First, their inventory is excellent. Their customer service is beyond excellent. It could not be better. We had an appointment for 1230 to pick up a repair and they were there to meet us at 1220 when we arrived early.

Working with Kazan was a pleasure, and we would strongly recommend his lighting design services to others. Our project was a renovation of our second floor and addition of a third floor to our row home. Our needs were relatively straight forward: recessed lighting in hallways and baths, task lighting in baths, fan-light combos in bedrooms, closet lighting, and outdoor lighting. We shared our style (contemporary) & finish preferences with Kazan, and he took it from there. We went with 100% of his selections, and he credited a portion of his design fees to our order. He shared tracking numbers with us reliably. When one item arrived in the wrong finish (an oversight on both our parts), he quickly arranged for a return and sent us a replacement immediately. He even offered to send a courier to pick up the incorrect fixture. Excellent customer service, great design sense, and a lot of class!

I arrived at 10:00, Opening time, waited until 10:20, store still not open ? Peering through the windows they certainly seemed to be a high rent light Fixture store?
