I ordered a pair boots April 2021, I didn’t see my boots until late August of 2021, I was so impatient I will call twice a month for information related to my order! When those boots arrived I felt that I should’ve ordered 12 more😀 it was well worth the wait. Always got the eccentric shoes, best bedazzled belts, leather and fur jackets nice as hell. Something for everyone that is not cheap. Belt took exactly 8 weeks to come in so make sure you buy it weeks before you plan to wear it. The customer service was good and they kept me updated weekly. Overall the belt was more than worth the wait and I’d definitely suggest this place if you’re interested in BB SIMON.

I’m done with this place! These people are scammers. They mark up the prices to make it seem as though they are giving you a deal and then set the supposed discount which is technically the original price ofThe item so they’re not doing you any favors or “hooking you up”. My boyfriend and I have been here numerous times as customers. My boyfriend ordered a shearling jacket from them that was custom made only to be told that the jacket would be ready at a certain time, we waited for months to get a realResponse. Then these people told us that the manufacturer didn’t have the material and the coat couldn’t be made after months of waiting and putting down 50% of the purchase price. The end result was my boyfriend picking the same coat from the rack and color he didn’t want only to told that the balance was higher than what he expected. After I finished threatening to Yelp which I am going to do they acted like they had some sense and we paid the balance due. Also I just found out that they have businesses make some of their coats and out on another brands name. Don’t go here go elsewhere, they may seem cool but they’re not, they are for themselves! Also the shearling that my boyfriend got isn’t even water proof like they stated. They loss our business I wouldn’t even waste my timeIf I were you!

My first experience was hands down a 5 star experience. I ordered my husband a BB Simon belt and it was received within 4 days. The second order was also for a BB Simon belt. It says online that custom or out of stock items may take several weeks to ship. After over 2 months and several emails back and forth, I never received the belt. They were great about communicating but it just took way too long. If they could change their website to say if an item is out of stock before purchasing that would clear that right on up. I would recommend calling to make sure an item is available before purchasing online.

Great authentic clothing! I made a purchase and got it within a week but it didn’t fit so I called the store and made an easy exchange and dealt with great customer service I am currently waiting for the belt but as it was shipped fast the first time I know it will be at my door fast again! This boutique is phenomenal from the greeting to the customer service. I walked into this business with my 2 work partners who are guys and they always spoke highly of this store. The employees are extremely professional and provide the best customer service I’ve ever received! Although we visited the store for my partners, I saw a lot of pieces I was interested in but due to my size I was unsure if I would fit anything. One of the employees Mike made sure to give me the best advice with sizing, he chose a jacket for me to try on which was a men’s size jacket which fit perfect and he also made sure to inform me that not only will they have more shipment of jackets but also that a jacket can be made for me as well! I would have use this place again but instead I purchased a bb Simon belt for about 400$ not only was it not all original parts they altered my belt by putting another belt piece at the end of my belt which caused it to not even fit through the buckle. Then when I called and spoke to them they wanted me to go buy a screwdriver unscrew my belt and they’ll send me another belt part to have my belt fit and I do all the work. So I’m stuck with a bb Simon belt that I can’t use. He also stated that he’ll give me a 20 percent discount I contacted him a few times for the discount to purchase ANOTHER BELT and I get no response I suggest you find another bb Simon retailer if you want all original bb Simon parts and good customer service!

Great service I placed an order online and accidentally ordered the wrong size so I sent back for a refund since they didn’t have the size I actually wanted, however I was able to exchange for the size I wanted in a different option. Will also mention what I purchased was cheaper than all other websites I looked at and they had a holiday special which was even better. They were fast about shipping both times and easy to contact and even contacted me once they received my return, all you have to do is include your info in the returned package. Customer service was great which seems to be getting more and more rare nowadays. Was getting my boyfriend a gift from here and may definitely shop here ib the future and highly recommend them.

Purchased a Blazer on-line only to return it because it was too big. Followed the instructions set by the boutique and returned the blazer in the allotted time. Had to call the boutique and inquire about my refund and never acknowgded they received the item back. Luckily for me I returned it via USPS signature conformation and Priority Mail. Was notified by USPS they did sign and receive package. Called and spoke with person who said I would be hearing from returns department soon. NO call. I contacted American Express and filed a dispute to which I was credited my full refund back. Suddenly boutique is calling me asking me why I did a charge-back - they were giving me a store credit. I did not ask for a store credit and nowhere on there site does it say store credit for their 14 day return policy. Then they asked me to cancel charge-back and they would send me refund and a store credit. NOW they want to communicate and make deals after ignoring me initially. American Express made me whole ($$$) and is penalizing them for lack of good faith / customer service and their return policy. Called me again today and asked me for email so they could explain why they want to cancel charge-back.. why because AMEX is penalizing them as I noted. How do I apply a store credit to future purchases if I know nothing about the credit and your website does not support it??? I want nothing to do with this boutique and will not shop or support it. Be cautious and careful should you decide to spend your hard earned money at this establishment.
