Started a conversation with an employee Priscilla, to get some cabinets. All was going well. We go into detail regarding the parts and dimensions. The vendor, the sizes, and accessories were decided on. I got a quote for the three cabinets 490.00. I asked a few questions and she was going to look into it for me. I email two more times. Nothing. No bounce-back just, no reply. I decide to call. I get Andrea, I had to re-explain the entire project, I send the email conversation to her. She looks it over and confirms that the project can be done. Apparently Priscilla left the company, no one closed her account. Andrea says she will send me the invoice for the quote by the end of the day or the next. After not hearing from her. I call again. I ask where the invoice is for me to order the cabinets. No apology for not communicating or not sending me the invoice. Andrea says shes unable to honor the quote that was given. She had no idea where the last person got the numbers. The first quote was 490.00 the quote that Andrea gave was 1550.00. The email communication was quite clear and both parties were in agreement. I express if that was the case I would not like to move forward with the project, and that I was very disappointed of the lack of communication and delaying my project. I feel they did a bait and switch. Now Im in a crunch to get a project completed.

Huge shoutout to Mitchell! Asked if I needed help, sure enough did. He understood from a picture I had what I needed to install a faucet in my (older) RV. Very understanding and patient and wouldnt you know, I have a new faucet with no leaks! 🙌 Didnt catch the cashiers name, but she was also friendly. Thanks guys!

I was doing electrical work and was looking for a secure wire splicer.. when I asked the associate for help he told me that there was no such thing. He suggested wire nuts. Since he did manage to get me to the electrical dept. I found a similar item.

The people at this hardware store are WONDERFUL! Keith, the manager, was so very helpful to me and my mother on our first visit, when we had no idea what we needed, and he so kindly and patiently talked us through each of our options. We had some issues with a paint purchase and he, as well as well as Julie, went above and beyond in making sure everything worked out to fit our needs and to our benefit. All of this with patience and a smile! Highly recommend the wonderful group of people at this store!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. I needed a coax cable so I called ahead and they were kind enough to check their stock and place one on hold for me. I am disabled and I regularly struggle with turning my key all the way to lock up my apartment, so while I was there I also spoke to one of their employees about this issue. With his help I was able to buy a washer, nut and bolt to attach a piece of metal to my keys at a right angle. Now my keys have an L shape which gives me much more leverage to turn them to lock up. I couldnt have come up with that solution without the help of the employee I spoke to. I also appreciated the fact that service was prompt and my whole trip was over quickly

Ive known about this hardware store for a long time, as a kid I would go there with my father.That was a long time ago, Im 64 now. Whenever Im in need of something they sell thats the only place Im going. There in the same location they started in,top notch knowledgeable sales staff that will take the time to answer any questions you might have.There a completely hardware store thats managed to keep that old time feel,there 100% over these chain stores.

Other then the fact its hard to get into(because of the 3 major streets that intersect there) I recieved GREAT service. I came in for one item and ended up spending more then I had plan. I was at Walts ACE Hardware. The young lady stopped me at the door saying i wasnt allowed in because I had on a draw string back bag. I am 65 years old, walking with a cane. In my bag i keep my glasses, my keys, my phone, and my money as I am prone to misplace stuff. I told her i had my money in the bag. She didnt care. She wanted me to leave it outside the store. I guess crime is really bad there. They lost a customer. I will travel the extra miles to go to Six Points Ace from now on

I never fail to find what I need here. My Dad began to bring me here when I was a young boy and would always make a big deal out of it. That has never left me and its true. Great folks.

Kind a slow/bad people skills. Dont ask for help unless they direct you around is my recommendation.
