Theyre always super helpful and I havent actually even spent any money here yet. When I was shopping for a boat I chatted with a nice lady who gave me a lot of good tips on what to look for and even gave me a tour of the service department and some checklists that they use when they check used boats for customers. They dont service Yamahas as of me writing this (thats what I ended up going with) but Im going to have them look at my trailer which is having an issue with the hydraulic brakes. I spoke with the manager today about the trailer job and I just get really good vibes from him like they do right by their customers. Ill update my review later if anything goes wrong but in every interaction Ive had so far theyve been been super positive, helpful and outgoing.
Took in my 98 Nautique that had been having issues. Woody and Rafael trouble shot it and it runs Super strong on the water! I had a great experience from Brandy at the front desk to having owner Gary call and ask how was everything! Rafael was wonderful to work with and gave me great input on our lake test run when he was done.
Just picked up my Sea-Doo boat from annual maintenance and a few other items. The turnaround was quick and no hassle. Hands down the most attentive and competent marine service staff Ive worked with. Great job, Gino! Very happy and plan to be back.
Best place to go for Seadoo maintenance in Orlando. Rafael and Brandy are super friendly and knowledgeable. Both went above and beyond to make sure my ski was like new after service and turnaround was same day. I will definitely be back for annual service and highly recommend Southeast Marine. I recently acquired my Father in Laws 2008 SeaDoo RXT which weve ridden for many years now. He had purchased it from here and had it serviced here most years I believe. It hadnt been serviced last year and was in need of some TLC. We were having an issue with the Oil light and a continuous beep. I did my own oil change but was unable to remove the cap as it was corroded in place. So I needed a few things addressed and figured Id bring it here since they already had it on record and to give them a shot and see what my experience was with them. I worked with Brandy and Sarah and they were both very helpful. Turns out I need a new Wear Ring and an Oil Pressure switch, along with a new Oil Filter Cover. I supplied the Filter and O-rings since I couldnt get the cap off. I dropped the Ski off on Tuesday and had it back by Friday. I also asked if they could take the ski off my trailer so I could work on the bunk boards and they were happy to oblige. Brandy was immensely helpful and called at each step to let me know what was happening and how I wanted to proceed. They lake tested twice for me (and waived the fee). When I picked up the Ski Brandy even showed me all the parts that had been replaced. All in all I was very satisfied with the whole process and would certainly recommend them.
The people are awesome sales is on point, service and tech have the knowledge and the know how to get the job or any task that comes up. I will i tell my friends and family about this place, If you need a boat or a sea doo or service. this is the place to buy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my jet ski for a diagnostic, and because their computer couldn’t read the problem they said they wouldn’t help me and still charged me a ton of money for doing NOTHING, and they refused to give me any money back. Their manager is completely rude and this place is a scam
This place is a total scam. Management is extremely rude and only cares about making money instead of making their customers happy. This place is overpriced and is a joke. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to interact with. Gary Meloon has consistently broken promises and lied to me. I bought a lightly used 2018 SeaDoo from him personally in June, gave him $13,284 dollars and have not received my title or registration. Its now almost November. A month ago he promised to FedEx it to me the same day. Nothing. Now he will not take my calls and the rest of the staff there tell me that the paperwork is on Garys desk. I can only assume that they are in financial trouble and they he has done something else with my money other pay off the lien. I have been calm and reasonable the whole time but enough is enough. Its despicable and no way to run a business. I would think very hard before doing businesss with them.
Do not do business with these people. I had the worst experience. I left my boat there to get fixed and the boat caught on fire in there property. They gave me a check of $1500 for the damages which is not even half of what it would cost to fix the boat.Before this incident happened I purchased a 2018 spark trix they’ve been leading me on for 4 months now and I still haven’t gotten my license plate for the trailer. Everyday “Garry” the owner has some excuse to why he couldn’t get the tag.It’s been 4 months since I purchased my Jetski and have yet been able to go use it.Also we purchased the new speakers that are water proof for the Jetski they got paid for it it took them 4 months to not even deliver the product I had to raise hell with them to get a refund and had to go buy them myself.I regret ever giving them my business Period.They get paid thousands of dollars and can’t simply deliver a tag.The worst part of it Is every time I call I ask to speak to “Garry “ and they said hold on second they will transfer me to him. They wait a few minutes and tell “ oh sorry Garry is out to lunch.” Like if Garry goes to lunch 3 times a day.This place a joke. Save you’re money and go somewhere else.I’m not the type of guy that writes reviews but these people messed up ALOT!
Had the worst experience with this place. Charged me a ton of money to fix my Seadoo. Got it back and had the same issue I brought it in for. Took it to another shop and found out they never replaced any of the parts they charged me for. Even had the old spark plugs in. The shop that fixed my issue said they have had other repairs and complaints about Southeast Marine in the past.Stay away from this place, total scam!!!!
I write maybe 2 reviews a year. It takes extraordinary service for me to take the time to do this. My boat was having a steering issue so I sent it to Southeast Marine Sales and service. Well actually they came and picked it up. They were able to quickly locate the issue and give my boat some much needed TLC. It had been a few years since it was last serviced. I had bought it from my neighbor about two and a half years ago and he was the last one to service it. Gino in service recommended that I spend over 5 times what I normally do to detail my boat. I have had my boat cleaned a few times and I was not prepared to spend that amount of money for no reason. Gino told me it would look as close to brand as it could without actually buying a new boat. I told him I would trust him and to go a head and do it. Sure enough when I got it back today it looked brand new. Even my neighbor who sold it to me said it has never looked that good. I was truly shocked. Well worth the money! This was not the type of detail I was used to. I was also thinking of buying one of the new Sea-Doo Sparks and Gino put me in touch with Gary. If you dont know, the spark is a new lighter version. I was really worried about buying it without trying it first. I asked Gary if he would let me demo it and he agreed. Gary is the General Manager. Gary and Brandy delivered my boat and a new jet ski to me. Gary not only took the time to answer all my questions about the spark but also answered some questions I had about my boat! I only needed about two minutes on the Spark to know it was just what I wanted. SOLD! We then went to raise my boat and new Sea-Doo Spark on the dock I was having built while my boat was being repaired. My old dock was well old so while the boat was being fixed I had the dock replaced. The boat lift and the jet ski lift would not raise them up. So Gary helped fix it for me. Not something he had to do but he took his time at 5pm on a Saturday to help me with this. Gary and his entire team went out of their way to help me. Even let me store my boat at their office while my dock was being finished. They truly went over and beyond.
Everything seemed okay when we bought a used boat from them. Have had some issues and now that I have it at another shop for an unbiased opinion I am finding out the boat was likely underwater/sunk at some point. Took advantage of some people new to boat ownership.

I recommend that you do not pass through there, they do everything wrong, they do not pay attention to what they do, the service is very bad, I would like to tell you so many things and I do not only speak for myself but for my friends too.
