Let me start with saying that this was my first encounter with Woodward Supply, and up until my delivery everything was great. I visited this location to look at their river rock options. When I was there the 1-3 size stone was very clean, Ill include a photo I took while there. I called and placed ordered the next day, for 3 yards of this stone. The delivery came today while I was at work, but when I got home I could immediately tell this was not what I was shown at their supply yard. I could expect maybe a little bit of dirt, but what I got looked like it was just dug from the ground and loaded in a truck. I am using this stone on top of 2B stone with perforated pipe, which is why I needed it to be clean. When I called to ask why the stone is covered in mud, I was told “It must have been a new load and we didn’t have time to clean it. You’ll just have to wash it off.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I even took 5 Gal bucket full back to show them and was told Thats just how it is sometimes, and there is nothing we can do. So now I have to spend hours trying to clean the stone, and mostly by hand because it’s caked on and the hose won’t take it off. Not to mention having to try to clean all the mud off my driveway after I’m finished. There are also big chunks that I thought were rock but turned out to be just mud. For how great the reviews are here I am shocked with how bad my experience has been. If you order from here make sure you know what youre getting before they dump the load.

Travis was fantastic!!! He came on time, prepared, and was so incredibly friendly and professional. He fixed our sprinklers that had quite a few issues and made them perfect again! Highly highly recommend Woodward Landscaping!!

We ordered 5 yds of topsoil. We were super impressed that they brought it the same day. However, when they dropped it off, it had a strong smell, like chemicals. I called to ask what was in it, but they didnt know. It still has a strong chemical smell several days later. If you order soil from them you may want to go smell it first.I plan to have this tested for heavy metal contamination.

Horrible service. The entire staff is rude and/or untrained. Scheduling is shoddy and inconsistent at best . Overall disappointed in every costumer experience I’ve had here and do not plan on returning.

Rude, Rude and very Rude. The front desk lady was outright mannerless. I accidentally reached there at Exactly noon which happened to be their lunch time. All I wanted was to browse through their display kept outside which I could have done without anyone’s assistance. Her tone and gestures were so bad as if I was there to steal from her. It took me a while to just realize what just happened. It could have been a polite “ sir, we are heading out for our lunch break. Please feel free to browse through our display collection outside”. I wonder how a person with such attitude is in the customer service business.

Placed an order for Belgian Block, gave them my credit card info, scheduled pick up. They sold my order to someone else. Not a good business practice.

I absolutely LOVE this local business where they have excellent quality supplies (I was looking at patio block) as well as misfit stones pieces that are not to their incredibly high standards BUT still better than Lowes or HD. The friendly staff and super helpful men who will load your car... Cant ask for a better neighborhood business

Great place for hardscape material and information about hardscaping.They have more displays of different types, colors, and sizes of pavers, wall block, and caps than Ive seen anywhere. Plus river rock, mulches, sand, screenings, gravel, fieldstone, and tools.

Danielle at the front is amazing. If she ever leaves this place is out of business. She give amazing service and knows her stuff! I buy here just bc she works there. Otherwise I find their price slightly higher then other places and picking up materials in the morning gets a little wonky and frustrating a lot.
