Buyer Beware! I purchased 2 of these and am displeased the upper and lower are not forged (standard AR15 Mil Spec) as depicted on there site the upper and lower on the firearms are billet and makes it look cheap and low quality the trigger guard is part of the lower unable to install your own trigger guard and rails dont match i contacted tech ops and all they said was that they switched when i asked why she said we switched on there site there is no mention of them not producing the firearm with out mil spec upper or lower they depict the A4 on there site laying on the ground with mil spec lower and upper they should notify the public that this item is no longer being manufactured the way its depicted on the site the only reason i can think of that they are producing this with cheaper parts is to maximize there profits theres no reason when there competitors are offering there (Others) with mil spec upper and lowers and for the price there is No Excuses

Not happy. Very spotty customer service. The owner, Santiago, took payment on ammo many months ago and never delivered and never reimbursed, never called, never explained what happened; but he took my money. Santiago is impossible to get in touch with and does not return calls or emails. All attempts to connect completely ignored. Ive made appointments with TechOps and they have been no-shows without any phone call or explanation. The unprofessional attitude and disrespect of the customer is astounding, especially in the firearm industry where a professional approach would be expected. It is my local place and it is a shame that I cannot use them. Extremely disappointed.

Santiago Pena is awesome. Very knowledgeable about shooting, firearms and marksmanship. It’s a joy to do business with Tech Ops. One of my favorite places for sportsman related stuff. Highly recommended.

Contacted Tech Ops on a personal recommendation looking for a specific firearm. The firearm retails at $440, they can get the gun for a price of $525. Friendly enough staff but price seems high. Can get the gun online for as little as $376.

Great guys, honest, and great prices. Bought two handguns off of them so far, on a referral. Referred at least one person so far. Cant go wrong here.

This is one of my favorite gun shops. Friendly staff/environment. I just wish they stocked more hunting guns/gear instead of all that Tacticool stuff. It would be nice to see fishing equipment too.
