After replacing my watch battery and charging me $20 I realized my watch was not working he said that was because it was broken and refused a refund. a jeweler replaced the battery and my watch works.. they are thieves stay away

This man is extremely knowledgeable about his store and products. I walked in with a broken watch which he was able to fix after visiting 12 different dealers! Also, great selection of electronics and men’s cologne. Bj really has a lot of variety!

One of the worst services I have ever received. I came in for a simple battery replacement only to come back half an hour later because my watch was not moving (I.e. the battery replacement did not work). When I came back to get it fixed and/or get a refund, I was yelled at and called “stupid.” I have not received this sort of treatment ever in my life and do not support a business whose owners treat customers like this.

Bought all my family’s gifts this Christmas at Bj’s store! Talk about a whole lot of variety! Excellent service! Stand up guy!

I had a terrible experience here. Went in to get a replacement battery for my car key fob the guy couldnt open the remote and when he went to replace the battery he hid in a corner of the store where I couldnt see him. It took him forever to put my fob back together and when I got to my car the battery didnt work. He charged me $12.96 and he never replaced the battery. I see its not the first time people have had problems with this.
