We really appreciate this business. They were friendly and helpful as we were ordering from Dallas Tx. Another florist company basically told us they closed an hour early before the funeral and would leave our arrangement outside in the heat at the front door of the chapel... Shepherd Tipton was so kind and tried to help us in every way! Thank you for excellent service!

Great place to buy flowers.

I only gave 2 stars because they were able to send something at the last minute. I am not very pleased because the photos on the website looks NOTHING like what was sent. I explained what I needed and the price range and referred to the photo on the website. The lady was pleased on the phone ( we are not residence of Pine Bluff - therefore I located them online ), she did explained it wouldnt be identical but it was no where near what I expected. The photo had a silver vase and a very full arrangement but what was sent was a very plain simple clear vase and a few flowers and very little greenery and a simple bow. I dont think I will be using them again.

I ordered a bouquet of twelve yellow roses for my friends mothers funeral. The flowers were never delivered, but my credit card was charged. The florist would not refund saying the the church people said they received the flowers. No flowers. No refund. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.Update: I was contacted by the president of Shepherd Tipton and Hurst concerning my review. He was very kind and apologetic. Two dozen yellow roses were delivered to my friend at her workplace. Thank you so much for reconciling this matter with such grace.

Good Valentines Day candy millionaires are the best.

Cold called and got Mr. Shepard wasnt real sure what I wanted just gave him some general ideas, ie, a fruit basket for my Uncle some balloons and a flowering plant and 3 roses (red pink and yellow). When my Uncle recieved it he was suprised! He called to let us know he had recieved it and was very happy with it. Thank you Mr. Shepard and all your employees who do such wonderful work!!! I will reccommend Shepards and I will be using it for all my floral needs in that area!!!
