So we dropped his car off the night before to be serviced. I took the key back the next morning and the place was closed during business hours. The owner nowhere in sight. The worker keeps checking to see if its open for him to work. Sir Owner, this is bad for your business. Please be more professional and take better care of your employees. I have no desire to revisit at this time. I do hope all goes well with your business and changes be made for the better!
Every time I go to to meineke for an oil change or just for air in my tires or like this time my second and third row air wouldn’t blow they all ways take good care of my car and the time waiting is not long at all I’ll continue to do business with them and if ppl ask if I know some one I’ll tell them to take their car to meineke on 28th street
They neglected to lock my car. Battery was stolen and car was ransacked. They dont car about your car. Dont go there. They never answer their phone. Bad!!
They did not add a sticker in my car letting me know when Is my next oil change but they are pretty good at what they are do
The person at the front desk that is supposed to help you is very rude. Cant get service if no one acknowledges your presence. I wont be back or recommend.

Got an oil change today. Car had no issues prior to arrival. Receipt showed that all fluid levels were checked and no low levels were reported. After leaving, I noticed my transmission was slipping, which was new. I checked the fluid and it was not touching the dipstick. This car has never leaked a drop of anything. After reading previous comments, this does not seem like an isolated incident. I will not be returning here. If I wanted to work on my own car today, I wouldve changed the oil myself and saved $20 along with not having to buy transmission fluid.
First, I was there at 7:45am because they were supposedly opening at 8:00. They didn’t open until 8:10. No problem, I understand people run late sometimes. Secondly, I had to go to O’Riellys to get my own oil filter because they didn’t have one to fit my vehicle. Lastly, I had a 30% off coupon that they didn’t accept. I was then told that I was supposed to submit it before my vehicle is taken in for repair (No exceptions). The problem is, it was no mention of this in the beginning while getting my initial information prior to taking my vehicle in to conduct service. Like, “do you have a coupon that you would like to use for the service today?” Nothing! The only Sign that is posted is on top of the counter under paperwork. I ended up paying $92. I could’ve taken it to Firestone, Jiffy Lube or somewhere else and got the 30% off with no problem. Plus, they would have had the sign visible for everyone to easily see about coupon usage.Marvin

Went in for a brake job at 12:30 .had to get replaced rotor. Took 3 hours, 270.00Mechanic told me my caliber may be bad. I went across the street. My car spelt like it was on fire I drove an hour home. Brought it back up to them bc the ABS LIght Ws on. Cruise control did not work. And traction light was on took it back 2days later ( bc of weekend).Told my caliber locked up. Which meant. Replace brakes again and turn my NEW RITOR I JUST BOUGH That was another 260.00. Got in my vechile. And LIGHTS ARE STILL ON, getting new tires. Maybe they can tell me why ? If light does not go off I’ll be back to them to fixI will not use them again

LET ME tell yall. They wanted to charge me $50 just to run diagnostics on my car. In other words wanting to charge $50 just TO TELL me what problems my car has. FUN FACT : you can go to any auto parts store and they will do it for FREE.

I just left went across to oceans and my car stopped went back up there he put it on diagnostics and said nothing was wrong heading home the wheel locked every time I stopped to turn and completely shut down on me it did it 5 times before making it home I don’t know what’s going on he said bring it back but it want stay cranked and it’s dangerous now he stopped answering my phone calls wasn’t anything wrong with my vehicle before arriving.
Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. After a 3-1/2 hour wait (they were short staffed so I can kind of understand the lengthy wait) they finished. However when I looked at the rims all 4 had circular scratches on them. I am trying to get with them to figure out what is going to be done about this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.
I took my car for a basic oil change. While attempting to change my oil, MEINEKE cracked a component essential to the functioning of my vehicle. My car was rendered immobile by the damage done by MEINEKE. I was given the option to pay for the part the MEINEKE damaged or have my car picked up by a wrecker because MEINEKE REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THAT MEINEKE CAUSED. Karen, the Manager, made NO EFFORT to accommodate my frustrations or inconveniences. Her only words were allow us to fix it (for an additional fee) or call a wrecker...My car was perfectly fine when I took it for an oil change. I should have been able to pick it up in the same condition that I dropped it off in with the exception of the services I paid for. I contacted the corporate office, but was advised that the process takes several days before I should expect a response.Therefore, my options: 1) Pay MEINEKE to REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED,2) incur the additional, and unnecessary, expenses of a tow truck.The service was very unprofessional and, ultimately, extremely expensive for what should have been a basic oil change. Prior to todays experience, it has been a number of years since Ive done business with MEINEKE. The reason for this is because, in the past, Ive always been advised of additional parts and services that were needed at the time of my oil change. Because of this, I began to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this time proved to be no different. I WILL NOT patronize this business again.

Carried vehicle by today for possible brake service. Waited at front counter for 15 minutes without any response. As I was leaving, someone walked out of bay. I said I will take my business elsewhere. All I received was a shoulder shrug. Have used this place for many years and have had excellent service. But NOT today.

I scheduled an appointment online for 7:30 this morning. I arrived about 7:25. The weather was an absolute torrential downpour with thunder and lightning. I went up to the entrance and there were 2 men standing under the awning and said they worked there but it didnt open up until 8:00. I sat awhile in the car and then decided to get breakfast at Hardees that was nearby. I came back and they still were not open but I saw another customer standing with the men outside the door. About 7:55 I called the car center and a female answered the phone. I asked if she was open and she said she was just turning on her computer. I went in with my umbrella and waited my turn in line. I told the person working there who I was and said I had scheduled service the day before fod 7:30 for an oil change. She asked me my make and model. I told her I saw a coupon on the website. She waited on the next customer as I looked for the coupon. Actually when I went back on the Meineke website I found a 30% off coupon for oil change. I emailed the coupon to myself because she needed the barcode. Then she took my car key. I went over to sit down but as I usually do I wiped off the arms of the chair in the waiting area and the disinfectant wipe was absolutely black. I asked the manager if this waiting area is sanitized because of the COVID-19. She said to come get my key; she held out my key and said she was not going to service my car! She said youve done nothing but complain since youve been here. She told me to leave and I told her, Is this how you treat an honorably discharged U.S.Army veteran? I left promptly; I could hardly get my umbrella open, but I definitely needed to open it because it was a torrential downpour. I ended up going to Robert Brother Tires for my oil change but not before I called Meineke customer complaint phone number and told them what had just happenedI was so drenched when I got to Robert Brother Tires.
Arrived about 20 minutes before closing and they still took me in and continued to be kind. I always trust them for a speedy and quality oil changes. Thanks again to the Pine Bluff location I will definitely be returning.
Didn’t apply my coupon and charged me double of what the coupon was.
I was not too happy about no warranty on the brakes and showing any type of discount I was told the price over the phone a week ago and that will be a 50% discount applied but it didnt show any discount when I paid. But my brakes works good.

No stars if that was an option. I took my truck to them to simply diagnose a problem. They were supposed to call me and let me know what the problem was and how much to fix it. Instead, they just did the work with no approval and tried to charge me over $200 for something that I can do myself. When I told them that I never approved the work to be done, I had only approved the diagnosis, they got rude with me and started demanding a $30 a day storage fee. So now Im going to have to pay out the nose because they are incapable of honesty. Im contacting a private attorney tomorrow and have already contacted the attorney general.
Have been coming to this meineke for 7 years now and they are fantastic. Always professional and great about letting you know when your car has other issues that will be a concern in the future. Never pushy and always willing to educate you regarding the issues that are beyond normal maintenance

Wish I could give 0 stars. I went at 5:05 pm to get a vehicle Im contracted to deliver and not only did this man, which I use that term loosely, not only lock the door and not let me in but he wouldnt even give me the vehicle. Saying that Im not an employee of the company who owns the vehicle. He then said that they were closed and were already open 15 minutes past their closed time. The website and the business door both said they wouldnt be closing until 5:30 pm. I have never been treated so poorly by what I can only assume is a manager.

They didnt do a good job on my alignment. didnt receive an inspection checklist. called to contact them and they never answered the phone. called customer service complaint line. im very disappointed with my service. not sure if i will ever use them again. dont use this center. i dont believe they are well trained.
Me and my fiancee was told that the price for a lil change and tune up was 130 something odd dollars, but when we came to pick up our car an extra 100 dollars was tacked on to my bill. I didnt have no extra money to pay for that now my lights are in jeopardy of being turned off thanks not meineke😭😭😭
They didnt know how to bleed my coolant system of air, so they refuse to flush my radiator. So I cant give accurate rating on their work.....

I advise everyone to never go to this Meineke. I usually have a good experience when I go here but I went to have my oil changed Friday and the fat guy behind the counter tells me my car is ready. So I try to open my car door but the latch comes off in my hand and superglue is all over my hand. So the guy who worked on my car calls me over and said to him So yall were just gonna act like yall didnt break my exterior door latch? Were you hoping it would stay on till I left? Then he tells me to ask the fat dude behind the counter to come out. Now he says that yeah they superglued it back on but it looked like it had been superglued before. So I ask to speak to the manager, the fat dude says, I am the manager and proceeds to continue saying the latch already had superglue on it and Im like why are you lying to me. Now he must have thought I was stupid because 1. My exterior latch has never been broken. 2. If by chance the latch had been broken (which it has not been) superglue will not fix it, you have to replace the entire latch. Now you know Im a nice person so if they had have told me theyhad broken it, apologized, offered to fix it, something instead of lying and trying to hide it I probably would have said Ill go back but nope not today or any other. The owner needs to fire that manager cause when I get through posting my bad experience here and anywhere else they will lose a lot of business. So I had my AC unit check on Friday and recharged only for it to got out the next morning on a 20 hr drive from Arkansas to Arizona. I get to Arizona and take it right back to another Meineke on Monday to have that shop show me the cracks in my A/C lines that was there on that Friday. Thanks for a ride from hell with 3 small children!

I do all my work on my car myself....but when am busy or dont have the equipment I will try shop I tried this place once and whenever go back I went for a oil change asked to check my transmission fluid and my other fluids as well I knew that I had a transmission leak coming from the line which I intended to replace later that weekend they checked everything they said it was all okay when I got home I checked for myself my trans fluid was at 1/4 and I had used a K&N oil filter when I change to my wall last that weekend when I went out there to replace the transmission lines I saw the same oil filter was on there obviously the one that I had put on there so Im not even sure my oil was changed and if it was they didnt even bother to change out the filter
I was there from 9:45am until 10:57am had two techs and the young lady wasnt understanding with how time had passed before I received my vehicle for a oil change was serveral customers that received service before me.
