My daughter went into this store 3/13/2021 for an exchange. I had bought her the wrong base at another Merle Norman in another state. They would not exchange it. When she said she would just go ahead an buy her base, the lady was very rude and not interested in selling her anything. My daughter just left. That 20min. drive was a waste. I worked at a Merle Norman for several years. What a disappointment to have rude sales people.

Love this place always nice polite willing to do what ever you need. If someone has a bad experience I am shocked. Very nice people

NOT a good first experience. I called ahead at 10:40am to let them know I was on my way to purchase two tubes of Preventage hand cream, and wanted to shop for additional products. I arrived at 11am, but the door was locked with a sign saying Be back in 1 minute. That was a long minute! I ended up waiting 25 minutes. Then I had to be on my way! The clerk finally came to the store as I was leaving, carrying a big take out lunch sack. She seemed like she genuinely didnt care that I had waited so long. Not a good first experience at this store. Should I try again?

Had a wonderful experience at this studio. Got full makeup instruction and lots of beauty hints. I look forward to returning to the studio for more instruction and products.
