Came in Saturday just to see if I could get a quote and an appointment to get my system installed and the lovely Max took a look and was able to get me in same day! I left an hour and a half later with everything installed and for a great price! The customer service was stellar and I still can’t believe I was lucky enough to pop in and leave all set same day!Went to Audio Express a day or 2 before I came to creative car stereo and they said they could do it in 2 weeks and it would take 5 hours and cost triple the amount! No Thanks.Really glad I came here instead. Felt much better supporting a local business and getting great customer care. I really appreciate getting taken care of!

One of the few places that would work on my mercedes benz. They where honest and gave me the best alternatives to get the best sound for the money. These guys took my car in the same day and replaced the broken speakers. 100% would deal with them again.

Walked in and could not get an associate to diagnos my audio issues. The worker left to go to the back three times, finally gave me a price for new speakers. Problem was he didn’t ask the car I was driving, didn’t know what the issue was, and therefore was not qualified to provide a solution. Went to Audio Express and the problem was fixed by tweaking my balance. Want a subwoofer to increase the low end, and know I won’t be back here.

The service here was very good. I had a problem with my sub woofer and they fixed it very quickly. The guy that was there was very respectful and kind. I would have given this place 5 stars but, parking was challenging and the office just felt like a house and not like an audio place, because of this, i felt more awkward. All kinds of stereo equipment was scattered on the floor where all the display stuff im assuming was suppose to be. To me it just didnt feel right or welcoming. I wouldnt come here again, and i wouldnt recommend coming here if your wanting variety or a good experience.
