This new CVS store is a great addition to the area. The store store has a good layout, many items to choose from, a pharmacy and a pleasant staff. I also really liked how well decorated it was during the Holiday season. Everywhere I looked I can see a Santa which made the store feel very cheerful too.

Cashier was very nice. I watched as she assisted an elderly lady beyond her job description. Kindness is worth being patient. She was helpful, patient, and so sweet to her. Then proceeded to give me the same energy. Great job!!!!

They have told me, on several occasions, that they will not offer rainchecks. They said the manager will not allow rain checks on any items. Often they are sold out of sale items, so I have stopped shopping bc it’s a waste of time and gas to go there. I’ll shop at the Easton location if I want to shop for sale items. I know that they give out rainchecks for sold out items.

For a brand new store that just opened up, they got a LOT of annoying quirks to work through. First off, the employees there should be properly trained to know where orders are. Secondly, theres this one particular employee (the one who opened and closed this CVS store location on June 11th, 2021) who in my opinion, was rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. I had shown this employee the proof that my online order WAS DELIVERED to this CVS location, including tracking numbers from both UPS Innovations and USPS. This disrespectful employee downright *refused* to even look in the mail room or anywhere in the store for my ordered item. All she kept on rudely telling me was that nothing was delivered today! and wouldnt even pursue the situation. She told me to contact the shipping companies myself, even though I ordered my item directly from CVS online to be *delivered* to this CVS location. Even with proof from my emails stating it was delivered to this CVS location (and also showing the same info on the CVS website itself), this employee just absolutely refused to help figure out what went wrong with my order, only rudely stating, nothing was delivered today! -- So anyway, I ended up calling the USPS customer service line myself and gave them the tracking information. Even the post office said that this items tracking number was indeed DELIVERED to THIS exact CVS location that morning of 6/11/2021. Thankfully, USPS has escalated this issue and now Im waiting for the post office to contact me with any additional information. Btw, I want to thank the postal service for helping me to figure out this problem... and absolutely NO thanks whatsoever to that unhelpful, rude CVS employee. This was my first time shopping at this new CVS location, but since having to deal with this unnecessary nonsense, I have no reason to return to this store anymore. There are plenty of other businesses I can shop at and/or order from instead.

Came here today on my lunch break to get salt for my sidewalk and some bottled water. When I went to check out with “Debbie” she asked if I wanted to become a “CarePass” member. I said no, thanks. Debbie said she was participating in a contest to see who could get the most people to join and assured me I wouldn’t be charged anything. Debbie seemed nice so I said “okay, but only because you’re in a contest.” She asked me to insert my card into the machine but again said I wouldn’t be charged anything. After she completed my enrollment she spoke about the “perks” of being a member, including a $15 credit each month. I said “wow, that’s great.” She said, oh there are some cons... we charge $5/month so you’re really only getting $10. I told Debbie that I never shop at CVS, that i wouldn’t have signed up if she told me that to begin with. She said I could call it go online to cancel. When I got home I spent another 10 minutes on the phone with CVS customer service to cancel my membership. Unbelievably misleading. I will never be going back!

Sad, Was so excited to visit the new cvs in town! I went to print out some pictures of my boyfriend and I for Valentine’s Day and the lady working there was really rude to me about the amount of pictures I was printing and told me that if the machine runs out of paper she’s not going to change it. Also complained about the fact they were closing in an hour but then told me they would be done printing well before closing time?? 🤔 I felt so disgusted by this women’s attitude so I just left. I would rather go somewhere that I won’t feel rushed. Also Jacob was very nice and kindly guided me through the process when I got there !! Thanks Jacob:)

They are in a good location I don’t like the fact they close at 10pm that’s Early considering that this is the only cvs in the phillipsburg area and if I need to get my daughter prescription etc or myself any I have to go to the one Easton which is 20 mins away.. the hrs should be 8pm til 11pm or 7am til 11pm the latest. Also it is very small on the inside
