Brought my phone here this morning because my screen was acting crazy and hitting random buttons and needed something done quickly since my whole job revolves around my phone. Best place for apple product repair.

I came here to get a replacement screen for a Pixel 3a. Theyre quite busy and handling it well during a pandemic. Theres a table setup outside so very easy to drop-off and pickup. Ill definitely come back here if I have any issues with my apple devices.

Great first experience. I got a new battery and tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone 6. They also helped me solve an issue with my audio in my computer. AND I got a new official apple charger for Mac book. The prices were very reasonable. They were friendly, quick, clean (very aware of the corona safety = they wiped everything down and wore gloves) and super knowledgeable. I will definitely go there again.

I took my ipad there to be serviced and it was broken again a month later. The owner was very pleasant, but he pretty much told me that my broken charging port was accidental damage and that hed need more money to fix it again. The total cost of his repairs would have been more than I paid for the iPad. I brought the ipad to another store a day later and was told that regular use of a charging port isnt accidental damage, it was repaired for half of the cost, and is still holding up really well.Im giving two stars for the owner being very good with communication and explaining everything to me but hes a bit overpriced for his work to be so shabby and there are better places to go.

Completely broke the display on my iPhone after getting home from work (6:30pm). They close at 7. After a brief phone call with the store, i found out there was a shot they could repair an IPhone 6 in about 30 minutes time. My iPhone 5 earpiece was quiet and driving me nuts because I needed to talk to people on speaker phone in order to hear them. I randomly was passing Manayunk iPhone Repair on Main Street and asked the guys about it. They were so helpful and fixed it on the spot! Now it works great and the price was super affordable!! I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I ONLY GO HERE. I’m writing this review because they can always diagnose what’s wrong with my cell within minutes. And they do a great job with repairing my screen (Quickly) because I have a tendency to break my screen on a 6 month basis. But today I stopped in because it wasn’t charging (port was just dirty) it he discovered my screen was a knock off and worth $10. I was like no...you replaced it. After talking to an employee of mine I came to find out she broke my screen while invoicing and took it to a place near her to have it fixed (I get it no harm no fail and she thought she told me) but this other company charged her $90 for a $10 screen replacement which is a total rip off. These guys are honest and are good at what they do, and apparently there’s people in the phone repair industry that aren’t. Even when he popped the screen off to investigate a screw fell out (face palm) anyway if you have an issue with any tech device you can trust these guys.

My nintendo switch stopped working and I was unbearably distraught! Getting a new one wouldve made me cry because the game i play cant transer its save data. Today I dropped it off at 11:15 and I got it back at 3:30! Playing my switch is the only reason I wake up in the morning during the pandemic, I cant thank Matt enough for fixing it so quickly!!! A night out drinking, I had my phone in my back pocket & managed to drop it into the toilet. Of course this was right after I took my LifeProof case off - go figure. I live in Manayunk so Ive seen this shop quite a few times on Main Street. I took my phone in to see if there was any saving it (mind you it hadnt turned on for 2 days). I watched meticulously as he took my phone apart right in front of me! Within 30 minutes he had my phone up & running again. Thee only guy I know who can take an iPhone completely submerged in toilet water, & restore it back to perfect working order within a few short minutes!!! I didnt even know it was possible. He saved me a few hundred dollars considering my Apple insurance is expired - I would have had to buy a new phone! Overall, very friendly & accommodating. Low prices! Fast service! Highly recommend! I broke my iPhone 6 before so going here was the second time I got it fixed. The man who fixed my phone (dont remember his name, but he was a blonde) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my screen and LCD fixed and he was done rather quickly. He also let me know that the person who previously fixed my phone used cheap products that were just bad quality. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend coming here

These folks are top shelf. They know what they are doing, they do it quickly, and for a fair price.They fixed my cracked screen several weeks ago, much more cheaply than i was quoted elsewhere. At that time, I also bought a new case and belt clip.I was a bit unhappy with the belt clip - it didnt stay attached all the time - too loose. I stopped in today and they replaced it for free - no questions asked - and the new one works perfectly.Very happy.

The real Apple geniuss dont work at Apple.Long story short, Apple wanted me to pay $150 to replace my phone for an issue they couldnt fix or upgrade to the new iPhone 5 for $200 (typical). I brought it over to Ed and he discovered it to be a simple fix which he did free of charge. I have never in my life gotten service like this!

My granddaughter broke her iPhone twice. You could not read the screen because it was all cracked up and dark. I dropped in randomly today with a shreaking toddler and a broken iphone screen. The man behind the counter was busy with broken screens and customers but took the time to get my information and gave me a quote. He told me it would be an hour, which didn’t work for me as my son was flipping out and I was far from home. He said come back in 30 minutes. I got lunch and returned in 30 minutes. He was just finishing up. My phone is fixed like new, and I’m incredibly pleased with the customer service I received. I’m horrible with phones and I’ve broken many in my years. AWESOME SERVICE!! I had a classic spider-web break to the screen of my 5S. After getting nowhere with Apples customer service regarding my warranty I did some searching and found this business was only mere blocks away from my home. I went over there and Rob swapped out my screen on the spot in only 20min!! They even added a complimentary protective screen as well! They installed an OWC SSD I had bought elsewhere which I was unable to get working on my own. The folks at the Apple store looked at the machine, kept it over night and said it couldn’t be done. These guys figured out the problem and found a solution.

I need to share the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I am 43 years old, and this is the first bad review I have ever written, so you know it was really bad. I hesitated even writing this one, but customers have the right to know what happened to me can happen to them. About 3 weeks ago the glass breaks on my screen of an ipad that I have owned for over 5 years. Ok, it happens. I bring it to Manayunk Iphone repair, and they fix it, or so I thought. Fast forward to yesterday. The glass breaks again out of nowhere. Obviously, this is either a flaw in the material they used or in how it was applied. So I bring it back expecting them to correct their mistake. Not only do they not accept responsibility for what they did, they actually tried to blame me for it, saying there must have been an impact. Now I have a childproof case on this thing that an elephant couldnt crack, so I know it was nothing i did. He offers to take $15 off a $140 service. What a joke. As a small business owner I know the most important keys to success are good customer service and standing behind your work. Manayunk Iphone repair failed miserably at both. Beware. BTW, I wanted to give 0 stars, but they force you to give at least 1.

I brought in my Iphone 6 to get my broken screen replaced. I came in the morning when they opened and simply dropped off my phone. 45 min later I came back to a perfectly useable screen, which costed around $90. Was in a time crunch and these guys did the job. Appreciate the help.
