Joe Francisco at Sure Hearing provides excellent service. After carefully testing and evaluating my hearing, and discussing my lifestyle, he recommended a hearing solution. Rather than suggesting the most expensive option, he recommended the option most suited to my situation.Sure Hearing represents the Starkey brand. While this is an excellent product line, I would have been interested in seeing other brand options.Sure Hearing is located within an ENT practice, so if additional care is needed, its right there.Parking is on the street and usually easy to find. Unfortunately, the office entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

I recently took my mother to Sure Hearing she was very apprehensive about hearing aids at first, but Joe the hearing professional explained everything and even let her demo a pair of hearing aids during the appointment. It has been about 2 months since her purchase and she couldnt be happier with the hearing aids . If your looking for hearing aids in the Philadelphia area I highly recommend Sure Hearing.
