They have a sign on the counter that’s states you need a mask even if you are vaccinated. I asked an associate to have the same sign placed on the door so the vaccinated population will not bypass it and enter the building just to be told even if you’re vaccinated you need a mask. The mask mandate does not apply to us, but he rather make you run back in fourth verses stopping the confusion at the door. The manager got nasty with me because what I said made COMPLETE sense!

The young lady’s that helped me out that day was really great, their patience was phenomenal because if I was in their shoes I would have been stressed I came in waiting to ship out 10 huge boxes of things and I was in a battle with time but they did the job and did it great !! Kudos to y’all

Currently requiring masks in a jurisdiction that does not require masks. How about focusing on shipping instead of misguided public health policies. I will no longer support corporations who profit off of our fear, like UPS in conjunction with Amazon.

I attempted to mail An envelope from the UPS store at Saint Thomas lane This store is owned by the same owner. In that Saint Thomas LaneLocation I was quoted $32 to mail the envelope. I was then quoted 27 if I switched envelopes. I went home, looked up the actual price online. It was $11.90. When I went to this location, armed with the knowledge of what it should cost, I paid 11.90 to ship the envelope.Buyer beware.

My experience at this UPS store was pretty good. I gave it 4 stars because the sales clerk was really helpful but the line to get in was ridiculously long. I know that with COVID there can only be so many people working but every time I come to this location, the line is pretty long.

No one smiles here. They will try to charge you foe anything. You will be charged for only typing a box to close it. Another issue they charge me 25$ for amazon return. Amazon sent two boxes attached together as a one, I returned it exactly like that, They charged me to put them in one big box otherwise they told me one return label is not for it. Believe me whenever I m in ups store, I feel I m in rental car store. This place is not secure for your valet

Door doesn’t state that a mask was required. I came in stood in the line, all of the employees looked at me. Then I was next, I stepped up to the front and she stated she couldn’t assist me without a mask. I was literally just dropping off a package. Who calls someone to the front to say that can’t help them.

On 9/292/2020 I needed to use their email services, during this process I was having technical issues with sending and receiving the documents. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom several times this day, he was a true blessing!!! Each time I spoke with him he had exceptional customer service and was professional, he even thanked me for using their store! I came in with a bunch of packages I needed to try and send internationally. Tom and Jamal were so friendly and helpful even though it was a busy time of day, and I only ended up shipping one cheap item in the end. Even though Ive never mailed internationally, they explained everything and it was so simple. Ill be driving out of my way in the future to ship from here.

Had a barcode to return an Amazon that clearly stated does not need to be wrapped up.Refused to accept it because it was not packaged.Wasted my time and I had to cancel the return and resubmit it to Kohls which was a smooth return.The item was returned the same way I received it. Why couldn’t UPS STORE just wrap it with bubble wrap instead of giving me the runaround?Poor customer service.

Even though the line was out the door and the building was filled with packages, all of the staff was friendly, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. No service and bad service. I booked an appointment for notary services for 9:30 AM. I arrived and the store was closed with all the lights off. If the notary is not going to be available then they should block off that appointment time. So then I called the store in the afternoon and no one answered. I expect more from UPS.

Incredibly disappointed with the service I received today. Was sent away once because the item needed to be returned in a box- completely my fault. Came back, waited in line for 20 minutes to be told the box needed tape. Begged and pleaded that they would tape the box for me but the customer service rep wouldnt budge. He had tape sitting on the counter next to him. Sparing 12 inches of tape wouldnt have hurt the business and would have went a long way during this pandemic. The line at this location has consistently been a 20+ minute wait. It would have been really easy for him to cut me a break as this was my second time trying to return something.

The manager James Lim was the rudest manager I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Around 2:30 in the afternoon and only 2 people in front of me so the excuse of being rude because of being busy does not work... I was returning 3 packages to Amazon, I showed Mr. Lim that the plastic in one of my packages was ripped, he then grabbed the package which was still in my hand and stuffed the return label in side and said it doesnt matter then threw the package on the ground. That was completely unprofessional. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager... Is this the way UPS managers treat customers? Is this the way Amazon packages should be handled? if the merchandise gets damaged on the way back to Amazon, who is held responsible? Mr. James Lim need a serious customer service class.

Both of these gentlemen get high marks on personal interaction skills and level of service. This is now my ‘go to’ facility for future needs. Zero stars. I came in on Friday to send something overnight delivery. They said Id have to pay extra for Saturday delivery, so I paid over $40 for a package the size of a wallet. Lo and behold, the package did not arrive. I called Sunday, but they were closed. I called Monday. The young man I spoke to informed me the package was sent via USPS and hed get back to me. I said if I had wanted it sent USPS, I would have brought it there myself. He did not call me back. I called him on Monday morning (still no package). He said it should arrive that day. Today is Tuesday and the package has still not arrived. I called and asked to speak to the owner. Not only did he not apologize, when I asked for my money back, he hung up on me. And my package still hasnt been delivered.What a nightmare.

Never had a problem at this location. Traditionally the UPS store prices may be higher than other shipping facilities but if your in a pinch they are there as consideration for your use.What I like is that they have a notary that is handy for documents which is not as common to find as it used to be at all shipping stores.It is a very busy location that is true, do you have to wait yes but I have never had anyone there be rude to me and the manager as well as the associates are working continually.I just wanted to post this as I felt the other reviews were negative and that should not deter customers. Go in with the right mind that it will be busy that it may take a bit of time and that they arent rude.

Not sure if UPS corporate owns this store or not but they pretty much refused to service me because I used regular tape (which I’ve used before with no issues if you multi layer it is fine). They wanted to charge me $10 to buy a roll of tape. I left the package anyway and said if it gets lost I’ll be coming back. Employees are always African-American and very rude and unfriendly.I would strongly avoid using this location. This is my second bad experience here and I’m going to start going to another location from this point forward even though this is the closest location for me.

This store which is owned by the Lims has the worst customer service ever, with the exception of Jamal if hes still there. I was a box holder there for 15 years and I left. They charged me OVER $200 MORE PER YEAR than the UPS Store in Owings Mills. This store is horrible and the Lims care nothing about good customer service and their customers.The UPS Store at 10999 Red Run Blvd Suite 205 Owings Mills, MD 21117 has excellent customer service and they truly care about their clients. This store is managed by Jess and she and her staff are the best. James Lim the owner of the UPS Store in Pikesville is argumentative and absolutely avoids any responsibility to make his customers happy. He overcharged me by an exhorbitant nt amount (check it out for yourselves). Mrs. Lim, his wife is the opposite and although rarely there, she is always a pleasure to work with. Shes a sweetheart. John Lim is very much like his father and doesnt understand good customer service. Im just posting from real world experience. I could post much more negative facts, but it isnt worth my time to write any more.

Made an appointment online to have a document notarized. There was only one employee working, but I only had to wait a couple minutes in line. The fee was $4 for notary service, which is reasonable. The location is a little hard to find with GPS, it is sort of hidden on the back side of shopping center and not accessible from Reisterstown Rd.

I wish I could give them a -5 .I want to ups to return something I purchased from Amazon. The last time I was there I did a return and was told by the cashier I didnt need the orginal packing bag to do a return, so when I was being serviced the owner jumped into the return and started to yell at the cashier.i waited for the owner to finish and I told him I have the original package bag in my car would you like me to go and get it he said yes and I did so. When I returned in the store I wanted to know who the manager was for a few reason. The owner cut me off and said Im the owner sorry sorry sorry. I said well give me one minute to say something in turn he tried to silence me bu saying i dont have time to listen i have a long line(it was teo people in line) so i turned to the employee and said well if he wont listen i will address yall. Its not what you say its how you say things. As for someone who works in customer service i know what is it to be professional as well as unprofessional and the way he yelled at his employees infront of myself and the other two people(that made his line so long) was rude and very unprofessional. I will no longer use that ups and I will make it a point to inform everyone I know about that store.

The manager who runs this little operation was a real jackass, makes you pay roughly $5 for a fax and if you choose to use your credit card demands a $10 minimum purchase. He also provides the service before you pay. And if you choose not to render services with his company he will hold your item forcibly until you pay. I ended up paying, payment was not the issue, his shade tree business skills were. Not very customer friendly either. I will also be reporting him for being in violation of his credit card service agreement.
