It’s closed. No longer here at the PV address

One of the best parts of my week is either coming in to drop off my clothes or picking them up. Kim and Cece are two of the most vibrant and friendly people I know. Their dedication to service and personable approach to client care is a blessing to experience.In addition, the cleaners have also called me personally to share their recommendations on cleaning unique items that another cleaner may have just cleaned----and that is truly remarkable.Thank you Lapels Dry Cleaning of Paradise Valley!!

Lapels is now under new Mgmt and all I can say is this is one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. I called and asked if they could press my new Restoration Hardware lined linen draperies. They said they would have to clean then because they can’t just press linen. Ok. I get it. I took brand new draperies to them. They were very late from the estimated time but I thought that may mean they were doing a very good job. I go to pick them up and they have huge black marks all over them. They are bunched up on a broken hanger. I was told the draperies are linen and hard to press and too heavy for the hangers cause they are lined. What? You took them in If they couldn’t do the job, why accept them? Then then told me they would try to clean them. Try?! What ? They were the ones who got them dirty! They finally agreed to cleaned them a second time. Again. Cleaning was not on time. I called to ask if they were finished. It took them awhile to even find them. So I go and pick them up. The owner had told the very nice lady behind the counter to tell me if I didn’t like how they can out, they would NOT do them again. She told me she reminded him that I brought in clean draperies to just be pressed. He said he didn’t care and this was all he would do. There are still a few black marks on them and very wrinkled. I then had to paid full price. $55. This is not the sample customer oriented business Lapels used to be. I would not bring anything to them again.

I have tried many cleaners here in the valley and was unimpressed. I have to say that I am very happy I found this place. Their pick up and drop off service is great. Its very convenient and takes off an errand from my busy schedule. The clothes always come back looking great! And any time that I have gone into the cleaners, I have always had a positive experience. The staff is very friendly and the girls always greet me with a smile! I have seen the owner there a few times and from our conversations, I can tell that he cares for his customers. I have recommended Lapels to all my friends and neighbors and I will continue to spread the word! Keep up the good work Lapels!

Leo has been very accommodating during the shelter in place. Delivering and picking up from the house is wonderful.

Environmentally friendly and people friendly-- what more could you want?In the three years that we have been taking our paltry amount of dry cleaning to Lapels, we have never encountered a single crew member who wasnt extremely friendly and helpful. I always leave in a good or better mood.
