Sales staff was top notch. Professional, and knowledgeable. Delivery and install was very easy and was finished quickly while we were moving into our new house. The follow through was great as well. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

The entire process of selecting and purchasing was easy and accommodating. We visited the Phoenixville Showroom a couple of time to just look, and we were helped by the staff with questions we had. Hugh was great in the purchase process. The delivery team, Chuck and Corey, were awesome. Were very happy, and Queen Appliance is our go-to for everything they carry.
Bought a refrigerator from Queen. Did not run well for a few years. I was dealing with CPS the warrantee company to get a new one. I had alot of trouble with negotiation. Finally I went back to Queen, and with the help of Joe Eacher got a very good deal.
We had a not so good experience during the Memorial Day weekend. This review is for Connie and Maizy at the King of Prussia location. We went to see a top load washer and dryer and too a quote for it. We were told that the quote was good until next 10 days and we went back and forth with the few questions and clarification. And after couple of days when we went to purchase the washer and dryer, the customer rep flipped their decision on the fly and said they cannot give it for that quoted price as the company had increased the price of the 2 units. So what is the point in giving a quote which is good for few days and then flipping their decision. Not so good experience as we were their prior customers and had purchased kitchen appliances from them. Very poor customer service. They didn’t keep their words and the quote.So new customers, please make sure the quote that they give is valid for the said days, so that they honor the price promised regardless. They lost us as a customer as we didn’t proceed ahead with the purchase.
Our sales person, Hugh Rodden, would not return email and phone calls. Inaccuracy in sales order (delivery address and #of stairs) which weren’t covered during purchase. Washing machine was back ordered over 6 weeks. Only got satisfaction by going back to store for in-person update after learning from other retailers that the appliance was in stock elsewhere. Delivery also delayed due to what the store said was a ‘damaged’ product at the warehouse which makes me question if they had the unit originally. Delivery was an issue with drain hose. Delivery personnel are not Queen Appliance personnel which made it worse. Horrible experience, would not recommend.
We had purchased our new Bluestar Rangetop and the Bonanza hood with them. Everything was good and went smooth and the delivery guys were also awesome. Thanks to Mike who kept us updated on the back order and the prompt delivery!I will highly recommend this location.

He also worked hard to get it delivered on a day that was already full because my fridge was dead! Delivery was on time, quick and professional. No more big box stores for me. Queen is the only place I will go for appliances.

I was looking for a refrigerator and a rude young punk in sales told me I couldn’t get what I wanted until at least September. I was surprise at how rude and lazy he was on the phone, I figured it was roo much trouble for him to actually make a sale. I found what I wanted in Lancaster county at a much nicer appliance store, and will never bother the rude and lazy people at Queen again.

We had to replace all of our appliances due to a house fire. We did considerable research and shopping around at the big box stores. We decided on Queen Appliances for their pricing. However, it became immediately apparent that their product knowledge and customer service is what kept us coming back. The appliances were back ordered but Jordan Snyder was most conscientious in following up with updates from the factory. Their delivery service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Queen Appliances and Jordan Snyder to my friends and family.
Was again completely satisfied with my Queen experience. Dryer broke 2 days before the 4th of July. Had a new washer and dryer delivered on the 7th. Took 30 minutes to review floor, discuss my needs and find a pair in stock. Came from PA and NJ, but they arrived on time to clean up from 1 beach trip to get ready for another. Delivery guys were great and hauled broke models away and installed in 20 minutes.
A problem of communication for delivery and installation was immediately resolved and all was excellent in the end. (4 of 5 stars because of communication problem.)Showroom assistance was very helpful in selecting refrigerator and wall oven, clear about item availability & regular updates. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Queen! Mrs. Michelle, the new floor manager was very attentive and helpful. She introduced me to Hugh, one of the salespeople at the store. Hugh was just as helpful! After going to Home Depot, Lowes (where they seemed like they didnt have time to help me) and Best Buy (where they have no idea what theyre doing) Queen was absolutely, hands down the most informed and gave the best service! Their warranty was very fair as well. This was my second large purchase from them. Hope this helps!

Wonderful experience! They arrived right at the beginning of the delivery window, wore shoe covers and masks, and were in & out in about 15 mins. They asked about bringing the dolly on our carpet and then verified before they went over our cruddy 5 year old kitchen mat. Super professional, quick, and very pleasant! Would definitely recommend!!
I had good service and 4 stars on day 1 of my dealings with this store.....oh boy did it go downhill quickly the next day. Long story short......saleman promised us our washer would be there next day for pickup between 2 and 5. After many calls to see where my order was during that time period I got no answers and promises for call backs witch never happened.i finally got someone to answer me at the showroom and was basically told oh well its not here maybe Monday. Then I finds out later the person Michelle telling me this was the manager. Later someone called ( a male) and told us we could have the floor model. They said they would help us out the door and no further. Great customer service. We went to the store to see if we would get a discount for taking the floor model.....Manger Michelle says nope I am not taking any money off. So after wasting a half day sitting around waiting for something that never came we just said screw it give us our money back and Ill go someplace else.....They did give a full refund but did not care 1 bit they lost a customer and a sale. Also we were tole that our washer hosed would be $15 to see the recipt later to find out we were billed $20. Yea 5 bucks doesnt matter much but its the principle of the matter of doing legit deals and doing what you say and promise. I will never ever ever shop there again and will tell everyone who listens never ever ever shop here.

We had our washer, dryer, and microwave delivered this past weekend to our new home. This is the second time buying a washer and dryer from Queens (bought for our previous home).They are always very knowledgeable and help you order exactly what you need (no more, no less). They also schedule delivery for a day and time that works well - this is great especially when you are moving into a new home. The two guys who did the delivery and installation were great. They were very professional and accommodating. We had a large moving truck in their way in the driveway plus the power was out due to last weeks storms. They were flexible and accommodating. They communicated and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information needed. We really appreciate the excellent customer service your team provided from ordering to delivery/installation. Thank you!

We bought all new appliance over memorial day weekend. Jordan was great with helping us select the best appliance package that would fit in our space. He was also super responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the process and scheduling of delivery. There was a defect with the microwave that we discovered after delivery was completed and Jordan arranged for a seamless exchange just two days later. In the past I have always bought appliances from big box stores (Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, etc.). It seemed there were always problems either with delivery or installation. My last purchase had so many issues that, when remodeling our kitchen, I went to Queen Appliance instead. I was not really expecting much difference from my previous big box purchases but I figured I had nothing to lose. I stopped in at the Phoenixville store and was greeted by Jordan. I could tell immediately that this was a good choice as he is very knowledgeable. He helped me understand the differences between models and even talked me out of a higher cost model knowing the extra cost was not worth it for what I needed. The initial experience was so good that we have become repeat customers. He always followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. You can tell he genuinely wants the customer to be happy with their purchases...I never experienced this with any of my purchases from the other stores mentioned above. The deliveries have always come on time and installs have went off without a hitch. I now solely shop and recommend Queen Appliance, and Jordan in particular, to all my friends and family for any appliance purchase.
After making my appointment online, I went to the store today. The new showroom is large and very well lit. The selection was great. I really liked that the you could compare the different models of the same brand very easily. The prices are good-to-fair. Every sales person I have dealt with at Queen Appliance has been great.

My experience from the moment I walked into the showroom to the installation of my new laundry and kitchen appliances was exactly what I hoped for when making the decision to shop local over big box stores. Mike Tomb and Jordan Snyder greeted me the second I walked through the door and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I purchased my appliances back in March for a renovation at my house that was suppose to start in late March but was delayed to June due to COVID-19. Jordan and Mike kept in touch throughout that period and assured me that they would store my appliances for as long as needed.My appliances were delivered exactly when the time came for them to be delivered and they were in perfect condition. The delivery men were also very professional and answered all of my questions. Even after the appliances were delivered, Jordan continues to respond to my random requests for recommendations. It can be nerve racking when making big purchases such as appliances, but the guys at Queen Appliance made the process very easy and provided exceptional customer service. I was looking for a new dishwasher and I was connected to and employee Jordan. He is AMAZING. He got me exactly what I wanted and needed in a a dishwasher.He was completely thorough in asking me what I wanted in a dishwasher, made some recommendations and I ended up choosing the one he suggested. BEWARE. The discount prices are NOT worth the trouble. I ordered a new kitchen package (refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave). Queen caused TWO water hazards and one electrical hazard from their deliveries. I don’t understand how Queen is still in business. Buyer beware! We purchased a new GE Cafe series kitchen suite with refrigerator range dishwasher and microwave. The salesman, Garrett, we had first was very nice in store we knew what we wanted and he took our order. That’s where his good customer service ended. Once he had full payment on a $10,000 sale we literally did not hear from him again. We knew there was a back order on the items but were supposed to hear back the next day as to about how long and for a quote on a few other small add ons. After weeks of calling multiple numbers and leaving messages on his direct like and with the answering service at both Phoenixville and King of Prussia locations in hopes to get some sort of answer, nothing. I had to physically drive to the showroom in the middle of a work day to see someone in person. Mike was the next salesperson who helped me. I explained the situation and he worked quickly to try and remedy it. My gripe is not with mike as he has done all he could in a timely manor. Fast forward to 9 weeks after the took full payment, our refrigerator was delivered, damaged. The delivery guys were great but unfortunately the refrigerator was still damaged. It was straightforward so customer service took care of that until we realized we hadn’t noticed a scratch on the side of the door that is not often seen. They haven’t done anything for that. Fast forward another 3-4 weeks, the rest of our appliances are delivered. The front of the stove door is scratched at the bottom and it plain as day. The dish washer handle also had damage as well as full of water and moisture with mildew inside from sitting and shipping closed up with no ventilation, and at this point the microwave is still in its original box because I’m afraid to even look. I have called and called and still nothing has been done. Service/ repair was supposed to be scheduled and has not been. We currently have 10,000 in appliances that are not yet installed and are just sitting awaiting repair. Please do yourself a favor a d do not deal with queen appliance if you expect timely customer service. Other than a few bright spots this our whole experience had been terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. Definitely do not pay them in full until your order is ready for delivery.

After comparing refrigerators and warranties, I settled on Queen Appliance for their price and for their 10 year warranty. I had a great experience buying the fridge and the delivery was quick. After the fridge ran for a few hours, the compressor started making a loud high pitched noise. I worked with Queen appliances to have a repair Tech come out and verify that the sound wasnt normal. The tech confirmed that the compressor was very noisy and it wasnt normal. Since the fridge had a defect upon delivery, Queen authorized a return and exchange. I was able to purchase a different refrigerator (I didnt want to buy the same fridge and the same brand in case that line had compressor issues). The second delivery was just as great as the first and the new fridge is quiet. While it was a pain to empty out the first new fridge and put everything in coolers, I cant blame Queen for a faulty refrigerator. Stuff happens. They went out of their way to work with me, answering multiple questions to make sure I received exactly what I wanted and worked to get the second Fridge out to me as fast as possible. I already know that when my other appliances die I will be going here to purchase new ones.

After much research on where to buy our new refrigerator, Queens won us over. The big box stores failed us big time! With Covid, they would not guarantee installation since their deliverers/installers are contracted out. So, after hearing about Queens from a friend, we checked out the Phoenixville store. Jordan was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in our search. We also appreciated his honesty on certain products. We will definitely return to Queens for our future appliance needs! Our delivery and install went very well. Because of bad storms in the area that day, they were a few hours late, but totally understandable. I do recommend that in cases of late deliveries, that the driver call the customer to inform them.
Due to the shortage and covid our refrigerator took over 3 months to get delivered. Queen Appliance emailed me every Monday with the status of our order and when the refrigerator finally came in delivery was quick and very professional.

Where do I begin? The gentlemen inside the phoenixville branch were great, knowledgeable, and helpful(which is why there’s 2 stars instead of 1). After that it just went down hill. Had a Saturday time frame to have a fridge, oven, and microwave delivered. All 3 came but the fridge had significant damage on the side that would be showing so we refused it. Spoke to a sales rep and was told our fridge would be ordered and that customer service would contact me Monday to set up a time and day for installation. After the installation team left, my fiancé called me in panic stating that she smells gas from the oven that was installed and that the alarms are going off. I instructed her to leave the house and stand by. I followed up with calling customer service and after being on hold for 5min was told that this is normal for new stoves. We were clearly not informed of this. After a few minutes my fiancé noticed that the alarm system stopped and proceeded to investigate the house and felt that it was safe to come back inside.Monday evening comes and I still haven’t received a phone call. So I proceed to call customer service a few minutes before closing. They stated that they had notification that the new fridge was delivered. I informed them that that is false and we have yet to hear anything about our fridge. After investigation they realized that someone accidentally put our status in “delivery completed”. I followed up with “Luckily I called or we would’ve been waiting in limbo.”. They replied “We would’ve eventually figured it out.” I really can’t make this stuff up. So after that call I was finally scheduled on Wednesday between 3-6PM. Tuesday comes and I receive a call for compensation for my troubles. They stated that they’ll be able to compensate me $21.50 which covers the installation fee. We spent over $3700 on appliances. MY TIME FRAME WAS 3-6PM. MY FRIDGE WAS JUST DELIVERED AT 6:18PM. The delivery drivers were extremely nice and helpful but unfortunately scratched up my walls (pic attached) and stated that the paperwork did not have installation included(pic attached), so left me to install it. After their hard work I decided to not argue it. SO I WAS REIMBURSED AN INSTALLATION FEE WHICH THEY DIDN’T END UP INSTALLING THE FRIDGE. This place is a joke. We will be needing a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere.UPDATE: Customer service has contacted me about my situation and has reimbursed me all installation fees and has sent me $150 in store credit towards a future purchase. As they cannot undo what has been done, they have tried to make right, what is wrong. I appreciate the attempt and will consider them for future purchases.

VERY disappointing!!! We live in Phoenixville, PA. We always support local business first and this time, for such a big purchase, we opted to go to Queen Appliance instead of a big chain store. On August 8th, we called and placed an order over the phone. We told them exactly what dishwasher we wanted, we were told it was in stock and we gave our name, address, email and phone number along with our credit card. We were then told we would get an email with our order number and a call that following Monday about delivery and install dates. No email was ever sent and Monday rolled by with no call. Being that we are decent people we decided to let a few days go by before calling to bug them. So, on Thursday, I called, left a message with an operator and was told they would call me right back. No call back. Friday, same thing, not call back. Saturday I finally got a hold of someone at the store that took my info and said hed call right back with answers. AGAIN, NO CALL. I repeated the same thing on Sunday with a different gentleman who said the boss would call me right back. It is now Monday, and still NO CALL. They have clearly lost our business and all further business and will NOT recommend them to anyone. Its a shame, with everything going on in this world and companies who are dying for business, to be treated this way is disgraceful.

My husband and I made the mistake of ordering a set of appliances from another large and well-known appliance store. Since then, weve had three months of nonstop problems, from backordered items, to items not being delivered, to appliances delivered in the wrong color. Its been next to impossible to even get anyone on the phone, let alone to help us with the order.On a whim, we walked into Queen and met with Mike and Jordan, who listened to our whole plight. They helped us on the spot and were able to get us the most critical appliance (which the aforementioned appliance store claimed was on indefinite backorder) within two business days. Were cancelling everything else from the other company and moving the order to Queen. Truly shouldve just done it from the get-go and saved ourselves three months of aggravation...we sincerely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks so much, Mike & Jordan!

IT TOOK WEEKS FOR A REPAIR MAN TO COME OUT WHO WAS ALSO WAS REFEREED BY THE WARRANTY/QUEEN APPLIANCE TO FIX FRIDGE, THE REPAIRMAN DEEMED FRIDGE NON REPAIRABLE, WE FOLLOWED ALL NEW DIRECTIONS GIVING TO US FOR NEXT STEPS IN PROCESS, REPAIR MAN ALSO SENT WARRANTY COMPANY IN A FORM NECESSARY FOR REPLACEMENT BUT WE ARE NOW GETTING IGNORED BY QUEEN APPLIANCE REPRESENTATIVE JOE ESCHER AND WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US ANY INFO OR HELP NOW. I AM SURE THEY WILL KEEP PUSHING THESE WARRANTYS ON CONSUMERS THOUGH. SHAME ON QUEEN
Our experience started off really strong, and if I could give 3 separate reviews, I would. Our sales experience with Garrett was incredible - he was helpful, attentive, and communicated with us consistently throughout the process. It was after the sales process where things went south.Customer Service - I would not rate the service high, about a 2 out of 5. Each time I needed to speak with Customer Service, I had to leave multiple messages to get a call back. The first issue customer service had was concerning installation and the gentlemen was speaking over me, not allowing me to explain what my question was, and had already begun to send my work elsewhere without hearing my objection. After two months of hearing nothing about a backordered microwave, I had to call to even find out it was in stock - and I had to call our sales representative instead of customer service because I wouldnt get a call back.Delivery - The second installation of our microwave was absolutely abysmal. The two men arrived without proper tools, asked to borrow our ladder, our wrench, our screwdriver, etc. and then proceeded to be rude about the installation and complain about our tools not being what they needed. Eventually, they just left the appliance and my husband and I installed it ourselves.My review: buy from Queen to support a local business and a wonderful sales staff - but dont expect much in terms of service.

EXCELLENT-ALL AROUND SERVICE: My wife Shannan & I recently visited the Phoenixville, Pa location in early September, 2019 and dealt with Garrett as our sales representative. Garrett Jamison was really helpful, knew the various products in detail, explained the warranties and financing very clearly, was enjoyable to deal and made the whole process seamless and quick! Jordan Snyder, the manager was very pleasurable to deal with too! A great team there in Phoenixville. We had our delivery just a week later on September 13th and my wife loved the two delivery/installation guys- Danny & Kelvin and said they were very friendly, professional, efficient and checked/test ran our new Maytag washer. Queen also uses metal hoses (not rubber hoses) as a matter of course which will last considerably longer than inferior rubber hoses installed by places like Sears, Lowes and Home Depot. Queen has a great selection of appliances and the superior service is only what you can expect from a private family owned company -still owned and run by the founders family members, which hugely differentiates them from the competition. This was our first experience with Queen and we will never go back to those other big public company retailers ever again. The Queen Rules! Love this place and the staff!!! We have purchased two items from Queen: a portable dishwasher, and a room air conditioner. We love Queen. You get first-rate appliances at affordable prices. Our sales guys were super-helpful, no pressure, and knowledgeable about the products. And now they offer delivery and set-up, which they didnt before. If you qualify, then even offer 12 months interest-free. So when you need a major appliance, always go to Queen first!
We bought a GE Cafe Series 3 door fridge, gas range, dishwasher and microwave, and an extended warranty with Queen. . Except for the microwave, every appliance has been repaired multiple times. Dishwasher keeps leaking, oven was unusable for months, fridge door repaired .... they’ve been less than useless- they had to be contacted multiple times, and just didn’t respond. I’ve bought a lot of appliances there over the years, including my washer, dryer, wine fridge, Bosh exhaust hood, ovens and cooktop, a TV....... never had a problem until this year. They’ve been so awful we will never go back

Terrible experience with them. Please be careful with this company. In short, I was sold a refrigerator and it kept freezing food. Called at least 7 times with very little costumer support. They were not helpful at all, unfortunately. They eventually decided to give us a refund for the fridge but charged us our delivery and pick up which is over $100. I tried explaining I was sold a broken piece of equipment but ended up paying movers two days worth of work so I should be refunded in full but that wasnt the case. Basically wasted time and money I will never get back and was left with a massive headache. Please go shopping at a credible place. Very unhelpful salesman name was Ian and the store owner Connie seemed very bothered to do her job. Just be careful... And maybe think about spending the extra $100 - $200 elsewhere.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great deals on appliances, and good delivery service. Sometimes it was hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is because I never received my rebates. I had to call several times to get the information emailed to me which took me to generic websites and couldnt locate all my products.
The big stores failed my wife in customer service, she was thrilled with the help at Queen to find the best choices of washer/dryer, oven, and fridge for our situation. Delivery was great, support has been great.
Purchased an open box refrigerator from the phoenixville store from Garrett. Delivered and installed fast by skilled, friendly delivery people. Had a relatively minor issue the next day. Customer service was closed at the time, so I took a shot and called Garrett at the showroom. I was totally expecting a not my problem, u have to wait for customer service response. The opposite occured, Garrett was super helpful, troubleshot with us, and started a service ticket with customer service. Customer service responded promptly, and with concern that our fridge works perfectly. I felt like a valued customer which I find rare these days. I think I met the owner (I think) at the home show in Oaks, she was a wealth of knowledge and how we found and chose to check out Queen. May the Queen continue to treat her hard working employees well, so that they treat us well in return because we definitely plan to go back.
The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable, and worked well with me. He got the appliance package I wanted, at a price that couldn’t be matched anywhere else. The delivery took a little longer, but it arrived on the day I reuestes(a few hour late being 7pm of the 12-4 opening they told me). But the delivery men were also great, even took the boxes and trash with them after unboxing it for me. The only complaint is how difficult it was to get the rebates I was promised. Appliances were delivered in March, but I didn’t receive the rebates until August. Part of that was due to the fact I had emailed Queen many times to get the rebates submitted. It seemed I was being ignored until I sent an email to their main email address that I found on the website. Then it was done quickly. That’s the only complaint though. I would absolutely buy from them again. I personally purchased a new set from them without and damage in the boxes still. Pretty good experience all together.
Great service! Decent prices for the products they carry, have brought appliances from them after shopping everywhere else... so If you are looking to upgrade or replace appliances give them a try, after you gone to others...
They delivered when the other guys couldnt. Not only are their showroom and sales staff friendly and knowledgeable, but their delivery people were top notch as well. Got done what generic super chains said couldnt be. Thank you for finally getting us a refrigerator and letting us go home.
I found the staff at Phoenixville, particularly Jason, to be quite knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering an appliance not on display or in stock was smoothly done. Where they fell a little short was in the follow up. Instead of notifying me when the unit arrived in store, I had to work at contacting them to check on the status. The delivery team was excellent.careful, clean, friendly and I thought, quick. I will keep them in mind the next time I am in the market for an appliance.
My search for a washer and dryer ended at Queen. The knowledgeable staff directed me to the best appliances for my needs. No pressure. No up-sell. Installation was fast and professional. I would shop here again.

We went to the Phoenixville location. We bought a new Washer, Dryer, and second fridge for the new house. Quality and price are competitive with the big stores plus they are a LOCAL business. Delivery was on time and the drivers went out of their way for us. We originally wanted to find something scratch and dent but they are so much more.
My husband and I inherited a built in refrigerator when we bought our house in July that required three different service calls before we even moved in. We didnt want to replace it with another built in because we eventually would like to redo the kitchen and those things are pricey and for us, unnecessary. I first went to a well known appliance store in Malvern where I was immediately told that I HAD to replace it with another built in. When I questioned the other store they claimed it was a matter of the outlets being in the wrong place. After going back and forth and explaining that all the things she mentioned could be fixed, she pointed me in the direction of the counter depth refrigerators. Checked in when we were done but that was it.I then went Queens in Phoenixville and my experience could not have been more different. Jordan greeted me warmly and asked me what I was looking for, needs, desired features, etc. He was amiable and knowledgeable. Reassured me that I did NOT have to buy a built in, as long as I was aware that the dimensions would not be the same. He never left my side.That was yesterday. I went back to Queens today and ordered the fridge that Jordan recommended and fit our needs (and price range) perfectly.What this store and this team understand is the meaning and power of customer service. They GET that you have to listen to the customer and actually hear them when you tell them what you want and need. Jordan certainly could have tried to upsell me a built in, but what he and the rest of the team did is probably much more profitable. They made a customer happy who is likely to return for when we redo our kitchen. They made a customer happy who is likely to refer friends who ask where we purchased our fridge. They also made a referral as my mother had also come with me to both stores to help with my toddler son (KUDOS on having that train set in house. BRILLIANT). My mom grabbed a card and said she knew where shed be buying her appliances from now on. THATS what business and customer service are all about.Thank you for the positive experience. Fast friendly service at wholesale prices, what more could you ask for. The salesman was educated on all the appliances and helped me choosed the best deal for me. Make a trip there and price compare, I think youll be pleasantly surprised.
We found the salespeople vary to a great degree, and weve had good ones at queen and poor. The good ones are excellent and steered us towards a Bosch washer and dryer that have been nothing short of excellent for us. However, the scratch and dent inventory is often very small, so dont expect to always get what you want at the cut rate prices you are hoping for.

Great people and assistance. I would give them 5 star, but they sold me a CPS extended warranty, which I have learned they know is hard to get claims paid only after I tried to get CPS to cover a warranty on a 1.5 year old Samsung washer.
Bought a refrigerator from them over a year ago. The ice-maker worked for about a month and then stopped producing ice. Called for warranty repair. Repair person comes out, orders a new ice-maker and says hell come back. Over a month later, still no ice-maker. So we call to follow up and we get no call back or response at all. After several attempts to get this repaired, we are still without an ice-maker on the brand new fridge. Weve called Queen appliance directly with no luck either. I think the next step is to have it fixed and then sue them for the cost. I will NEVER buy from here again.
A little off the beaten path but, good brand selection (economy to luxury), very competitive pricing, and very knowledgeable personnel to help you make the best selection based on your budget and needs. Nice people.
