Love their very affordable prices on Christmas trees, helpful and friendly staff. They also sell accessories for the trees like preservatives and stands. It takes a little to find the right tree, some of them already lost some shape, but in general this is a great option to get the most important piece of decoration for the holidays. Thank you 😊

Horrible experience!!! Spent one and a half hours trying to return a closet I purchased online. None of the 4 employees were able to figure out how to do a return that was delivered on the same day. The manager finally told me to leave the closet and she would process the return but never received the email. Disputed the charge with American Express. Employees incapable of solving a problem and dealing with an upset customer. Shame on Home Depot for not properly training their staff.

It would of been a 1 star for the store in Cutler Ridge if it wasnt for the employees at THD in Pinecrest who saved the day. I ordered an item online. It is a preparation table/storage for the backyard.I first picked it up 2 weeks ago and the box looked like in the pictures. I took it anyway because I needed it for that weekend but in my heart I knew it was going to be a problem. Sure enough, some parts were missing. Returned it the next morning. 2 days ago my wife saw that they had it in stock again and she really likes it so I ordered it again. Went to the store yesterday and... They brought out the same box I had returned 2 weeks ago! This time I couldnt take it anymore and I requested a refund. When I was ready to leave they said that the Pinecrest store had 4 in stock and they could arrange the pick up if I was willing to drive up there.What a difference! The store is well organized, the customer service area is clear and the personnel was very attentive and I was out of the place with a brand new item in less than 5 minutes.Pinecrest saved the day!

Carolyn, the store associate at the Cutler Bay store that brings online curbside orders to their cars is a total delight. Her cordial attitude and friendly disposition is wonderful. I wish more store associates learn from her. Give that lady a raise!

Lack of staff, nobody available to find an item. Big mess.

Just be careful when u go at night, a guy was canvasing the parking lot and He was peaking inside my car and need it to yell and turn the alarm on he jumped on his car and left. Parking lot is super dark at night. HD may be trying to save money on electricity? Not sure but be aware. The team there is nice but since the pandemic a lot of goods are not available.

This is our local store for our DIY projects. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do need more staff to help out customers on the floor with questions, otherwise, excellent place.

Buying few pieces of sod/ grass for my yard as well as few other things. Employee came up helped me dig through to find good pieces. As I was about to put into my car trunk,another employee stopped & helped me. Overall very impressed with their willingness to help customers.

In and out! Needed to get some keys done and was hoping the line was not too long! Well they have a machine and self checkout. Took about 5 minutes to get in and out!!!Plus...... the keys work!!! Woo hoo... I wanted to start dancing!!!Awesome!

I love the store, location and staff. The store is always clean and organized. Lately though the managers have not been the best. Recently I went to return some HDX (their own brand) chairs and 2 different managers washed their hands with it. The first one Lily and the second one Richard said I could not return without a receipt (which they do plenty). I asked why, since HDX is only available through home depot and they told me when I bought the chairs they would stand by their product. Lily told me she could not resell them, to which I replied didnt make sense since they were damaged. Richard was a little more cold and just sent me away. Said I could try the manufacturers website for support. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever been treated like this at the local Home Depot. I would suggest you pay a little more and stay away from HDX brand.

Unhelpful. I used the minute key machine to copy my house key but my first copy didnt drop. When I brought it up to 2 different sales representatives I got the same line that they cant access it. Not a single person seemed concerned or would ask a manager for help. So now I have to buy a new door lock as someone will have a copy of my house key. (Yes I understand itd be extremely impossible to find the house to the key but at the same time not completely impossible with technology these days)

Great service, had everything I needed for my new home project

The customer service line was horrible. None of the representatives acknowledged my presence at the pickup window. The online ordering system gave option for curbside pickup, but no parking area was marked for pickup. It was easier to go to the shelf and help myself to the items I had ordered online, and then go to self checkout. If you are a human being, in need of a job, I highly suggest you start paying attention to customer service, or artificial intelligence and automated systems, are going to replace you. Then, dont complain you dont have a job, you did it to yourself. Shame on Home Depot, for not providing the customer service were accustomed to.

I live fairly close to a Home Depot and I always have a lot projects going on around home so that is a good thing. I always check them first for whatever Im looking for and usually I dont need to go elsewhere. Also checkout their online site as they have a vast array of additional items. I have bought matresses, computer accessories (Amplifi router which is amazing for a large property), and countless other items you wouldnt generally think Home Depot would sell. I use their app and their credit card which gives you a longer return window and extended payment options. Home Depot returns are quick, easy, and no hassle!

Had a real bad experience purchasing four blinds custom cut at this store. Had to ask for help twice, when the associate/employee arrived asked for the dimension and I said My opening is 49 7/8 should the blind be smaller? He replied What size?(!!NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!)So I said 49 7/8. When I got home and started to get ready to install the blinds are 50, when they should had been smaller than the size I said the opening was. It happened Saturday December 12 at 11:00 AM. I must say that I went to the Cutler Ridge store and they were !!Very Helpful!! and cut the blinds down for me.

I have been going to this home depot on Marlin road for a couple of years now and it seems like its going down hill. You have a couple of people there who are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell but the problem comes in when they are off. Good luck trying to find anybody to help you out. And if you do good luck of they know what they are talking about.

Excellent service provided from employees Oscar and Rafael. I had ordered a mini fridge off of the website to simply pick up and these two gentlemen helped me the entire way. I also mentioned to them I saw some reviews of people receiving the fridge dented or broken and they went out of their way to help me open every box to make sure the one I was taking home was in perfect condition. I left the store so happily and wish everyone can be as nice as these two men. 10/10Location at South Dixie Hwy.

The worst customer service. We went to buy a tree today and there we at least 7 employees there just standing around. only one was helping because a man had to go hunt him down. My dad had to ask for a knife to cut the trees open so we can do it ourselves since they wouldnt help. They didnt even bother helping putting it on our car. We had to do it ourselves with the rope my dad brought. horrible selection of trees. Been going there for years for trees and never experienced this. The home depot on 32nd is 200% better.

Its decent location that has plenty of options. Its clean and well organized. As always, getting help is difficult, so if you need advice, hit the blue store. But if you know what you need and dont need help, this is a good place to go.The only thing i would suggest to STAY AWAY FROM BUYING TOOLS FROM THIS LOCATION. I am not knocking the tools or the brands they sell. Just the tool center is run by LOW LEVEL employees that make is a joke to make people wait for help. They are not young kids, but grown men who go out of their way to make you wait to open the box so you can get a tool. Then he walks around and ignores you while he shows his coworkers how funny it is while you wait. After 25 min, i had to locate the manager to open the door so I can grab the battery I needed.Again, i shop here a lot, but HD is no longer a customer satisfaction based.

There are 4 doors but only two you can use to enter, try to park after checking which door is available so you would have to walk long

Well stocked but the 4 people we approached that worked there were very rude, they acted like they didnt want to help us or that we were bothering them. After the 3 person I mentioned the rudeness to my mother in law and she said yes so true, I thought it was just me that noticed that. Even after putting up with the attitude and saying thank you, they couldnt even say youre welcome.

Awesome place to shop. Finding the right associates can be tricky, but everyone has a solution. Amazing customer service!

Why do people think its ok to park in front of home depot and leave there car unattended? At the time of this picture there were plenty of available spots close to the store. Thats my grey Chevy in the picture. You can push the big carts with your stuff a little further or go and bring your truck closer when it time to load.

They have what youre looking for if you can find it and find help to assist finding it.

Ive had some terrible experiences at other home improvement stores this weekend! But this morning was a refreshing experience.I am always doing home projects so I shop Lowes/Home Depot often. From the time I walked in to getting assistance in lumber and asking questions everything was great. Everybody in their department know where things are, everyone says good morning, the store is clean, nobody is standing around not doing anything, and everything I needed WAS IN STOCK!My latest project has been frustrating and you dont understand how much of a breath of fresh air this Sunday has been. This store is further away from where I live in cutler ridge but I will no longer be going anywhere else! Thank you

I ordered mortar mixThey sold me the wrong one at twice the price! Rapid set mortar mix two pallets they should very well know this is not for laying tile. They set the return pick up for yesterday. The guys drove by twice and never stopped. Now it’s In The middle of my work area so they can’t lay tile. They don’t want to pick up for two days. Manager mashan was very uncooperative and basically hung up on me. I guess they don’t want my business because I’m going to Lowe’s from now on!!!
