Dugans is amazing and I’m not sure why I didn’t review them sooner. I discovered them during the pandemic as they were the only store connected to Drizly and I am very glad I did. Customer service is always exceptional and you will get delivery with a smile and good vibes. Fast, reliable and they have excellent options. You’re going to pay more obviously because it’s a pandemic and delivery fees etc. but it’s worth it! Stay home! The virus isn’t over just because you’re over it!! Thanks Dugans.

The service here is always excellent. They always make great suggestions and dont always point you to the most expensive thing like a lot of places do. Well stocked. I always make a point to come here even if its a little out of the way or if Im going to pay a little bit more.

Shout-out to Tom and the Owner for the awesome customer service. If you need a suggestion or an honest opinion about a product, they are the way to go.

Dugans is a great place. Prices are fair. Owners are real nice and friendly. Parking sometimes is hard on Reisterstown Rd but if you park in the back they will bring your stuff to you on their dolly.

Awesome staff, little quaint store with a feeling of home rolled in, staff is very knowledgeable. The selection I feel is second to none. The owner is a fantastic person helps any way he can.

The owner is a delightful and brilliant man friendly and honest. Someone well worth getting to know. His employees are wonderful! In addition to possessing a conniseurs knowledge of the industry each one has a wealth of life experience from which one can learn much. One man who works there is a musician with an encyclopedic grasp of American folk music. You wont be able to find a musician he doesnt know. Dont just go there to buy, go there for an experience which will make your day.

This is my liquor store of choice. I really like the employees here. They are always helpful and answer all of my questions. The owner even gave me 2 Jack Daniels whiskey glasses one the house!

The manager Parth and the other gentleman with long hair and long beard are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The selection could be more vast; however I havent had an issue finding something to meet a particular desire when there.

Great selection of whiskey, wine and beer. Friendly service. Parking is tricky you can street park out front which is metered but there is a large free usually empty parking lot around back. The tricky part is its down a side street so it can be hard to find if you dont know the area really well.

Would love to rate a negative star. Over priced. Very condescending and rude owner to a certain clientele that frequents his establishment OFTEN. Buy elsewhere, where the owner won’t tell you take your dollar back to the ‘hood’. SMH
