Thankful to all the staff here! A competitor wanted $700 for a new exhaust system. I went to Joel Muffler and they charged me $50 to fix the issue without having to replace my whole exhaust. Listen, they are the best around hands down. The line starts early in the morning before they even open. The prices are good here i dont care if you live in the city of Philly, abington or even far as New york and Maryland. They do very good work. Check them out for your exhaust needs.

The prices here for a muffler and tail pipe are definitely competitive, as a result of their great prices and service, you should arrive early but be prepared to wait, good news of excellent prices and great service travels fast.

The whole crews working in the store were very professional and knowledge. They know what you needed to fix for your exhaust systems. No BS and NO hard sell for other unnecessary service. Listen..you have to be early as ever! I got there at 8am an hour before they open and I had about 4 or 5 cars in front of me already. I left a little after 11. But the wait is well worth is for the price and work. I got a burnt tip muffler put on my Mazda 3 and it sounds beautiful in the streets.

There’s a little bit of a wait but well worth it. I had 4 cars in front of me and when it was my turn they gave me a good quote then started working on my car right away. My car spent about an hour in the shop and the quality of work is amazing. Highly recommended for any exhaust work. Also this place is cash only

Joel and his team was excellent. I had to get my muffler serviced here on 1/16/21. I needed a new flex pipe/rod added because I broke it. They were fast and the service was impeccable. The prices are really reasonable and Joel is a good dude. The shop is spotless but most important the customer service is world class. I’ll drive all the way from King of Prussia to have my cars serviced by Joel and his team. Thanks to my Uncle JB for telling me about Joel. I will be a loyal customer forever!

They have a problem with honesty when things go wrong. I brought in my Black Acura TSX for muffler work. They replaced my Y pipe and the down pipe that connects to the header. The muffler began blowing again (around where the muffler connects to the header) soon after the job was completed so I called the shop and was asked to come in to see what the problem was. I went in the next day, he put the car on the lift and after barely inspecting it he told me the problem was my engine mounts. I came with a new gasket and asked if he could put it on for me, he said there was no need to ause he put in a new one when he did the repair so I left thinking it was my mounts. I work at a car dealer and asked one of the technicians to inspect the muffler and the engine mounts, long story short, my mounts checked out fine, however one of the bolts that secures the muffler to the header was broken and stripped and thats what was causing the muffler to blow. So the guy at Joel broke the bolt and reinstalled everything like it was fine and told me nothing, and after I came back he told me it was my mounts (knowing what he did he didnt want to take it down to expose what he did). The technician at the dealership fixed it (he removed the broken piece, rethreaded it, put in a new spring bolt and installed the gasket I asked Joel to put in and he didnt. Everything is fine now. I just wish they were honest enough to say something went wrong in the first instance. Had I not asked the technician at the dealership to check things over for me I woud have replaced my mounts and stil have the issue.

Fast, professional & very helpful

I came here with my 2010 Dodge Challenger SE after Julio’s Mufflers had no idea what they were doing or saying. I got there and Joel told me the wait was 3-4 hours! In my head i thought that it must be worth it because so many people were there waiting for their cars, so I decided to wait my turn. I talked to a few customers waiting there so it was nice getting to know them, you wait outside and you can see what they are doing inside the shop. Once I saw that they were shaping the aluminum pipes to fit your car’s shape, i was shocked! They also had mufflers and many more things! i was very excited and after waiting 3.5 hours, it was my car’s turn. They put it on the lift and immediately they said that my car was missing the muffler and only had a resonator. And they knew it was the work of Julio’s Muffler 😂😂. Initially I wanted them to put the flowmaster 40 that I bought without a resonator but I wanted my car to look nicer. I asked if they would be able to add another exhaust pipe to my car since 2010 V6 Challengers only come with 1 pipe. They said they could do it! But I did need another muffler and luckily they had the same flowmaster! Finally they put 2 flowmasters and added another pipe to the back and added some very nice caps that I chose all for a great price! They finished in 20 minutes! They turned my car on and oh boy! I was so excited! My car sounds amazing! I told them that I was really grateful and kept thanking them. I almost paid $2k for a whole new exhaust system and they charged me around 1/6th of that to add a new muffler, new pipe and the pipe caps with the labor. Amazing place! Just keep in mind that you will have to wait in your car or outside and for a long time because they do about 30 cars a day!

Get there 30 mins to an hour to be first in line; its a 1st come 1st serve basis. I came in to install my Skunk2 cat-back exhaust and the job was done within half an hour. They have a nice setup and they know what they doing. Remember to clean the exhaust while its in the air, so that the fingerprints dont get burnt into the exhaust piping, because they didnt use gloves on my job (just in case). But overall, they did a good job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Ive taken my Lexus SUV, my 08 Tacoma and just recently my 85 Hilux, all three times they were nothing but super professional, helpful, fast and reliable. Theres a little bit of a wait because even on a weekday morning, theyre super busy but for good reason.

Friend suggested this place for a muffler fix, found it and was in and out with in a half hour. Very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive too. Highly recommend this shop.
