Worst Service I have ever encountered from any U.S. company I purchased an 8k bed from them cause I wanted the best but I got the worst Service good money can buy they damaged my leather bed frame in July 2018 by their delivery team which is a contracted by them, and promise for me to accept the delivery that they would take care of the damagesI have sent over 26 emails with pictures estimates and so forth. ALSO READ THE BACK OF YOUR INVOICE THAT THEY STATE ALL ADJUSTABLE BED FRAMES ARE EXCUSED FROM ANY HOME TRIAL POLICY AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We had already decided to purchase a SleepNumber bed when we entered the store, but the representative did not pressure us to make a purchase--something I greatly appreciated. Education of the products was thorough, and options for financing were clear. Very well done.

We just recently visited the Sleep Number store in Pinecrest, FL and were very pleased by the ease and time that we were allowed. Maria without being pushy was very helpful and easy to talk with. She answered all our questions. We tried every bed in the store without feeling rushed and as result, we are now eagerly waiting for our new Sleep Number bed! 😁

The sleeping number felt amazing! Maria at the Pincrest store in Miami Florida was awesome and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining every step and questions I asked. We visited the Pinecrest store to check out your mattresses. We were greeted by your sales rep María.. Her professionalism, knowledge of the products and her excellent people’s skills allow us to properly evaluate your product which resulted in the purchase of your I-8 mattress. We do not appreciate pushy sales persons but María conducted herself in a way that made us feel that she was looking after our interest and wanted to make sure we had all the information needed to make our decision. She never used any hard sales tactics for which we were very appreciative. Maria is definitely an asset to your company.

Happy New Year! I got a call a few days ago from SleepNumber reminding me that I had $100 bonus from a friend referral. It was going to expire 1/4/2019. I went to my store and got a new set of sheets for my favorite SleepNumber bed. Thanks for the reminder and my nice new sheets. 😊

I have to say that I have had the worst experience from this company I am appalled at the customer service but not from the store its self the agent Luis was great and really tried to help me but its given the right tools to do his job properly.For started I hope this never happens to anyone else and this is why I need to write this review. I have an illness called ankylosing spondylitis which is a Severe spine issue which brings me to purchase this bed from the sleep number in order to get some type of relief with their number setting so of course naturally make anyone else I have a budget and I walk into their store and purchase a $6000 bed Which is an investment towards my health so after much debate to get the right amount on the budget for the bed to be offered at the 40 months financing I decide to go with a Queen size bed and of course wait the 2 weeks for the bed to arrive. Thats not where the problem lies but as soon as their delivery driver finally arrives he literally walks into my home takes a look at my stairs and says no can do maam of course my reaction is what you mean and he tells me that a Queen size bed is a full framed base and will not be able to go up my stairs so when asked what their solution was he mentioned I needed to upgrade to a king size bed as I mentioned previous I was working on a budget so this made no sense to me than I had to pay over a $1000 more for a bed that I did not want because it just didnt fit in my home so when asked if I were to move over to a king size bed which obviously cost more money and I will have to think about what do I need to do the driver suggested he can get me a bed through him but then followed by asking me if I financed the bed then he couldnt help me and the price would be more and he couldnt granteed that I would get it any sooner. Since I mentioned I did it financed he said I had no choice but to call customer services. So he drove off with no worries didnt even bother with taking it off the truck or attempting to put the bed up the stairs when I told him I have been sleeping in the floor for two weeks waiting. So now I call customer service and now Im upset and I explain to the agent that this is not fair how do they just show up to my door and leave me no choice but to have to pay more and they dont even guarentee that I will get my bed sooner. For the inconvenience they have caused me they should at least offer me a discount to upgrade to a cost I wasnt expecting to have plus just took out a credit card for this bed. He said they couldnt offer me anything and I would have to pay the 1000.00 difference up front if I choose to get the king size. I naturally said well thats not happening so cancel my order to which without hesitation did right away. When I asked him if I speak to another rep. can they help me with a solution he said I can try but they wont help me an then I asked what about my promotion for 48 months will that now change he said no worries they will honor the promotion that was a complete lie.
