I couldn’t be happier with my experience Hessert Chevrolet. Found the car that I was looking for in their online inventory and called the dealership, and confirmed that it was still in stock. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Wilmelfi, and we looked at the vehicle and discussed my options. There were some minor imperfections on the exterior of the vehicle that I was not happy with but Wilmelfi was able to erase my worries and have those addressed in house. Wilmelfi made my experience painless and stress free and I am looking forward to working with her and the Hessert team again in the future!

I felt very uncomfortable here. When my family arrived we were being watched and after my Dad repeatedly told the associate that came up to us that we wanted to look first he followed us around. The only reason that I gave two stars is that the other associate that just happened to cross our path as we were coming from the back of the lot to the front was more friendly than the one following us.

I went to a Buick dealer in Jersey who were unprofessional, to get a key made they told me to come here and Im glad I did. Everyone was helpful, professional and gave me many options just for a key. Getting my truck serviced at Hessert Chevrolet could not have been a worse experience.Throughout my first appointment, none of my concerns were addressed. I n addition to routine maintenance, I requested several service points including a safety recall airbag repair, an AC servicing, and an ignition diagnostic.I made sure the tech knew This vehicle can stay all week for service if it needs to, I just need it all done. This is a Suburban used for fleet work at my company with several major issues to address - you would think this would be a cash cow to a dealership.Instead of even addressing and quoting any work, I got a call the same day Your vehicle is done! - surprised, I inquired about the other issues, the person on the phone knew nothing. They agreed to keep it overnight to check out more things in the morning.The next day I get another call, and we go to pick up the vehicle - only to find a $190 bill for an oil change and a headlight bulb. No issues addressed. No safety recall repair. Nothing.Im given a business card by a concerned service manager - Arthur Wharton - to hopefully resolve these issues next time. I try for several weeks to get in touch and schedule a fix, and never once get in touch or get a callback.Between all this and incredibly rude phone staff (those I WAS able to reach, pretending the call would drop while they talked to other people in the room) Ive given up on Hessert.Beware.

The dealership is unorganized and the practices are not ideal at all. I booked an appointment because something is wrong with my vehicle. I spent an hour and half there paid $205 for a diagnosis and I knew what was going on with my car?? My car is still now working and now I have to paid another couple hundred to get my car fixed??? I will not be returning to this location. That appointment was a waste of my time and money. I’ve gone to other chevy dealerships and had my car serviced for my issue this was the closest to my home but I would much rather take a further travel and be inconvenienced that way then leaving with my car in the same condition as I brought it in.

This is the second time in 8 years that I have been charged over 800$ the first time way over 1100$ to inspect my 2013 Camaro. My Camaro had 36,000 mile on it as of October 2021. This is an absolute rip off and I will never bring my car back.

To start the sales person i was in contact with said she would get back to me with pricing on a car the next day. She never did, so I had to follow up. She was off the next day?? When I went in to test drive she was having trouble getting the car started. I was waiting inside. She came back in and told me she had trouble finding the car on the lot. I dont do business with people that are dishonest. A few day after that I let her know that I found a car at another dealer (Twin Pine Auto Lancaster PA) and to please take me off her mailing list. I just received another email from her today about a sale. Dealing with dishonest sales people that dont do what they say they are going to do is not for me. avoid this dealership.

With a scheduled appt at a set time, I had a wait time of 3 hours to complete an oil and filter change with one tire repair. I believe thats about 1 hour to long.

Took my yukon to checked out again after taking to midas. They found leaks and motor mount cracked. Did a complete inspection went in at 8am was out by noon.

Seems like the type of people to just collect a paycheck. No greeting arriving to the dealership, not addressed when standing around forever waiting to be checked in. No estimate on how long my wife’s car would take. Just seems likes complete lack of care on the service side of things. She bought the car there would like to service it there. Bryner, Chapman or mall chevy would be out of the way but get treated better and more promptly.

Awful. Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the desk. Employees seemed miserable. Had a leaking brake line. Pretty simple job.They tried to tell me it was going to be $3500 to fix. It’s AT MOST a $300-$400 job. Also tried to tell me all my calipers were bad. I laughed at them and walked out. Took my car to a mom and pop shop and they did it for $320. They also told me nothing was wrong with any of my calipers. This place is a scam. Save yourself the time and money and RUN.

These guys are a Joke! I attempted to negotiate a price with one of their salesman and was told they cant negotiate and the price is 29500. I reached back out a few days later and asked to reconsider going down to 28100 because I found a comparable vehicle elsewhere for that price, but I preferred the color Hessert Chevrolet had. The sales rep told me he would discuss with the floor manager over the weekend, and get back to me. I had to reach out to him because I never heard back, and he informed me that not only were they not able to meet my price, THEY WENT UP $2500 over the weekend because THE MARKET FOR PRE-OWNED VEHICLES HAS CHANGED ALOT. Not sure how in 3 days the market drastically changed. Either way do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to purchase a car.
