**This place is under new management**My mom came in from out of town and needed some extremely important documents printed and faxed out. She was greeted and had a really positive experience and the new owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend doing business at this location

The absolute WORST place to ship a package. I should have read the reviews before shipping with them.I used this store to ship a return, exactly the way it was sent to me, the store took my package and my money. Item arrived damaged so I filed a claim. Fady (store manager?) told me it was my fault and they will not cover it since it wasnt shipped in new packaging, are you joking? They then told me that they would process the claim at a different level, when I spoke to the next level they told me that the store never provided the information to process the claim so it was denied.Lesson learned, dont ship from a franchise store!!

I would caution anyone from using this store. I’m now taking my business to Fed Ex.They overcharged for next day delivery at noon service and I received the package 4 days later at 3pm! Their excuse:weather which is nonsense because my package arrived in its destination the next day but wasn’t delivered.The manager of this store did nothing to me recoup the $120 charged for next day service. At least offer some refund!! It’s called customer service for a reason

Do not use this store.They charged me $30 more than the Pottstown store for shipping the same size envelope to the exact same location. They also charge extra $2.00 Administrative Fee to get by the state-maximum $5.00 charge for a notary signature. Total rip off

This is the worst UPS store Ive ever encountered. I paid them over $55 dollars to package and ship a computer that arrived at its destination totally destroyed. They lied about how they packed the object saying its standard and even went as far as saying the video taped the packaging despite refusing to show me the said video. In addition they refuse to file their own insurance claim suggesting I instead file a fraudulent claim myself. Steer far clear of this place if you value whatever your shipping, theres another store a mile down the road that actually cares for their customers.

Boy, do we have some winners working at this UPS.A month or so ago, I had a Amazon return. The two guys working were unapologetically 15 minutes late. They looked so dumb founded when they arrived and ZERO apologies. No masks either as they walked past me and another customer waiting to go in.Today, the young boys were so rude working there. They felt SO inconvenienced to try and help me & my fiancé. And it makes perfect sense because when they called the manager over the speaker for assistance, he didn’t seem to have a shred of looking to help us.People working there should probably realize during the pandemic, they should be grateful they have jobs and you’re completely disposable. Especially if the most you’re doing is scanning barcodes and labeling packages.Awful service.

The print job is good when you get it (high quality machines, paper), but getting the job done is a real hassle. Clueless clerks who just dont seem to know what theyre doing.

I usually don’t write review .but the service at the ups store in phonixville are amazing .not like many others.I called this store and they told me what I should do with my return, they help get it to The store from my car, box it up, and ship it .

Do not use this store for printing services. I have come there in the past for basic printing from a thumb drive and had no problems, with previous employees. The service has progressively declined there over the past year. Between the 5 people that were working there on 10/13, it took them over an hour to figure out how to print the 3 items that were properly formatted and had been printed there previously, with no problem. The prints came out crooked, because they couldnt figure out how to load the paper, so they trimmed some of them and charged me for it. The other prints I paid to have them cut were cut crooked and every one was cut different. I left half of them there, because they were unusable and was charged full price for my entire order, which was astronomically higher than it had ever been before. The employees were arguing, some yelling and cursing. I am generally not one to leave complaints for retail services, but this was the single worst retail experience, I have ever had. I will not return and would not recommend this store for printing of any kind.

I have been in this store in the past and have always had a good experience for only the handful of times I have been there. I stopped today and there were 2 things that drove me nuts. If the store offers notary service, there should be someone there at all times that the store is open who can do notary. The other thing is, they guy who does notary was supposed to be in at 11am and was a few minutes late which wasn’t a huge deal. I just had surgery last week and am irritable at the moment. I just feel that everyone who works at a ups store should be licensed to do notary and there when the store is open.

Need printing done?: GO TO CHRIS @UPS store. He tranformed a heavily pixelated picture that needed to be enlarged, and made it into a masterpiece! But the best thing is, he was really into the project - making sure his details were spot on and his communication was at an above professional high level! Very grateful for this experience!I highly recommend Chris if you need any printing done!

Absolutely terrible customer service! This was my first time going to this location to have fingerprinting done. I arrived at the facility at 5:10 PM, waiting in line for 15 minutes to be told, Im too busy. I have other customers. Come back tomorrow at 12. Were open 10-6. Im sorry I didnt realize that 5:25 PM on a Monday was not within that timeframe for something that would take 10 minutes maximum. If there are limitations on when fingerprinting can be done, that should be advertised. I will never come here again. I had a great experience at the UPS store on S Henderson Road in King of Prussia; they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Love this place..a pleasure to deal with..every employee is kind and courteous...they never make me feel like I’m annoying them when I forget the label or need a box or they have to tape stuff... they make the whole process easy peasy...Thanks guys for always helping !!!

I would give 0 stars, if I can. They want to charge me for re taping a package. The Store agent told me to take the package home, put the tape and bring back, if you want. Never going to use UPS again for any parcel service.

Ive been this store approximately 3 times. I think the female store associate is very helpful. However, one of the male associates, Joe, is very rude, ignores customers, and appears racist in the way he treats non-white customers. Additionally, Joe seems inconvenienced when asked simple questions about machinery and printing. He is always in a bad mood and blatantly ignores me when I ask for help. Dont waste your time here, VERY unprofessional. Due to terrible customer service, I was charged $15 for printing 6 pages. Joe, you obviously seem unhappy with your job and should find something that doesnt make you so miserable. Please stop trying to spend your miserable state with the rest of us.
