I get it.... Covid... BUTClearly nothing is untouched by the current pandemic so a degree of understanding is warranted, however the promised 5-star customer service touted on the website fell well shortSimilar to other postings. a proffered timeline spanning approximately 7-8 business days was guaranteed at contract signing (more on the signing in a moment). When that timeline eclipsed without installation it took outreach to the company to get an update, the company did not initiate communication. They were definitely responsive to the messaging over the course of half a day between their customer relations department and operations team and very apologetic throughout. With quarantines and Covid restrictions it was understandable. They offered a refund versus continuing with a new latest install date, and I quote, we can promise this updated schedule date is committed. That date then came and went with no installation and again no company outreach when they knew they were missing another install date. At that point I had to reach out again myself and simply requested a refund as there was no longer any faith in an actual timeline of delivery. The refund was promptly issued.They get two stars for prompt responses to customer directed inquiries and rapid issuance of refund, but they fall far short of the expectations of normal business relations of the need to initiate communication when you arent going to be able to hold up your part of the bargain (especially if its happening twice to the same customer). It seems like they are a rapidly growing company and maybe the benefit of the doubt is they are stretched too thin in customer relations/operational management to handle anything other than a smooth install season where by comparison a broad impact event like Covid has rendered them ineffective at actively managing their accounts.Final point relative to signing... it was by no means a high pressure sales event but if you intend to get comparison prices from other outfits, its probably easier to do so in advance of your designer consult with Brite Nites which turns into the on the spot slots are filling up so you really want to make a decision right now sales tactic.hopefully growth strategy in the future incorporates some additional redundancy of capacity to maintain that 5 star service guarantee... that or it really should be pulled down from the website.TW

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!Signed a contract for light install on 11/20 with GUARANTEED Install no later than 12/3. Christy Weaver the salesperson even said we would most likely have them by that weekend as she was headed to next city and install crew was on its way into our town. After repeated attempts to get in touch with them i received a text today (12/3) that based on this, and based on that, and yada yada yada they were running late. Getting full refund and going with a reputable, customer centric company instead. They are WAY overpriced as well. Only went with them based on the guaranteed install date! Take your business elsewhere!

I worked for this company as a sales person, completely overpriced products. Does not take care of their salespeople at all. Even the sales manager quit during my time being there. The hours were terrible and the co-owner Tony was incredibly inconsiderate and treated people like they were replaceable objects. You can find cheaper lights elsewhere. Don’t feed money to people who only care about money and not your Christmas experience.
