Service with a smile. While they screw you! I knew it was too good to be true about the accessories being free. I am upset with the fact i was provided no paper work to overview before signing and could not be allowed to deny the product accessories because they were a “bundle” that was included for “free”. At the end they have you sign contract which all makes sense but the ending which consisted of accessories were not allowed to be returned... at this point i should have known I was getting ripped off. Turns out when I walked out I got my emailed receipt stating the taxes and my accessories, a charge of $159, for a charger, screen protector and case totaling 285-289 dollars. In conclusion I will be looking to take these guys to small claims for false advertising and not providing enough information on their “free bundle”. Avoid this location because they will lie to you with a smile on their faces. All they had to do was just be upfront and tell me i would need to pay for these and give me the option to refuse to make it a great experience. Victra, if you’re reading this take a lesson in customer service. Be transparent with your customers in the future to avoid such situations and please dont lie to us and take us for an idiot.
Raul helped me out great setup. I switched from T-Mobile because it was so dam slow after Verizon I’m downloading at a rate of 40mbs minimum. Great service. !!

Service has always been great here and no long lines ever. But Verizon is so expensive. It would be nice if they did something for long time customers.

The manager at this store told me because so many people wanted the new iPhone12 that if I wanted it Id have to buy it with accessories, as a bundle. That is illegal and called PRICE GOUGING. It was the only store that had one left so I had to go there. They didnt know how to make the switchover from old phone to new phone happen so corporate had to step in and do it on their end yet the girl helping me laughed at me and was passive aggressive. The asst manager urged me to please give them a great review.

Need new screen protector since the one on my new phone broke. Set appointment and was told to just wait, no time, just told to wait around nearby. Waited for over an hour without ever getting any other messages. Watched for over 30 minutes as only 2 people are being helped and 2 employees are just standing around talking/on their phones. My problem is EXTREMELY simple to fix less than 5 minutes. I am currently still waiting to hear from them, but Ive already left and will never go to this location again. Even though it is within a 5 minute walk of my house.

Made cash payment that was not applied. Had VERIZON agent call the store and confirm the payment was not applied. Instead of contacting billing immediately to resolve the issue, the Pico Rivera agent says she’s busy and will contact billing in 20 minutes...SMH 👎🏽
It was better when it was verizon since they changed to victra customer service is no more plus they offer you a $10 coupon for a good review which I gave them and was a trick the coupon was only good if you buy accessories over $25 dollars so here i am giving my honest review

This store is the worst for customer service. I went in recently to ask a question on my moms new phone and was given NO help. I walked out feeling really displeased. Today 2/26 @ 730pm, I went in again for some help on installing my new update and the rep said, uninstall and that should work. Not even try it in front of me or anything. Then he sat down and was on his phone. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN
Good customer care, i didnt catch his name but he took some extra time to help me and shared some personal chat with me... that helps when we consumers are at the mercy of these big corps when we have to make changes to our service.
I was first helped by Sonny who was helpful, but then passed on to some unhelpful guy (not worth remembering name) was too much in a hurry, was going to have me activate my own phone, because they were closing.I’ve been to other places where they help you walk through the process of password lockouts! I guess this guy had a hot date with his couch.

Dishonest service! Check your receipt before you leave. Was offered phone protection plan multiple times by Blanca and told her multiple times I was not interested. I didnt realize she had charged me until I saw my bill a month later. This is not the first time Ive had unwanted add ons without my knowledge
Came in to transfer data to my new phone. The manager, Sonny, tried to convince me to add the Multi-device Insurance. I said not interested. Couple of days later i look at my Next Bill and that dude switched my regular $6.75 insurance to the Muti-device Insurance!i go back to the store and the guy denies he made any changes. come on, the change was made on that date! And this is the manager ok!Always check your account after visiting this store...
There is no Customer service...They need to change all workers and even Manager...I was there with my kids on 8-6-11 about 11am.. Before i go there, i call 611 from my phone and 611 customer service open early Upgrade to my line, and 611 told me I CAN GO ANY LOCAL STORE TO UPGRADE MY LINE AND they put some note about this...I went this Verizon office..1st, i saw non smile worker, he was very mad, and i dont like him..I explain him all about 611, he told me ...I was very mad too, because 611 told me I CAN GO ANY LOCAL STORE AND BUY ANY PHONE...After that i left that store very bad and mad condition and i go other store in the mall...And what happen ? In the mall Verizon, they UPGRADE MY line within 3 min and they never told me if i can only upgrade by phone...This store is very poor service and bad customer service...Verizon need to change all workers and manager...

First time in a Verizon and it was not busy. The personal there was able to answer what I was asking and waited for me to finish my sentence before speaking, and even helped fix with a problem on my phone.

We walked in and a man, who we didnt even know was the manager said someone would help us. A woman came and was very rude and had an attitude, and was no help at all. We went in to ask a question about the bill and open 2 new phone lines but she was not a pleasant person to deal with. We requested someone else and she rolled her eyes and walked away, we told her she didnt have to have attitude and she shouted, I dont have an attitude!. I asked for the manager and she pointed at him while walking away and said, Hes right there. He just sat on his phone and didnt acknowledge the situation.sit one came to help us so we walked out. Were never going there again.
These people are deceiving and misinformed. I am so upset that they took my new Samsung Edge 7 promising to pay off my old contract, gave me the instructions and then denied they told me that. The managers are the ones who should be held accountable. I am still trying to get my issue resolved. I will call the corporate office. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone in total since December 17th! Very upset over the unfair business practices at that store!!!!
This place is decent, not the greatest attitudes. Customer service is not their strong suit. But they have a wide selection of phones, tablets, and accessories.

Extremely unsatisfied with the help from Maximiliano, with the issues concerning the new Note 7s he said I couldnt replace my phone for a different one until the new Note 7s came out. He was trying to get me to re-upgrade to another phone and I would be stuck with it and not get the replacement Note 7 when they came out. I called customer service and they said he was wrong. I was to get a new Samsung phone until the new Note7s came out like I had explained. I called to explain that to him and he kept cutting me off and hung up on me!! Customer service sent me to Whittiers store and they helped me without question since they knew the rules regarding the exchange. This store has awful and apparently Max is the store manager. Very bad misinformed store with bad management. Dont go here, the Whittier store is much better!
This VZW store, is the store that I go to to buy my devices and stuff and its pretty good. But when I have a malfunctioning device they just look the other way. The manager has the same mad and annoyed face everytime I visit the store. Plus the manager is the one who is checking in people for their necessities! It is supposed to be the other associates responsibility! Something needs to change at the VZW.... I am getting sick and tired of it!
