Visited the bagel shack yesterday and the bagels are wonderful!! Had an excellent experience with the 2 women that were at the counter. I believe there name was Donna and Monika. We shared stories and just laughed. Thank you for an amazing visit. Ill definitely be returning

When ever our family go to Pocono, we defiantly stop by at bagel shack and pick up bagels for our vacation trip. Love the vegie cream cheese on toasted everything bagels. One of lady worker suggested us few gourmet sandwiches. Tell you truth they were loaded with meat and it comes with side free side salad. Just love this place. Cant ask for more under one roof. Pleasant service with quality food.

Never a pleasant experience when I come here and I’ve only ever gotten small, quick, orders. The women behind the counter are always so rude. Makes it not even worth going there.

Try Either Jalapeno, Sun Dried or French Toast Bagels. Each has its own authentic taste. Took Boss sandwich for my son. He loved it.

I had a pleasant visit at the bagel shack this morning, the women were great and on point, my order was correct and the women were great...I dont know there names but there the 2 women who are always there at 7am...thank you for a wonderful experience..I was able to get there name...

One star because their menu and food is not bad, but Employees? Good luck, horrible customer service. Got my order wrong and got mad when I told them, got home and all my sandwiches had pork when I asked for two non pork sandwiches.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! One man was checking out (and FINISHED checking out), while not ONE out of the 3 women asked to take my order. So I turned and walked out. Places like this dont deserve a single Red Penny!! -1 Star

The woman behind the counter was Very rude to my wife and I, she had a very heavy attitude to everything we said, and when we decided to just leave rather than being customers she said Yeah good go. Working behind the counter at a deli seems like an odd trade choice if you have such a strong dismay for people and service, that your literally chasing paying customers out the door. If you want bagels or are curious on how to run an establishment like this go to Sams in Easton, there service is excellent, and the bagels are perfect.

I stopped there for breakfast. I had not noticed this place before. What a good find! The bagels were fresh and perfectly made. Everything I had was good. I would recommend them.

Sandwiches were very tasty but staff was not friendly at all. I placed an order for 5 sandwiches during a time that the place was empty and the workers seemed very annoyed that I was ordering anything at all. Thankfully my food came out correct and everything tasted great. I will go back again but certainly not expect stellar costumer service.

I think one of the best places in the area where bagels are fresh and sandwiches are tasty. Been going there for quite some time and staff is very friendly and been there for long-long time. I know the owner too - they all are nice friendly bunch.My favorite is Buffalo Chicken sandwich and strawberry cream cheese bagel. The best thing is that they cater too so it works so good when we are doing a party in the office or at home. Thank you!

Bagels are great, good selection of other things, but customer service is SO inconsistent. I understand theres a pandemic happening and youre closing a little early, but dont shut off the grill an hour before close when you close at 2... thats just laziness. Went in there another day and the kid there was so annoyed because it was 1:30 and the boss complained and told me we had to stay open until 2 of course you do, thats when you close... the blonde lady, however is always super nice and peraonable, I enjoy the little conversation snippets and well wishes.Oh, and uh... I got coleslaw and it tasted like rotten fish... not a fan.

I am always so happy with my selection from here. Since they have moved it has been great. They are in the same strip-mall where I get my haircut and there is also a manicure place next store. The food is excellent and the services is amazing. They have the best sandwiches and the bagels are always fresh. I highly recommend this place.

Bagel Shack has hands down the best bagels around. Unfortunately, besides the bagels, weve had some pretty negative experiences here. We have probably been to bagel shack about 5 times. Each time the customer service is horrendous. The way that one of the employees interacts with customers is just flat out rude.In addition to the poor customer service, last week we placed an order for a dozen bagels to pick up the following morning. They took our order and said that the bagels would be ready by the morning. When we got there to pick them up the next day, at the scheduled time, we were told that the person who makes the bagels did not make our order. We understand that things happen and told them that it was no big deal but placed the order again, requesting the order for the following morning (for an event the next day). We got a call at around 6am the following day to tell us that again our order was not completed and they would not have the bagels that we ordered.As I said, we understand that things happen but to not have our order TWICE after failing to make it the first time really isnt acceptable. Between that and the poor customer service (based on our employee interaction) I am really not thrilled with my experiences at Bagel Shack.

Nothing about this place can make it worse than the unpleasant women who work here. This was the last time Ill ever go in there. They are unfriendly, rude and dont seem at all interested in providing any kind of service let alone quality service. Im not sure where they lost sight of working in a SERVICE industry. ZERO STARS.

Fresh, delicious and made with care! My husband and I go for the best breakfast sandwiches and recently got sandwiches whi h were amazing!

I have only been a customer of this establishment 2 times. The first time I was welcomed with limited options because they were closing and unfortunately that was the priority. So I left. The second time was durring a rush. I waited 30 minutes for 1 sandwich and 2 toasted bagels with different spreads. The wait however is not the reason for my rating it is because only 1 of the 3 women staffed were wearing gloves. Being that I have worked in food the lack of gloves strikes me as nothing less than laziness.

Their Bagels Are Always Fresh ! I myself Love their LOX Spread Everything bagel . And NO NEED TO TOAST them...as I said ALWAYS FRESH. They have Home Made Cookies, breakfast sandwichs .In MY Opinion a Must try Stop.

This place has the best and the freshest bagels I have ever had. Lots of options to choose from. I ordered a jalapeño bagel with cheese which was amazing and I ordered a ranchero grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was so good that I ordered 3 more to go for my family members and now everyone wants to visit again. I found this place on my way to Poconos and was so lucky to find this place. Cant wait to go back!

Worst Deli Ever. Women at Deli constantly have bad attitudes. One of the workers was talking about having a severe cold as she was handling Deli meat. Coffee is never refreshed, taste like dayS old coffee or just completely out.

Disgusting sandwich. The bacon was just about fake. Roll was stale and it tasted like them dumped the bottle of pepper all over my sandwich. Highly disappointed

To the owner of the bagel shack, please remind ur employees to treat others with respect and especially if their paying customers. I been coming to this places for yrs and now with these two rude ladies that you having working there isnt the same. The first time I had a problem with the younger lady who has darker brownish hair and today it was the lady with the short grayish hair. If youre not happy where u work go else where and plz dont give your bs to ur customers. I seen this problem happen to other as well n it has to stop . Please talk to your employees and let them know that this isnt okay. I go there to order food for my kids n myself not to have someone treat me disrespectfully and my kids. The only lady there that is very nice and cheerful is the other older lady with curly grayish hair. She has changed her attitude and its so much better now. I can say Ill give her the 5stars only to her tho. Sorry I dont have names but please make a change. This looks bad for business. Thank u n besides all this ur food is great.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen. The women behind the counter are extremely rude, and disgusting. They clearly dont care about public health. I watched them ring up my purchase, not wash their hands, and continue to touch peoples food with the same gloves they just touched cash with. Their attitudes are horrible. Definitely in the wrong line of work. Judging by all of the other reviews the owner must not care very much. As nothing has been done to correct the issue. Will never step foot in there again.
