I went recently with my newborn daughter. Most Targets have a place to breastfeed, when I asked at customer service I was told I could use the bathroom 🙄🥴 I went out to my car to feed her but opening a fitting room would have been nice and not that much work at the very least. I wouldn’t eat my lunch in the bathroom stall and my daughter won’t either.

Just love Target. It usually have what i am searching for. Its clean, bright, & i feel very comfortable and relaxed while i am enjoying my shopping experience.

Today I visited the store to buy my son gifts for his birthday with my little brother. On 08/08/2021 @ 6:02pm . While scanning every SINGLE ITEM the lady in the area for pick up was like their stealing! The other nice lady at the self check out was like theyre scanning their stuff!!! As the other ignorant lady said no they look like the type of people to steal! Like how ignorant can you be?? & This is the type of people target hires!? I dont be back.

Clean, easy to navigate, and polite staff. The store is always well kept. Finding what you’re looking for is easy, but staff is helpful should you need them. Fitting rooms are also keep clean as well as the rest rooms. The clearance sections are really well organized. Sizes are all in order and marked properly. The grocery selection is also very large and has a decent selection. Maybe not as much as ShopRite, but the basics are all here. The Starbucks staff is well trained and the cafe is fairly large. Plenty of seating to sit and grab a drink or snack. No reason not to stop by this Target location if you’re nearby and in need of...well anything.

THIS STORE IS SUPERIOR, went in for apple watches and had the BEST experience in the tech department with Shesh. He was informative, knowledgeable and by far the best customer service of any target store I entered ! WAY TO GO TARGET IN PHILLIPSBURG

They let you walk all the way to the back of the store to find out all the freezers and refrigerators went out. .Some places leave a sign when there is faulty equipment. Waste of time.

I went to target today for some clothes. I usually go to Hackettstown Target but after my experience today I will always attend this one. I was in line and the register attendant was AMAZING. He was courteous, respectful, kind. He asked my preference of bagging my belongings. He made me so happy I will always return to this target. His name was Shesh. Because of him Phillipsburg Target just got a guaranteed weekly customer

I WANTED TO PURCHASE A PHONE BUT THERE WASNT ANYONE TO HELP ME. THIS IS HAS OCCURRED AT NUMEROUS TARGET STORES AND HAS CAUSED ME TO NOT RECOMMEND TARGET TO FRIENDS/FAMILY.

Do not shop at this Target location. They allow customers to bully one another as well as childrenThey allow grown men to sit in their store (not social distancing) and bullying everyone for sports cards and Pokemon cards. They sit in the aisle where the distributor unload them so that they can take every single piece of merchandise that she brings it. They are blocking the public from walking up and down the aisles and from shopping. I tried to go into the Target to get a birthday gift for my nephew and unfortunately grown men are blocking the toils and this Target location is allowing it. This is a fire to has it not to mention were in the middle of a pandemic and theyre all not social distances. Do not shop at this Target location

Store is organized and well stocked. Greeted at the door offering sanitized cart, hand sanitizer, and mask if needed. Store manger is amazing! Only negative was at checkout. Two cashiers with lines. They use to call all hands on deck when lines started to form.

My family and I wanted to replace an out door Christmas decoration. When we got there, they were out of stock, but Jeff was very thoughtful and helped us, by giving us display item and a discount with it! Thank you and happy holidays to Jeff and the Phillipsburg Target!

Clean well organized store. Carts are cleaned as they come in. checkout was good today. last time checkout person double scanned an item and I had to take it to Customer service to get it resolved.

The store associates at the Greenwich store are very helpful and kind. Even with the COVID craziness, they go out of their way to help. Everyone I saw was wearing masks, and I appreciate the lengths to which they’ve gone to make shopping a safe experience.

I have personally only been to this location one time. It would have been a normal experience, nothing bad nothing great...except for a certain employee. Martha who was working in electronics was dabulous. She went above and beyond to be not only helpful but offer any knowledge she had and was just an all around pleasant person to interact with.

Ordered online and waited for an employee to bring my merchandise out. My app said they were very busy but 20 monitored later he came out, deeply apologized and gave me a $15 gift card. Now that’s customer service people!

The Target in Phillipsburg, NJ offers a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, professional and polite.Right when One enters the front door, youre greeted by a Store Associate offering to assist. In addition, they provide Surgical Mask, Pre-Sanitized Shopping Carts, Hand Sanitizer and Paper Towel. These items are there for your health, safety and convenience.I also like that the Bathrooms are conveniently located by the entrance doors. Smart Store Design!! This is especially important for the Elderly, Disabled Individuals, Wheelchair Bound, along w/Moms & Dads who have Kids.The Phillipsburg Store offers plenty of parking, is well lit and has security cameras in the lot for safety. Quick and easy! When you place your order you will receive a bar code to allow you to pick up your order. The bar code can only be accessed on a mobile device, so youll need to check your email via your phone for the Target email that states your order is ready to be picked up. The bar code is scanned at the store. I took a screen shot of to allow for easier access when I picked my order up.

Phillipsburg NJ - I purchased just 2 days ago Dole juice and I will admit I didn’t look at expiration date but found out today it expired Nov 20, 2020 a month ago!! So much for workers checking expiration dates.

Good quality products that are easy to find at great prices. Great ease at checkout and perfect for a fast trip. Customer service agents are helpful and checkout reps are professional and helpful.

The location is clean and mostly organized. Only issue I ever had was with their return policy, but that isnt this particular store, that is a target policy issue. The store director I interacted with was very pleasant and worked to resolve the issue.

I have ripped up my red card n close the acct.....would not shop here due to rude 17 year olds who have no clue of the importance of a customer n think they can push n scare us to death, no respect how would each one of these young girls describe s customer n its value? All of them need training on customer service of which they dont have a clue

There was an associate her name is Tina she was very nice, positive and helped me find an item advent calendar I was looking for, Tina had taken time to walk back with me to the Christmas section and I had seen her in Girls apparel when i walked in the store. On our way back I spoke with her how this is a family tradition that had been going on since I was a little girl and our local area Target was the only on to carry them! She is sweet and so kind bless her heart!!

Easy access of items

There are always unique items and higher quality than other big box stores. It is always clean and not usually too crowded or cramped to get around.

It was easy to do, I was able to pick up my order quickly, the sales rep was very friendly and brought out my items quickly.

I love this Target! It is always so clean, well organized, and well stocked. The staff are very nice and helpful. I love that if I search for something on the Target website it will tell me exactly what aisle its in at the store. I go here all the time and they have everything I need all in one place!

The staff was super helpful and courteous. Not often you get this type of service especially during the busy holiday season. The associates were extremely helpful, I’ll definitely visit this store again.

I have been a target shopper since it opened in our area. I take advantage of cartwheel and the wallet to put my payment in. I like the target store and I spend a pretty substantial amount of money monthly. My last several visits have been fraught with difficulty when checking out: when trying to use gift cards given to me by the store for purchasing multiples or promotions. It has taken me either 5 minutes just to pay and leave or longer if I have to go to customer service, which I had to do today. Very disappointed with sales associate and customer service today. Both were unaware and didnt really seem to care. The actual sales associate took my gift card, that did not come off and put it aside. When I realized it didnt come off the receipt and went back to her, she had it hidden away, not in the register like a spent, used gift card. Very disturbed by the actions of some of the target employees. This does not apply to all of the employees, as some are very helpful and have tried to fix the gift card problem. The problem with this is, my trip took a lot longer than it should have.

Target is my favorite store. I love going there to shop.

I unusually love Target...but this store was not as good of an experience simply because the staff there is rude and incompetent... I purchased something on sale that didn’t ring up as a sale... I used the self checkout and it took about 5 minutes to get someone to help me because they were too busy chatting with each other... When I finally got someone’s attention they told me to go to customer care... There was no one to be found... Finally after about 15 minutes someone came over... I didn’t even know she was an employee... She was standing a few feet away from me chatting away with another worker...

Got some really great deals on clearance items. Target has some great finds others stores may not have, but theyre also more expensive than other stores. Waiting in line is shorter than other stores.

Update from 5 to 4 stars; Love Target, but their sales racks have been very disorganized, with barely any plus sizes on sale. It used to be my go-to sale sight, but theres not much to find anymore.Im obsessed with Target. Ive never seen it messy or dirty, the staff is friendly & helpful, & I love the sales. Ive been a credit card holder for a few years now & never had an issue with that, either. Its my easiest bill to pay, too! Also, thank you so much for being on my ethical/moral level. It makes me feel much better buying from Target :) .

The people working there are friendly, excluding the CVS pharmacy. They are friendly if they like you. Period. The meat is substandard. Bought a pork roast and it was all fat inside. Overall, I can live without this place.

Well laid out establishment with good selection of stock. Parking is free.and access is easy from Route 22 and Rt 78

Store is clean. Items are easy to find. Does not carry as much merchandise as other retailers, but does carry quality home furnishings.

Way to expensive.. prices are ridiculously high! the store is also has a very bad layout... grocery section is shoved way over past all the retail items.. really? Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They lose their mind at customer service when you want to return one item. No one is ever around to help when your looking for something either. Not spending another penny here!
