This store is amazing!! It has everything I could want for my kids and nephews and nieces. They gift wrap for free, they always have great suggestions and ideas about toys and new things that are popular. The staff cares and is always helpful. Plus the store smells wonderful.

The people at learning express toys of Pinecrest are really sweet and treat you with respect,and they have a lot of toys for small childrens

Two squeeze toys damaged within a week. The first one broke the same day but we were already home and the 2nd one right after we left the store with it. The smoosh mega ball which is supposed to be a stretchy slime with a surprise is a sandy mess with a squeeze toy that was already torn. The clerk exchanged one of the toys but she said she could only take one toy back and was not responsible for any other damaged toys. Then who is? This store is expensive, I am very disappointed

Perfectly located on U.S 1 in Dadeland. There were quite a few people in there shopping around d the time iw as in there. The space is limited because they have a huge variety of toys for keys but educational and recreational. They have stuff ranging from 1 month olds up to high-school. I found a large variety of stuff for my 4 months old. The prices arent to steep but neither are they cheap.

Their squishmallows are a bit pricey, $10 for a 5inch is a bit much but at least there was good variety and the store always smells good!

Learning express was so fun it’s so fun like the toy is so cool the service is five star they also wrap your gifts do you want for free and they wrapped very well with very detailed and five star their fidgets are so cool and good quality 10 and a 10 take your kids to that store

Wonderful place to shop for any kid. The best part is that they wrap the gift for you free of charge!! Social distancing practice as only 5 customers are allowed in at any given time. Only drawback is the prices are a bit higher than what one can get on Amazon.

A lot of good variety of creative and popular toys for children. Be prepared to spend a bit more than they would cost at another retailer, but for hard to find items it is expected.

Not only do they help recommend the perfect gifts, but they also offer free gift wrapping. The quality of wrapping is comparable to Santa Claus himself. The only place I would do my holiday shopping.

This store is a gem in the neighborhood. My 4 year old loves it and we go every week. The manager, Jessica, is outstanding and so helpful. Always a warm smile and willing to demonstrate the toys. She has great tips for age appropriate gift ideas as well.

Good selection of toys for children, many educational/developmental options. The displays are very dense, so I usually ask for help right off the bat, because when I try to navigate on my own its overwhelming, and not all like things are grouped in a way that is intuitive to me. That said, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

A great shopping experience!

Today (07/23/2018 around 7pm) was my first experience at Learning Express. I decided to come by and check out the things they had after hearing so much about it by children and parents who love it. And entering the store, it smells amazing and the things they have are so colorful and appealing to the eye. It was beautiful. However after being there for a few minutes, no one had acknowledge me nor my spouse. I figured maybe it was because they just simply didnt see us. As we go about and being intrigued by the things this store carries, I find my spouse and I to be near the front. Now at this point my body is facing the exact same way the employee was with clear view and again, no acknowledgement. I turn to see why and she was facing her back towards the registers just texting! When I got to the very front of the registers by the sloth books, another employee is there with the one who is no longer texting, she takes a glance at me and continues to speak quietly to her peer. When its time to be checked out she grabbed my item and says thats it? Not a hello, not a sincere smile. At that point I was disappointed and just nodded my head, swiped my card and left. I work in retail myself and dont necessarily expect 110% excellent customer service but I do expect and would like a welcoming or acknowledgement. Especially being a childrens store of Learning and education, one would think theyd be more enthusiastic and involved.
