Zack Farnham was our account rep and he was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we got the right phones fir our family. He also worked with us to help us take full advantage of all the available deals and discounts. It was like a breath of fresh air for a cellphone associate to take the time to listen to us and then work so hard for us! I have told all my friends and family about this stored and Zack’s ALLSTAR service!
Staff trys to be helpful but I am having recurring problems with my Ultra 21 recently purchased that was claimed to be best on market.Often I get message that I am not hooked to a network, & Facebook,messenger, & other apps dont work in the same spots that was working with old phone.
Every time Im come to the Verizon in Picayune everyone is always so helpful. The last 2 times I have been in there Tyler Hutson has helped me and was very helpful, patient and honest. Thank you!

Had an assistant who couldnt help me with my problem. She was not interested in trying to help. Bought a phone case that was hugely expensive after getting the wrong one the week before as the holes were manufactured wrong for the phone. Nor I still cannot hear on my calls. So frustrated
I do not use Verizon because they are too expensive however this is a great place to buy accessories for your phone like phone cases and phone screens everything is reliable

Called for specifics of service with Covid 19, hours opened, and product availability. Phone answered quickly, politely, and willing to let me come in one half hour before closing to purchase new phone. We all know that takes longer than a half hour. Very knowledgeable. Able to show me exactly what I was looking for with advice on free extras and paying options. Followed up with me on my satisfaction with phone one week later. Awesome service. Awesome staff.

If I had a negative star I would, this is the worst store. I bought a cell is never received and now its one problem after the next. Customer service is also the worst.
Emery was extremely patient and kind with my grandmother who I took in to move her service from AT&T. He took his time with us and made sure we knew everything we were doing and answered all questions regarding her new phone. The service he provided was far beyond any cell phone representative experience we’ve ever had.

Putting aside the Saturday before Christmas Eve being very busy. My personal experience with the Verizon staff was positive. Brian was very helpful and patient. Once he was connected to the help line he was able to get my problem rectified to my satisfaction. I was pleased with my visit and the outcome.

To start with my daughter went to get me a prepaid telephone and the representative at the store told me and my daughter both the cheapest phone available in store was 49.99 plus the activation fee. So upon arriving my daughter was told by another representative named Daniel, that no they don’t have a phone at that price, and that she heard wrong . Well i got news for you no she didn’t hear wrong, we both heard the same thing from a representative at that store. But beyond that the way she and her sister in law were treated all while trying to purchase a service is a disgrace. Y’all should be ashamed to have people who work at a phone store who feel they are so high and mighty they can treat others so rudely and then try and loud cap them in the store to make it seem like they were the problem. Management or whoever er reads this, please do something with your “employees “ Daniel and Erica. They feel they are above customer service and respect to ALL customers.

Horrible experience. Left there feeling completely disrespected. Daniel was not friendly with us and acted as if our business did not matter since we were “only purchasing a prepaid phone”. To top it off the woman working there was not much better. Erica acted as if she also didn’t want to help us, even apologized to others for having them wait !!!!!!! When we were there first and we never once recieved an apology for our wait and treatment. Do not recommend going to this location. Save yourself the time and energy and go to a store in slidell where they treat you with some respect.
We are very long time Verizon customers.Dustin was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful.My wife and I both upgraded to the LG 4s.....and love them.Additionally, he conslted with several of his team, and together we arrived at the proper phones for us.
I have been with Verizon back when they were Alltel. I have had the same phone number for almost 20 years now. l have never had any issues with them until I conned my husband into bringing his account over from AT&T back in July of 2015. I am so fed up with the service and my phone bill doubling on a monthly basis since April 2016. I have spent numerous hours on the phone or in the Picayune, MS store trying to resolve this mess that one of their reps has caused. My husband is so done with them, hes ready to go back to AT&T, and Ill be following him. Best of Luck to anyone who may be thinking of transferring over to Verizon.
Went to this location to get a prepaid phone with my sister in law for her elderly father, and it was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a cellphone store. The staff was not polite and did not treat us as if our business mattered . They attempted to belittle us in front of the store once they saw we were unhappy with how we were being treated, even so to where the man Daniel, told us we could call the numbers on the window. I guess he figured he is buddies with them and the other workers cover up for each other so they’d get away with it . The woman Erica, acted as if she didn’t even want to deal with us even saw other customers before us when we had been waiting . Then had the nerve to apologize to them for having them wait while she had to deal with us, but not once apologized for our experience or inconvenience.

Though they couldnt help me with the problem I was having with my prepaid Verizon flip phone from Dollar General,,, (not a model they stock there), they were concerned and attentive. They also let me use their Wi-Fi.

Went in to replace a flip phone purchased from this store that died after 2 mos of light use.There were several smart phones on display that would have worked for me, but were not available at the store.I bought an unlocked phone online and brought it in to activate. I was charged $20 for a SIM card, which would have been FREE at the Slidell store.Daniel Preiss said that since the bill date was 3 days away, I should wait until then to activate. He gave me a SIM card and an IMEI#. to activate it myself.I was told by Verizon that the SIM card I was sold does not work in my phone.

Pretty decent place they will do what they can to help you and take care of the problem bit just keep in mind Verizon policies and higher management does kinda keep them on a short rope as far as assistance but the instoee staff usually takes care of your problem for little to no trouble sometimes the fee and/or bill is a little out there but they dont set the price and will usually try to discount where they can
The one in Picayune wasnt very helpful at all I could Google the answers to the questions my husband had faster and the lady didnt seem to know anything
