It was crowded when I arrived, and it was my first time there. Since it was my first time, I was unsure if how to order, but another customer helped me out. My second choice was available, and the sausage empanadas were delicious. The customer service was bad. After paying, I was waved away like I was beneath the employee. Perhaps cultural differences are the source of what I feel is extremely rude. Having to endure bad service is a hard pill for me to swallow. Please fix that for future customers.
It is a nice place, I love their logo, the cup of coffee and their lamps that are characteristic of them
The food is good, what can I say really good but the staff some time get lost . Tonight is the 3rd night I come to order some food here and I have to go with my madness and with no order, because this place become crazy every time there is a change of shift, I spent more than half an hrs waiting for them to make me and omelette, and if this is not enough, 20 min after the order they asked me if I wanted scrambled eggs, so disgusting when people don’t value your time . Let me be clear it was not the front desk people fault, because they entered the ordered I looks like the people in the kitchen never saw the order in the system, and the front desk people, put all of the attention in counting the money to go home, that they forgot about me . No words just disrespectful.
I ordered a party platter and I can tell you that we all were extremely happy with the food. I will never go elsewhere. The service is excellent and the food superseded my expectations. I recommend you try them for your next event. Loved them
Best cuban bakery in all Miami. Customer services was excellent, the food taste great, amazing quality. Following all covid guidelines. I would highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery you wont be disappointed. The place was organize and clean.
Ordered 4 sandwiches online and picked them up. When I got to my destination, luckily only 5 minutes away we noticed one of the sandwiches was missing. Had to drive back to claim the missing sandwich. Had to waste 5 minutes of my time waiting for the missing sandwich. Lost 30 minutes of our lunchtime between waiting and driving time. Food was great though!
Absolutely the best bakery in Miami for their house specialty ham croquettes! They taste just like the ones we had in Barcelona with the Bechamel cream! Love everything Ive eaten at their bakeries in town. Highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery! Excellent customer service!
Love this bakery but I suggest the owners improve their online order process. I dont go in person because its always full and when you order online it takes almost 2 hours. We are talking about things that are already made and few menu items that actually require cooking so why does it take so long.
This place gets busy due to high demand. Service is Good but not excellent. Food is very good. I come here little often to pick up lunch. Multiple times i have come here and found the place to be clean inside and out. Employee’s tend to get stressed during peak hours. Understandable.
I love Pinecrest Bakery, however this location is hit and miss - sometimes the food is good and other times its cold and dry. Many times they are out of things. At my last visit, there were 3 FLIES in my fresh orange juice. I didnt hold that against them because hey, its fresh oranges in FL. Im sure flies get through the front door. Luckily, I noticed it before I took a drink. However, the cashier just replaced it and didnt offer a refund. I think that warrants a refund. Overall, this is a decent chain neighborhood bakery.
I waited about 20 minutes for two Pan Con Bistec sandwiches but I think they are currently short staffed and there were a few other customers being tended too as well which could have accounted for the wait time. The employees were very kind and sweet though so I wasnt too bothered.
I’m a delivery driver and consistent customer, the management has gone down and slowed the process in orders. I almost get my order 10+ min after pickup time (don’t forget the usual wait time added as well on top of the extra 10+ min) from either an order for myself or a customer and it always delays. If you plan on going to the pinecrest location make sure to make time for the wait.
I just went there and despite they have a lot of customers coming, the customer service was the best ever. They are very fast, friendly and professional at same time.Im very happy today because them.My Mamey shake, my cuban sandwich and everything else were delicious. Please say thanks to the team working Saturday 31 at 9:00 am.
The food at Pinecrest Bakery deserves higher than 3 starts but the customer service does not. I am Cuban and fully fluent in both English and Spanish. I have lived in the Pinecrest area for 35 years. This is a diverse community. Although I understand them, Im extremely offended by the fact the employees cannot communicate in English. I can only imagine how hard it must be for non Spanish speakers to place orders.Ive served as an interpreter at the bakery. I imagine phone orders are impossible. This is the USA for crying out loud! I just placed a phone order, in Spanish of course, and was called mama at least 5 times in two minutes. Very unprofessional.
I like to come because i feel very welcome here at the bakery the manager is a great person with the costumers. I also the way laura takes my order she makes it quick for me to get my food fast hreat place to be
Pinecrest Bakery consistently provides some of the finest treats around. Everytime my truck nears a Pinecrest Bakery, it magically turns into the parking lot and the next thing you know, I have a cafe con leche and some croquetas. Pure Happiness. Thanks Pinecrest Bakery!😻👍
Best bakery in Pinecrest! Only place to get a decent cafecito in our neighborhood.
Not 24 hours, i drove here because they display a 24 hour service at 2:19 am agust 12 2021 THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Great Cuban coffee; GREAT customer service! I went at 10 pm & it was packed; so you KNOW its good! Friendly representative at the counter; I had the coffee & 2 desserts. VERY good place!
I ordered a pastelito de jamón, Colombian style empanada, large papa rellena, yuca rellena, and pan de bono. It totaled out to be $16.54 with tips.Brutal honesty :The only thing that was decent tasting was the papa rellena and Colombian empanada. But the meat inside the pastelito and the yuca rellena had a foul taste. As if they were spoiled. The pan de bono was fair but I cant say its no better than the ones you buy from 7-11. I had higher expectations because I figured a 24 hr bakery is 24 hrs for a reason. Round the clock excellent fresh food. But reality told me otherwise. Another reason for low stars is the graveyard shifts inability to make the specialty iced coffee drinks. The ladies were nice and accommodating but I asked if they didnt serve the specialty drinks because that sector is closed overnight. She replies its because none of them knew how to make the drinks. Perhaps this constructive criticism can help the bakery moving forward. I want it to succeed because the ambience in the bakery was actually serene and impressive but more action is needed for those two extra stars.Im down here from Orlando and I cant recall a 24 hr bakery up there so I fell in love with the idea. Which is why I went with a frenzied enthusiasm. But it doesnt mean I was going to sugar coat anything from this experience.
Ordered their Philly cheesesteak, Cuban sandwich and Cuban coffee con leche. Coffee was really good and both sandwiches delicious. Friends said the Cuban’s were the best they’ve had. My Philly could have had more cheese, but very good. Will have to remember this place.
This particular location has louzy service. Its the only one on the way to the marina open at 5:30am. We call 20minites ahead to place an other and they started making it when i got there. Not only yhat but they placed my order wrong.Go to any other pinecrest besides this one
This place is pretty neat...The staff here is friendly but the place runs a little to unorganized for my comfort and offer no seating while you take a number and wait to place your order...The vibe is very local in which I liked with a lot of professionals coming and going during the time I was there. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, Columbian cheese bread, a spinach croqueta, a cheese croqueta, a cheese pastry, and a guava pastry and they were all very good. The next time Im in the area Im going back.
Awesome service!! Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile! Love coming here!!!
This Pinecrest Bakery continues to exceed my expectations. The service is phenomenal, food is always fresh, and coffee is the best in Pinecrest.
Great service ! totally enjoying eating out again after lockdown
I really love this place the Ciban Sandwich was the bomb
A staple in South Miami! The service is quick and good, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair.
All of their sandwiches made with fresh bread. Great pastries and croquttes.
Elsa is a miracle worker! I had questions and she was patient and answered them all. Now lets talk food. Everyone of her suggestions was perfect. Come hungry and order it all. They have my childhood favorites like Venezuelan empanada de Pabellón and cachitos de jamón y queso. Superb service and delicious food. A gem of a place!
I live in Tampa, Fl went on vacation there, love this bakery any plans of bringing one to Tampa?
The worst place to order food. They take for ever and they ignore you while you are asking where is my order
Great place for sandwiches, empanadas, croquetas and other Latin specialties. Excellent coffee choices including con Leche, cortadito, latte, American, and more. Always on my list when in Miami.
Yamika my waitress was very kind and provided me with great service .
Pretty cool little Cuban bakery. They have the usual Cuban favorites. The one item that really sets this place apart is the Pon con Steak. Food wise this place is A+.There is only one problem here.Dont come here during a busy time.Mornings are worst. The employees move slow. And if theres a line of people they will move even slower.Im am 100% serious. They say call ahead.I personally witnessed 3 people slowly walk the two phones without a care in the world as the phone kept ringing.
Excelent service, delicious food, the best cafe con leche. I highly recomend to every one.
The new employees treat you bad, the manager doesn’t listen to you, bad faces,.. Definitely not the same place, I don’t go there anymore! The new girls are not nice at all! Miss the old Bakery and staff! Plus, we don’t have the points machine anymore, it sucks!
MENU IS NOT ACCURATE. I came in for lunch this passed Saturday around 1pm, waited in line for about 20mins, which is understandable. Social distance measures are NOT being enforced, which made me very uncomfortable. While I waited in line i read the menu (which transitioned very fast on the screens, and letter size was very small) and decided on an “Asiago...”. Once my turn in line came, i felt very rushed by the server. I asked for the sandwich i had chosen, to the disappointment it was not available. Then asked for another choice...and another... none of them available. The server said all she has is Cuban sandwich... so with discomfort and feeling rushed I chose this.Terrible service. WILL NOT COME AGAIN.
New staff it seems like, service was slow or maybe employees overworked but food was great.
This place is a mess. First I ordered week’s ago a order for my family 2 pan con bisté, one pan con tortilla and one pan con lechon. The delivery comes to my house one hour later and he left one of my order left at the place, the delivery was good to go back and do things right. Today I decided to order again to that place and happens again, but what I received for the driver He said can not do that because he has other order to delivery and recommended to me to cancel the order. When I have A incomplete order pay. I call the baikery and first I was waiting for attention 1 hours, then the person ho attend mi doesn’t want to give me her name and she told the girls attending are 2 and are busy. Finally I don’t get any help and Ithey proposal to me order a croquet and they send what I pay and they not bring. So they are unprofessional and the service is awful. I’m not ordering to this place any more and I recommend to you no order to the place like this
Great place for coffee, pastries and sandwiches!!! I go almost everyday!!!
The best staff and the best service in all of Miami!!
Amazing service from the girls at the Pinecrest location 😃
This bakery probably makes the best cuban style chicken sandwiches.
Highly recommend by friends end up being disappointing. Pastelitos saggy, salty and flavorless. Tequeños cold and completely dried. Señoritas or Milhojas so old that the cream was dried and the puff pastry watered and saggy, I return it and ask for the cheesecake (see the picture) you can see its old because the slice of strawberry on top its completely dried. Sandwich Super Cubano, lacking of flavor and condiments, bread was fresh though.
Honestly never write any reviews but this pinecrest is so bad. No matter what time I come in for a coffee or sandwiches, the employees always treat me so bad compared to the Hispanic customers.. the cashiers can’t even look at me when I’m talking to them and acts like their better than me. I hope you management reads this and hopefully does something.. this is so sad. Both day and midnight shift employees are horrible.
Not 24 hours lol why lie
Late night pastries not so fresh..Coffee great.
Customer service the best in Miami
Fast service, yummy food and great service.
Dirty and SIMPLY HORRIBLE service. At night the staff does not even answer the phone.
Delicious food, sweet and quick service!
I purchased a Churrasco baguette, it cant get any easier than that so messing up this order says a lot.My churrasco had so much salt I could literally feelthe salt crunching in my mouth. Besides the fact that they forgot my soda, it felt like a conspiracy to dehydrate me. I also blame Uber Eats for not allowing customers to leave written feedbacks, this is a constructive way for good managers to correct mistakes.
I love their pastelitos. Great place to grab a bite or have breakfast in Sundays. Food is great and the price is not bad. the only thing that I dont like is that the lines are extremely long. You can spend there half and hour, especially on the weekends.
Pinecrest bakery is the best Caribbean style bakery in our village. Huge plus that they are open 24/7
Very Great Service and Great Food!
Pasteles deliciosos. Red velvet is the best.
One of the best!!! Highly recommended 👌
I stopped by The Old Factory Coffee Shop while in town for business. I cant say enough good things. The mocha was amazing, the food was fresh and locally sourced and the service was awesome. I highly recommend.
Best Cuban bakery. Amazing service. Nadia the manager makes sure there is always great quality and service. Highly recommended.
Premiere bakery in SOFLO especially this location.
Excellent Customer Service. Ladies just great!!!!
My favorite corner in town !
Great service & the pastries are to die for
Was very good like always and very busy big line that means is excellent
Delicious coffee ☕️
The 2 steak sandwiches and the churrasco sandwich were disgusting, they fully loaded it with mayonnaise and mustard. The steak sandwiches dont come with lettuce tomatoes onions or papita Julianas. So all I tasted was pure mayo and mustard from how much they put.. They charge you .75 for each item. Ive never seen any Cuban place that doesnt already have these items included ! The sandwiches I received were definitely not worth the money I spent. Never again !!!
I would like to know if there is a branch close to my house at 33030
Best bakery
Comfort food and cuban pastries.Always good,, always fresh.
Decently sized location. Place is usually busy, parking is free, easy in and out, food tastes great. However, the service is not the best, confusing orders, missing items on orders, too much running around not keeping track of customers orders. Had to go several times to the attendant to ask for multiple missing items. Food was cold at the time of eating. Dont know if I will be going to this location any longer, but we will see.
Terrible experience!I went into this Pinecrest bakery today and it will be my last time going in! I went there for one thing, some fresh orange juice. And when I went to sit down to drink it i realized there was things floating around in it. At first I thought it was just the seeds but on further examination it was 3 sour flies (fruit flies) floating in my $5 (plus tip that I shouldve taken back) cup of orange juice!!!! When I went to take it back of course the lady doesnt speak any English. When I asked for someone who does she said no one there speaks English! How are you running a business and not have one bilingual person on the floor especially in the middle of the afternoon? Thankfully the CUSTOMER in front of me tried to translate to her what it was. The employee gave me an attitude and said ok fine shell give me a new one and proceeded as if she was going to make me another cup of oj in the same DIRTY jug that the first cup came from. Being 9 months pregnant I didnt not want to take the risk of getting sick from whatever may have been left in the jug so I ask for my money back. Which was given with the most disgraceful attitude. This is truly upsetting being as I was once a supporter of Pinecrest bakery being a reliable place to get my midnight cravings but after this experience I will never go back!!!
Let me start for saying that I really appreciate that Pinecrest bakery in Pinecrest is open to the public 24 hrs specially in this difficult time of COVID situation. But is so sad, that eventhough it’s the only place open in the area that work at night, it has a lazy personal. Me and my husband went to get “ just a cortadito at around 11pm and we were on the line for about 1 hr, and we were the second on the line, imagine the rest of the customer waiting.😫 my humble opinion is that you should have more active and dinamic staff and not lazy people working.
Delicious just like all pinecresr bakeries
Driving at 2 in the morning with a baby and I was so happy that they were open 24 hours to get some cafe con leche. Would’ve given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait so long at 2 am and only 3 other customers.
I started coming there for about 1 month. I ordered a breakfast and they made it wrong and I was late to work cuz I waited a little bit for that food. I walked out I said Ill come here tomorrow and get another meal but you have to make it right keep the money until tomorrow. Come back the next morning and they were talking to me like they didnt have a clue what I was talking about to get a free breakfast. They made my food wrong the day before I had to go to work I had no more time to wait not even to get my money back standing in the long line that was there. I said I will come back tomorrow and hopefully you guys make my food the right way this time. I go there all the time for 1 month and a half always buying stuff from here I get there the next day the next morning they have no clue what Im talking about Im not saying if theyre on drugs or anything of course not, they dont look like theyre drug addicts but how do you not know what happened yesterday a guy just hand you 13 bucks for free and walks out the door without the food he wanted because he had to go to work cuz he was late? Anyways sorry these people lost my business and I only started going there for one month.. Store manager be aware have a nice day. Keep the money! 👍
Wonderful food and amazing service friendly staff
Simply put, always great to stop by. Food is delicious and the people that work there from the counter to the kitchen are very welcoming. Way to go! Food is delicious. Has it all. Quality and service. That is the way to run a business.
The food is good; but honestly the wait is unnecessary. You have 5 team members yet only 1 is working with the guest and the other 4 playing with the same order that was called in. No one but the new team member would say hi, the rest looked at you as a burden.Never again as clearly customer service is not their priority, feel sorry for the new team member. Horrible training from you guys.
When they first opened they were amazing . They had great customer service & great products . Now is very poor customer service. They run out of the good stuff quick & their sandwiches are not what they used to be. They have a reward points card which doesnt work half the time. They tell you theres a $10 minimum if you want to pay with credit card or you have to pay cash. Good luck on getting a receipt if you pay with cash. They were a 5 star bakery. Now sadly a two star ⭐️ service is what you get .
I love their breads, and pastries. I love to stop by after grocery shopping for their awesome fresh baked breads. Loveeee the cafe con leche. Prices are reasonable and you cant beat their quality and freshness. Customer service is great, Nadia the manager is very professional.
Great spot. Fast friendly and delicious!
Delicious food 24 hours a day!!!
Excellent customer service, great food, well stocked and clean environment. Will definitely be returning.
Delicious pastelitos, amazing croquetas and friendly service. Thoroughly enjoy stopping in when I can for a treat! Highly recommend!
A real Cuban place in Pinecrest you say? Its TRUE! The food is quality. Prices are respectable. The dining area is well lit and clean. All that wrapped up into a 24/7 package. Late night it feels very safe with police visiting for a meal of their own.
I have been here three times. Staff members are very nice, although they only speak Spanish. The food is 6.5/10. Food is basically the same thing you will get at any other Cuban bakery. Not worth all the hype. Severe Management issues. Completely understaffed. Three very kind elderly women working to get 40 sandwiches made for the next 30 people standing in line. Wait time estimated to be around 18 minutes per 3 customers standing in front of you. Will I be back? Yes, if its free, other than that, absolutely not.
Excellent, friendly customer service guide by Nadia bakery’s manager. Freshly baked desserts and breakfast that exceeded clients expectations.
Love this place!
Amazing deserts.
I stopped by there in the morning at 5am on my way to work at the hospital wanted to pick up pastries for my co workers but was unable to because non of the staff spoke any English and I ended up having to walk out with nothing. They lost a pretty big sale and Dunkin Doughnuts got one.
Very nice place, and very good breakfast!
I was in this location 3 days ago, everything is super clean and great customer service, Nadia the manager always has an smile and she is great with the customer, I recommended Pinecrest bakery specially this location ... Thank you Nadia for the great service !!!
