Echoing what others have said here - really horrible customer service and absolutely no quality control over the items they ship out. Ive ordered 3x from Benzara and 2 out of the 3 times the item has been damaged. Both times, Ive had to HARASS them to issue the refund they promised. It takes 3+ weeks and multiple emails on your part to get your money back for the damaged item. The CS dept doesnt answer in a timely fashion, if at all. The last time I ordered the piece was damaged beyond repair and I asked for a replacement to be sent. They ignored the request and said theyd refund my money - three weeks later and Im still harassing them for the refund they promised. You call the phone number listed and they say they cant help you to email the dept that handles returns but then they dont answer. Wont order again.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I had ordered some chairs and they shipped the wrong item. They offered a refund but only if I paid the shipping costs to return the wrong item. I sent pictures of the package showing that they had sent the wrong item. They told me the right item was in the package which it wasnt. Its been costly and a lot of frustration I would avoid dealing with them if at all possible.

That company is no good.i got fire for going to the bathroom.after they made a lead after 3days of work.

This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. If you order something,make sure you can wait forever to get it, then once you do finally receive it you better like it because the saying NO HASSLE RETURNS on their website is a lie. I ordered a large wall hanging and 3 small. I kept the 3 smaller items but wanted to return the larger one as it was too big for my space. When I took it to UPS to send it back, as they directed me to do at Wild Orchid / Benzara, I was told it was 140.00 because of the size. I emailed and called the company 5 times to ask what I should do or could they send me a label, I expected to pay something..but not more than the item cost. When I finally got someone in management to respond, the final resolution was, and I quote I quess its just buyers remorse There are plenty of other companies with the same stuff on line that actually still care about customers. This company does not !
