Wow. Ismael was SO helpful and friendly and worked diligently to get everything I needed to work out. This was on a super busy day, too. I’m on a legacy sprint plan so I can’t imagine what kind of headache he was dealing with re: the systems and different plans. HUGE thanks to Ismael for making our Xmas a success!! Feeling really happy about this merger now. Couldn’t imagine sprint delivering this level of customer service ever before. Thank you again!

BEWARE, the reps on this store are deceptive: My sprint sim card suddenly stopped working so I had to go to this T-Mobile for help. To make a long story short, the rep (daniel Ruiz) ended up switching my sprint sim card for a t-mobile one. And without letting me know in a deceiving way he ALSO switched my plan (Ive had the same plan on sprint for 3 years, was paying $20 a month). A couple of weeks later I realized that the rep has switched me to a $129 plan AND on top of that he added some insurance to the mix. Thats deception and its illegal. Ill have to switch carriers now because T-Mobile cannot help me get back to my original plan.

As someone who formerly worked for T-mobile I was disappointed earlier today when mobile expert Ismael informed us that transfers of billing responsibilities werent done in store and told us we would have to call customer service. He either hasnt been properly trained to call the retail support line or was purely lazy because he knew he would not be profiting from doing so. Regardless, this dismissive behavior will not have us returning any time soon to purchase at this store.

I visited the store and Jandry & Chris did a wonderful job assisting me! Chris went above & beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I was also really impressed at how often they were sanitizing the stores & at what a great job they were doing at enforcing social distancing. Keep up the good work T-Mobile!

Horrendous store and service! Go to the one at the Dadeland mall! Super efficient and excellent at what they do! They messed up with my phone order and had to go back like 3 times! Staff seems like they do not want to be here! Really incredible! It will cost you more $$$!

Worst customer service ever Chris lied to me about the price of adding 2 lines to my account told me itll be $170 a month total instead its $266. Also told me i qualified for 20% off for the life of my account which was a lie that was for new customers only i clearly was a existing customer inquiring about adding lines. The store manager Jandry helped him set me up with the 20% promotion ( that i did not get because again i didnt qualify) before i left the store. Ive been going by the store calling customer service and sending emails to Jandry since January 1, 2020 and i have not received any help so far. **AVOID THIS STORE** AVOID TMOBILE IF U CAN**UPDATE** ISSUE STILL NOT SOLVED AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW JANDRY CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY, WHICH WAS EXPECTED BUT ONLY SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK THE NEXT WEEK AFTER SPEAKING WITH CHRIS, INSTEAD CHRIS CALLED ME BACK AND HE ACTUALLY REMEMBERED EVERYTHING AND SAID HE WILL CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SEE WHY MY BILL WAS SO HIGH...TO THIS VERY DAY I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANY OF THEM AND NOW WERE IN A PANDEMIC AND I HAVE A $260 PHONE BILL.... I REALLY WILL LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER REGARDING THIS ISSUE.*****Update***** Store Manager Jandry is now blaming customer service for an issue that started at his store with his representative and currently denying that he helped Chris with my account. I sure hope the cameras work in the store and are not just for show. I will continue to leave reviews and write letters and if TMobile have any deceny hopefully someone who can help will contact me. In the meantime people avoid this location and definitely run if you see Jandry.***Update*** My problem has now been resolved (not by Jandry) I am very pleased with the very professional young lady that assisted me...she was amazing. Teribble service here. From lost replacment phone to lazy staff who deleted all of our important data on phone and refused to try other methods of backing up customers phone data. Stay away!

Went in asking for info on a specific plan (th at customer service has confirmed and made a memo in my account that I am eligible) and they would only tell me about a different one thats a worse deal. At first the guy didnt even signal that he wasnt talking about the plan that is had asked for. Shady bastard

By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a carrier!Like everyone else, I was trying to save some money by changing carriers. If you are considering changing to T-Mobile, DON’T DO IT! I was promised all these great things and that is the reason why I decided to change my 3 lines to them. I literally went back to their location FIVE times to receive what I was promised and was given the run around every time. Their excuses changed each time from saying “the system is down, come back tomorrow”, “The sales rep that was helping you is not in, he will be in tomorrow”, “ “my manager is not in, come back tomorrow”, “Our system is not letting me update your order, come back tomorrow”, etc.On December 21st, when I finally got tired of returning to their store and listening to their excuses, I decided to ask for the Pinecrest store manager. Karen, the store manager, had a conversation with me and in a DEFENSIVE and RUDE manner said that she couldn’t do anything to assist me since “According to my agreement, I had 2 weeks since I changed carriers to fix any issues”. I told her that her own employees kept telling me to come back the next day, and the next day, which was the reason why I never asked for a manager to help me. Once again in a defensive way, she kept saying that it was my responsibility to read the “contract” that I signed the first day...She said that she was going to get back to me on Monday, Christmas Day, as soon as she spoke to her sales rep. Since I did not received a call on Monday, I figured that they were closed (not a big deal). I waited for her call on Tuesday and since she didn’t call me, I decided to call her around 2pm. One of the employees told me that she had left and would be back the following day and that he would leave her my message. I gave him my information and explained to him how I had been waiting for her call for two days. On Wednesday, once again I waited for her call. Nothing! I decided to call again and according to the employee she was off. This is when I started to get annoyed. Once again, I left my information and hung up. ONE WEEK LATER, I called again. The assistant manager said that she was interviewing new employees but she was going to call me as soon as she was done. Guess what?! She NEVER CALLED!!!!At this point I am beyond upset at their horrific customer service. I was a store manager myself in the past and cannot understand how unprofessional and uncaring these people are. Once you transfer your lines to them, they literally do NOT care about customer service anymore. Even worse, they do not honor what they promise. Anyone considering changing to T-Mobile should definitely choose another carrier. To make matters worse, their reception is the worse I have ever had.

Today I went to the store to redeem the free bag from T-mobile tuesdays since I didn’t had the time to do it the day before, when I got there I asked for it and they told me that they didn’t have it and it was okay... I knew it was possible to happen. What I didn’t liked was the fact that the representative started to yell at me in front of another customer if I was only going for the free bag (that by the way it doesn’t specify that I need to purchase something to get it.) I undertand that t-mobile uses this to make people go to the store and see what they have there... but the way that the rep came on to me was pretty aggressive and disrespectful making me feel it was bad for me only want to get the goodies. I think the management should be more careful in whom they hire, customer service IS a big deal and nobody should feel ashamed for wanting to redeem something free from their phone company. I went there around 10:45am on 09/27/2017. unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the representative but it was a guy, brown skin, he looked latin. very rude, I will never go back to that store.

This t mobile store probably tops them all in rude discourteous aggressive behavior from its employees. T mobile is known for their ongoing deficits in customer satisfaction and this store proves it. The employees at this store are very rude and disrespectful no matter what you ask of them. Going here is a waste of time. The big problem at this store is the employee named Courtney, t mobile employee id 4096127. She has the most obnoxious attitude of the bunch, she had threatened the previous customer who came in before me and left right as I walked in and threatened me as well. She says she is competent and knows how to be appropriate with customers but her threats and attitude problems say otherwise, she is just an example of what happens when you dont do anything with your life and your crowning achievement is being a rude, slow clerk at a t mobile store. DO NOT GO to this t mobile store and save yourself the worry in the first place because even ATT has better customer service and they are terrible.
