Its the same place as Hood. Took me a total of 7 and a half hours to get unloaded here, most of it waiting on the street for a door. This was with me nagging the broker to nag them the whole time. The entire street is a no parking zone. At the end of it, they said that they had forgotten about me.

Driver showed up at 6am, its 11.30am, still on the street, no door. And he is doing a transfer load out of their facility in Oneida NY.

I had 08:00 appt it is now 11:00 still no door. Was told one person was in front of me at check in at 07:40. 3 hours and counting for 1 truck who knows how long for me

The only reason it was a good experience is because Bill was in receiving if it would have been David would have been shity Bill get you in and out in an hour and a half Dave two and a half hours
