Best charging handle Ive ever used!! These guys are awesome and make a great product!!

I purchased one some years ago at a gun show here in phx. I used it for about 2 years. I went to chamber one day and it cracked. I send emails to them about it and was told to send it in. So I Did And after that nothing. So I waited about a month and still nothing so I sent an email and never got a response. So I Waited A Week and still nothing. So I tryed email again. Nothing. So I tryed calling and got nothing. So one day I drove down to the shop to see what was going on and doors were locked. So I went around back And there is A guy making them. Told him what has been happing and he took my name and # and said he would give it to the owner. Guess what. Still nothing. All this happen about a year ago. The handle is amazing and works great but If something happens good luck.
