saved the day! With only 2 weeks until my wedding, one of my bridesmaids didnt fit into her dress. Meredith calmed me down and then said she will find me a dress to match the other girls. Not only did she find an EXACT replica for my bridesmaid but she was the nicest person! I highly recommend this place to any bride in the area looking for amazing help and beautiful dresses!

I would rate Bella 0 stars if Google would allow it.When I was fitted, they sized me at least 3 sizes too large, despite me trying on a floor sample in that size and it literally falling off of my body. I was told they had no floor samples that would fit me (size 4 typically). I felt demeaned and talked down to throughout the entire experience. When my dress arrived, it did not fit. They said they stood by their sizing, and they said there was no time for a new dress to be made in my size. I was not allowed to return the dress.This employee I worked with at Bella was rude, made me feel horrible about my body, and sold me an overpriced dress that will take hundreds of dollars to alter to fit me properly. Worst clothing experience I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience selecting a bridesmaid dress for my girls! I cant wait for the dresses to come in. The staff at Bella Philly is so friendly and they were very helpful. I was very hesitant before my first appointment because I had been having a hard time finding bridesmaids dresses. When I walked into the appointment I described my style and Grace pulled dresses that matched exactly what I was envisioning! They were unique dresses that I haven’t seen online and weren’t the “typical” bridesmaids look. During the appointment Grace was so sweet, let us take our time and I didn’t feel pressure in making a decision. The ladies at Bella Bridesmaids did everything they could to make sure I found the dresses I wanted without making me feel like they were trying to make a sale. It was a comfortable and fun appointment and I left having to decide between two dresses! It took me longer than I expected to made a decision, but the team there worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my bridesmaids dresses would be ordered on time and without rush delivery. They quickly responded to emails and didn’t mind when I sent multiple emails to ask questions for clarification 😊 I had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaids and would recommend it to anyone looking for unique dresses and a laid back experience!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! They dont know how to do a measurement. When the dress came in the cost for alterations was almost the cost of the dress and the size was for a size 2 bridesmaid. Avoid unnecessary expense and go somewhere else. If I could put in a negative star I would.

Bella Bridesmaids is wonderful! I cannot recommend it to enough brides! I wanted my girls in mismatched, non-bridesmaidsy looking dresses and the associates at Bella helped us pick out the perfect dresses. I was not happy with the beading on one of the dresses (manufacturer issue), Bella jumped on it to fix the situation. Everyone who works there is wonderful. The girls are so happy with their dresses and so am I.

Drove 2.5 hrs to the store to try on 3 different bridesmaids dresses for a friends wedding who lives in a different state. Contacted the store weeks ahead of time with the styles of dresses. The associate on the phone guaranteed they had these styles. I got there and the associate who assisted me said they only had 1 out of 3. After debating with her she went and asked the other staff and surprise the other 2 styles showed up! Not helpful with the fitting at all. No knowledge of the dresses or the designers. Highly disappointed with the whole experience.

What an awful experience. We didnt think anything about the greeting we got (the woman said hello, asked if she could help us, and told us to have a seat until an associate was available) until a group came in after us and was given a big, warm welcome and congratulated the bride. The woman checked on the group a few times and took the girls back. When we were taken back the other associate kept coming in to our area looking for dresses, making it very distracting to talk to the associate working with us about what we wanted. The associate made us feel unwelcome when we told her our price range (we did not want to spend more than $200) and did not listen to styles that we wanted. She eventually went to get her manager who knew the styles better and the manager brought over a dress we already had said we didnt like. The dresses in the store were less than impressive and nothing we would have paid good money for anyway. We could not get out of this store fast enough!

Showed up without any appointment and Kali, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating!
