I have shopped at this store for many years, and this is the best beauty supply store in the area. Very neat. No price gouging like some of the ones around here. Prices are reasonable and straightforward. There are many varieties to choose from. Good customer service and many times that I needed my hair, either braided, crochet, or weaved, I am referred to the best people.

A few weeks ago I was searching for a specific product which was not carried at this store. When I inquired about this product, the owner went above and beyond to order it. Now this product is fully stocked at this location and I appreciate the great customer service!

This store has a great selection and the man was very nice. Yet I have to say that this man is overcharging for his merchandise. He told me the item was one price and then charged differently when it was time to checkout. The hair was synthetic and I have brought this exact product before online and in other beauty supply stores so I know he had tripled the price. I was trying to support black owned businesses but this kind of upcharging is just egregious. I will not be buying from this place again, it’s unfortunate because it’s remote and convenient. I suggest you just buy online.

I was looking for 100% human hair. Unfortunately, the lady at the salon told me it was mixed. You can smell it when you flat iron and when i tried to curl it, the curls will fall right down. Disappointed as i was looking forward to having long hair for my vacation. Waste of money but very nice guy and place. Honesty is EVERYTHING.

Love this BS. Well stocked, reasonable prices and nice owner. On top of all of that--it is black owned. What I liked the most is the variety of choices you have for hair and hair products. I bought Ombre #30 hair that was pre-stretched and vinegar washed for my box braids. But the store had many other choices. Great place, cant wait to go back.

This is my beauty supply store going foward! Im from up North Jersey (coming from the city)and moved out west (rural town). Seeking a beauty supply store for ethnic hair was hard to come by until Google brought me to 4M. The owner is a true gentleman, and very helpful. The prices are affordable, and great quality! I no longer have to buy online for the best. The store also has everything you need to take care of your hair as well as trendy items. So happy I found a go to instead of waiting for shipment and buying exactly what I need. Two thumbs up indeed!

I went here to get braiding hair to do my daughters hair. Because of the Pandemic he’s charging 2 times the price. Something that I usually get for the price of $4.99 he wanted to charge me almost $9.00. When I called him out on his prices and what he was doing he put me out his store. It’s a shame that during this awful time, he would try to take advantage of people. I would never go here again. Please don’t waste your time or money going here. If I could give zero stars I would!!! I went in looking for a 26-30 inch Human hair 360 lace wig. The owner who was very enthusiastic showed me a wig described to the T what I was asking for and it was 26 inches so I told him I’d take it! I left the store (which was closing shortly) and went to my stylist. We unboxed the wig and to my extreme disappointment (especially after the $300 bill for the wig) it is absolutely NOT a 360 lace wig! The wig is a 13x4 frontal with plastic tabs which makes your parting space more like a 6x4 frontal. Because of the plastic ear tabs it makes the hairline of the unit unable to be customized (plucked, bleached knots, etc). The unit is a total disaster! I called the store and the owner told me it’s not his fault and that I need to call the manufacturer to make a complaint however there is nothing he can do for me. I told him that he is the one who sold me a wig and it was not what HE advertised and told me it was. He told me that once I bought the wig and opened the box it’s my issue and that if there was something he could do for me he would... yet he refuses to take his wig back and give me my money. He told me he does not make the wigs. I will be calling the better business bureau to make a complaint, as well as entering this store in the blogs and social media groups.

Took my daughter for her 1st wig. My daughter tried on 2 and when we asked to try a 3rd, were told they have a policy of only being allowed to try on 3 wigs. Seems odd to me. Thats like going to buy a dress and only being allowed to try on 3. Much like a previous review, I felt that he thought I wasnt going to buy anything and didnt want to be bothered. The 3rd wig was good enough & my daughter needed it for today so we bought it. I will not be back for her next wig for prom in 2 months.

Im all for supporting black business but this location I will not be returning to. Even though the selection of hair is plentiful the quality isnt. Im not sure if the prices are always this high or its just because of the COVID -19 shut down. Also the man was very rude and irritated from the time I spoke to him on the phone and in the store it got worst.When I got in the store I said hello to him and asked him how was his day so far and his response was it was fine til I got here with an attitude. If he having problems with his wife dont take it out on me I didnt do anything to you sir. Im not driving all the way from another state for attitude and I said and did nothing wrong nor did I retaliate with words. I spend more than $50 which is required To enter store and all I really wanted was crochet hair. I hope this business succeed but I wont be partaking in the success of it.Your response to MY posting about your business just confirmed your attitude. I really wanted to support this black owned business but the owner is flat out rude. I won’t be back unfortunately due to my treatment. I guess he assumed I wasn’t going to spend money and treated me pretty poorly based off that. I’m a professional myself and I know I wouldn’t dare treat someone the way he treated me. I get better treatment from the Fork Township and Downtown Easton. I’m sad because I wanted to support this business but I can’t when he treats people like that.
