Took my car to Ford was told that my thermostat was leaking. Was quoted $715.91. I decided to get another estimate and took my car to Angler auto repair. I spoke to Kelly and the estimate was no where near what Ford quoted me. I had the thermostat fixed and got front brakes for my Mustang. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but Angler. Agner was GREAT! They fixed my car, earlier than I expected, and its running great! I had gotten estimates from 3 other shops, and Agner by far was the best price and fastest. Took my car in because my AC was blowing cool sometimes and hot other times. Also, needed an oil change. Booked an appointment online and received an email back the next day confirming my appt. When I showed up, the guys behind the counter acted like I was bothering them. Told them I had an appt and was told they dont take appointments. Agreed to look at my car with no guarantees about the AC as they said they could only fix it if it was blowing hot when they checked. I didnt feel good about it but left my car anyway at about 10am. Called the shop at 3pm to check status and they had just brought it back to look at it. Picked it up a few mins before close. I was charged reasonably for the oil change and they didnt charge me to look at the AC. But they didnt fix it. They called me on the way to pick it up and told me it was working fine. I was cool with it as they had already set the expectations low. I was not happy, however, when they tried to tell me condescendingly that there wasnt an issue and I just wasnt giving the AC a chance to cool off. Lived in Florida most of my life and I think I can tell when an AC is or isnt working.

I unfortunately had to take my business elsewhere. The problem lies when they tell me to come in at 8:00 am and that they would look at my vehicle within the hour. After waiting nearly 2 1/2 hours, I discovered they had not even looked at my vehicle.All they would need to do is simply communicate with me but they chose not to.

I have had trouble with my headlights since I got the car. It appears there was a small leak in the driver side headlight casing. Not only did Agner replace the bulbs, but they fixed the leak. I have had it worked on two times before with no luck having to replace the bulbs due to the moisture causing them to blow. To top it off, they were cheaper than the two previous repairs since you have to take the front assembly off to get to them. I highly recommend Agner.

Called this morning a little desperate for someone to look at my 2013 Chevy Volt with a coolant system leak. Unlike other places who seemed like they didnt really care for my business, these guys were amazingly friendly and inviting, saying bring it down and well take a look. Within 20 minutes of arriving I was called out of the waiting room, shown what the problem was and given a very fair price for the repair. I received a huge estimate of work that a local dealership claimed had to be done. I took it to Agner and found that most of the list was not necessary. Agner is honest and they are great mechanics that stand behind their work.I never want to go back to having sales people tell me what needs to be replaced on my car! Agner is the best. The best auto repair shop in Orlando. We have been using them for 8+ years and recommend everyone that will listen. Theyre honest, they do a great job and real choices and low prices. They never gouge or oversell their customers. We had a problem once with our heater/AC in an out of warranty minivan. The dealership wanted 1500.00 to fix the heater which in turn would allow the AC to work. Augers offered 700.00 for the same fix or they offered to bypass the heater (we live in Florida) to get the same fix which would allow the AC to work for only 150.00. Choices, Augners is full of them!!

This is truly the last of a dying breed. These guys are great. With many mechanics asking for a hundred dollars just to diagnose the problem its tough to find a guy that will still take a quick look under the hood while its sitting in the parking lot but these guys still do it. Ive saved hundreds in diagnostic fees alone, tack that onto their cheaper labor for the work that they do have to do and youve got a real winner. Ill be a customer for a LONG time.

Great Service, Customer and Vehicle - Called ahead and talked to Kelly, explained my radiator issue; he took in good faith I was bringing my 2005 F250 Diesel and pre-ordered a new radiator and gave me a clear and fair price. I was on vacation and had to have my truck finished for the trip home. Brought it in on 12/29/2014 and it was finished 12/30/2014. Additional parts had to be ordered twice; both times Kelly called me back to let me know so there would be no surprises at payment time. And there werent!When ever in the Orlando area again I will go out of my way to bring my truck here instead of some chain store.

Though I didnt end up buying anything on this trip, these guys are the best!! Went in with a dead duralast battery looking to get it checked and then buy a new one. They without asking checked the battery, confirmed it was dead and called AutoZone right away for me to confirm their warranty on the battery. Long story short, this place is very honest and sent me away to get a free battery when I would have bought one from them because they were looking out for my best interest. My AC on my truck did not function properly. I took it to Tuffys and they told me that I would need a new AC component which would have cost me $1,300. My friend told me about Agner auto parts, so I went. They diagnosed the issue and they told me that all I needed is to replace a couple of things and that I do not need to have a whole new component. My 2010 Ford Fusion AC has not been bowing cold air. So I took it to a local mechanic in the Lake Nona area who checked the Freon levels, cleaned the compressor and changed a AC valve. Not inexpensive. Then I had to go to Kisselback Ford to replace my air bag. The other mechanic said that my Ambient Sensor Switch for the AC, located near the front dash had to replaced. So Kisselback replaced the Ambient Sensor Switch, the original one was bad. Still AC not working. I go home an research auto mechanics who are knowledgeable about AC. I selected Agner on Orange Avenue. I drive by daily on my way to Boone HS. They have excellent reviews and are family owned. I go to Agner this morning and speak to the father. I am told they will check the AC, including compressor, Freon and all related areas for FREE. I would only have to pay $55 for Freon and if there is something wrong with my AC that the $55 would be applied. Fair to me. In less than 10 minutes the Owner/father returns saying you have cold air! The compressor was UNPLUGGED from the previous mechanic. OMG! I am relieved and cant believe neither the first mechanic or Kisselback Ford did not see the unplugged compressor. My husband and I are now only going to Agner for all our car repairs. My husband needs new breaks and they have given me a very fair price. Thank you so very much Agner family for helping me today! Went in for 2 quarts of Amsoil. Kelly( a man ) waited on me and found and they only had 1 quart of special oil 10-w30/30 for use in lawnmower engines,etc. He called and it had been replaced by just a 10w30 for the same hot running engines. When I went in the next day to pick it up he wouldnt even wait on me! He was so rude that he set the oil on the counter and told the other guy to take care of me. And on the first day he had the attitude that I was wasting his time and that he had more important things to do than wait on a customer. NOT a good way to treat customers or to run a business that has been in that location for 30 years there!!! Have never had anyone there through the years that has ever treated me like that, ever. The other guys that have worked there have came out from behind the counter and taken the time to walk through the aisles and help you find something. So Kelly, you need to find a new job where you dont have to deal with the public!!!

I came here a while back (I think more than a year ago) to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and it was the best experience I ever had. Kelly, the guy who took my call, was really great to talk to and offered me the best price in the whole central florida/brevard county area. I had my own brake pads and rotors, its just the labor I needed to get done and he did it for only $100 and had his guy complete the job in about 40 minutes, so best ever! I also wrote out this long and detailed review to let Kelly know how much I appreciated the great deal he provided me, but when I went to check back on it, it never was published to begin with because apparently it was too long so I wrote out a condensed version to let Kelly know that I didnt forgot to write the review I promised to give him and Agner, but more importantly, to let people know about this hidden gem of a place where you get the best price along with the fastest service, cant beat it! Love it! Now every time I hit my brakes you know what I hear? Nothin! YEAH!
