I was hesitant to go here because of the other reviews, but I needed something for tonight, so I stopped in. The staff was not super rude, as other reviewers have commented. They were just Philly. Not apt to ask you if you need help a million times, but efficient and businesslike when you asked for it.Prices were on the high side for the items I purchased (compared to other restaurant supply stores I frequent), but not insane. I wouldnt hesitate to stop in here again for restaurant items.

Migali is a commercial refrigeration and cooking manufacturer and has been supplying Economy for over 60 years! Over the years we have found that Economys staff is very knowledgeable about almost any commercial kitchen product you could want...furthermore, they stand by the brands they offer by providing sound advice and exceptional after market service. If you want a polite, pencil pushing salesperson who has limited, superficial knowledge about kitchen products and features, then maybe Economy isnt right for you. But if you want a professional company and knowledgable staff that stand by their products and customers, then Economy is the best choice around!

Worst restaurant supply house ever in the city of Philadelphia hands down nauseating owners

Hello i was employed at this very terrible company and i was let go without warning or reason. the people that run the place very poorly might i add have very little clue as to how to run a company effectively. they are going down the hill fast have very rude customer service (ive seen how they talk to buyer and i would never buy anything from these people) if you need cheap kitchen supplies this place has it but they are not worth doing business with search elsewhere. dont trust ray hell cheat you

Love this store! Its my one stop shop for everything I need for my kitchen and more. They have everything needed for any restaurant or for home. Really helpful and knowledgable staff!

You can find stuff here that you would pay 3 times as much for at a regular store. This is the place to go if you are looking for anything in your house that a restaurant has. Some stuff is too commercial for me, but the plates, glasses, and chairs are really good quality and well priced.

I called to discuss the purchase of a pair of fryers either new or used. Very rude. Not forthcoming with any information of why one used fryer was more than another one.Because of the salesmans attitude I would be very hesitant to deal with this company. He told me I was wasting his time when I asked questions and hung up on me.This is not the Economy Restaurant Supply store I remember from when my dad was in the bar business.

I had ordered cans for my dough and pied cash for it I supost to get them after one week and I been waiting for 2 months and every time I call they tell me in couple days I will reserve them ! Dont trest them

What a jerk, he stands by nothing. Everything we bought does not work right. Everything has a dent or scratch. He stands by nothing. If you could only hear how he talks to woman.
