They know their stuff!! I call ahead and my order is always ready. Five stars!!

Used to be good, went there and they were doing 1 paint match at a time, mixing before starting another. Really just wasting time. After 45 minutes for 3 paint matches I asked if they could maybe do 2 at a time, as they did another customers while I was waiting. They said they could only do one at a time. I asked seriously? The guy said look thats the way it works. I said just let me get my paint. This is taking too long. The guyixing said just wait(after 3 color adjustments) one more time it will be perfect. I said my time us far more valuable, and if you had done the first two together I would be out of here by now. He has the audacity to say to me if you dont like it, go to home depot for your paint matches!

Matt and the entire crew over at Colomy Paint went above and beyond for me recently. With health complications during covid it makes it nearly impossible to get certain things done while trying to limit exposure. Matt and the entire team really went out of their way to find out what I need, communicate with me via email and phone, and even did curbside pickup to help me out. I would 100% recommend Matt and the entire team as your number one source for paint related products! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and friendly!

This is another place where the staff cant do enough to help you I mean youre walking around looking at all the stuff that they had everything from sandpaper paints drop cloths you need to dig at it theyre not overpriced and its located convenience Germantown and Girard avenue good old Northern liberties great guys give me a shot

Ive been working with this store for a few weeks to have the interior of a new house painted and they have been super easy to work with, helpful and polite every time I speak to them. Ive placed orders for pick up by the painter over the phone and they always mix the paint efficiently and give me advice over the phone to make sure I am selecting the best quantity and finish. Theyre exactly what you want from a neighborhood paint store.

I bought 1300 dollars worth of paint from this place and one 5 gallon bucket was damage. then 4 days later when I needed the rest of paint and tried to use it, 4 individual gallons were damage so I went to the store and TRY to talk to the guy there ( big guy with long beard ). I said “try” because that dude doesn’t even let you talk but he is interrupting you all the time and he is rude . He said that paint was damaged because of the weather conditions..... bs.This guy will turn around and leave you talking by yourself. I will never come back to this place ever again and as a contractor I will tell everybody I know about how unprofessional they are there . Big mistake switching from SW to BM .

I am younger then most professionals and after 10 hours of work went into this benjamin moore location to get comprobale paint to another brand, needed it done not picky. The employees treated me like a bum and wouldnt give me the time of day. I bought 17k in paint last year, and will never buy benjamin moore from this pathetic location again
