I love In-N-Out, but this location is not very good, it’s one of sketchier location and kinda lowers the standard for In-N-Out, but still the food is amazing 10/10So I would suggest just going through the drive through and eating in your cat instead of dining in

First L.A. EXPERIENCE.First eats here & they didnt disappoint.Very busy @ Midnight.My double 🍔 fries & vanilla shake.Dope crew as they had our food fresh & ready within minutes.Oh! And my mind was blown w the TOUCHLESS FOUNTAIN drink station.Not in LOUISVILLE ky yet.

This In-N-Out has been here as long as I can remember great quality food, fast service and employees are friendly. The restrooms are clean, tables are clean and their definitely being safe when it comes to this pandemic. I will definitely be back of course. 🍔🖖🥰

Its in n out what can I say, it hit the spot. The only issue I had seems to be with all in n out is the line which. Other than that the food was great, service was quick, and had no problem.

Animal-style all day every day! :) Also, the fries are better now. Not sure what they changed, but I appreciate a good fry.

Worth the wait, and is always great. They never let you down. Just talking about In-N-Out, starts the craving and I can already smell it 🍔🤩

I went through the drive-thru and the guy that was outside was busy talking to someone that is not a customer and when he provided service he was rude and had an attitude as well. When I also went to the window the guy purposely put only one drink in my order when I clearly ordered two burger combos. In n Out should really have someone looking over there employees and making sure they are doing their job because this is not the first time this happens

Bread was burnt. Meat dry and old. Fries were basically thrown into the bag. Ive come to this place a couple of times. Costumer service wasnt always the best, but this time it was bad.

Best place for a quick burger! The long line night look a little daunting but have no fear! The order takers work themselves up the line and it goes by quick. I waited a total of 15 minutes from start to finish today around 600pm. When you want something that hits the spot after a long day of work inNout is my favorite place to take the family.

Longest line ever 😫 the food wasnt even as good as it usually is, even after a 30 minute wait in line.

This In N Out used to be great. I had an issue here a long time back which was resolved with great satisfaction by their customer service department but the other day I went in and an old man supposedly had been waiting for an hour for his order and he was definitely agitated. I dont know if he had been waiting for that long so who knows but given my past experience here it could be possible. The employees are always nice, sometimes things happen and we just have to roll with it. My order was great except the fries were a little dry for both my wife and myself.

I live in Illinois. Every time I get back home, first stop is always In-n-out! Growing up in Covina just down the street from the 2nd stand, cant go wrong.... 💜💗

Got to the window at 11:38am to pay and no one took my payment they saw me and just went about their business, I had to ask them if they were going to take my payment after about 7 minutes, But food is always excellent.

The place is always busy with a big waiting line but their tasty burgers are well worth the waiting

I ordered a veggie burger that consisted of lettuce, bun, tomatoes, and spread. You give me lettuce in a wrapper....it wasnt that hard In n Out. It was as easy as 2+2=4. The worker who messed up and kept confusing the order was named Justin. You should retrain Justin. You give me what I paid for! Rather take my business to the Taco Bell next door.😒😠

Always a long line here but they do a great job of keeping it moving. Friendly service. The burger was great as always and now that I order light well fries I enjoy them more.

Went around 9:30pm, took about 25 minutes to get my food, but I can understand because it was raining so they dont have people taking orders ahead outside. Food was pretty good but the animal fries were a bit cold.

Inexpensive, tasty burgers. Wait wasnt too long and the meal was delicious

Always so grateful to have an in n out burger close to where we live. The taste is superb, the prices you can’t complain about, only flaw I could think about is it gets very crowded! My fav is a 4x1 protein style animal style with chopped chili’s and extra grilled onion lol

The guy taking orders at the drive thru was so rude! He let a lady who came after our car to go before us for no reason. The manager took out order and did not let us pay. 👍🏻

Aaron would not fix my daughters hamburger when they messed it up. He was rude. Said we should come more often so we know their burgers. She wanted animal style, sauce on the side, extra pickles. No tomatoes, no lettuce. She gets it this way all the time in our area. This was not our area, is that the problem?

Anyhow I got there and it was chill. 4 cars next to the building in the drive thru line.
